TradeUp never honor its commitment
I have successfully completed all the requirements for this promotion, including opening my account and funding it as specified. I reported the issue more than 24 hours ago, yet no resolution has been provided, I should have 4 times free draw stocks, now system shows not available stocks to draw.

When u trade ETF, it's easy. Yet. When u want to withdrawal, it's very difficult.
Good promotion
They got good promotions as well as zero commissions on trades.
This is not the Tiger Trade
App logo and interface design are all look alike popular tiger trade. But looking deeper, this app based in China. Shady app.
Limit buy order needs to improve
I like its ipo subscription function. It’s the best among other brokerage. But the limit buy order needs big improvements. The order is valid for the day only. It doesn’t have “good until cancel” option which is very handy to grab cheap shares during a market dipping. Hope the developers can consider adding this option. Thanks!

Unauthorized Transactions
I am writing to warn other users of TradeUp regarding unauthorized and unjustified activity in my self-directed brokerage account. Without my knowledge or permission, a position in my portfolio was liquidated and replaced with another security that is worth less than one-tenth of the original value. This is a self-managed account with no advisor involvement. At no point was I provided notice of this transaction, nor was any explanation given by the brokerage firm. When I reached out to TradeUP Securities, Inc. for clarification, they claimed their terms and conditions allowed them to take such actions. However, this response does not justify the lack of prior notification or the considerable financial harm caused by their actions. I believe this conduct warrants a thorough investigation, as it undermines the trust and transparency required for brokerage firms to operate in good faith. I have reached out to authorities of such behavior and wanted to share my experience here so other folks are aware.

Takes forever to withdraw funds
It’s been almost a whole month, and I still haven’t received my withdraw funds since my request. They take your money fast tho

Give them a chance
So I've been using TradeUp for a few months now, due to them running the best transfer bonus program in the market, 3% of the value of portfolio transferred in plus some free Stocks, beats pretty much everybody else, the program is still ongoing, so take advantage of it while i still can. My overall experience with them is pleasant so far, besides all the usual stuff like simple and clean interface, 0 fees, I wanna give a big a big shoutout to their wonderful CS reps, super responsive and helpful at the same time. So give them a chance and u might be surprised, in a good way of course.
Warning ! Scammer!
Tradeup just scammed me today, they gave me free stock last year which I kept in my invest account. Today when I login to my account, they reverse the free stock which they gave for no reason. This is a scam website which promises their client for lucrative deal, maybe they take & sell your documents,information to hackers. I don’t recommend this chinese scammer site to anybody. Stay Safe
I love TradeUP
I have been using TradeUP for 3 years. I love this platform. It’s easy to transfer money between accounts, user friendly apps, flexible transactions times and you can transact almost 24 hours. There are many encouraging terms for new users. There are various options for different customers, stocks, options etc. I strongly recommend TradeUP for stock lovers!
fake app
Essentially a fake app. Gives you reward stocks and present them to be always falling so you never want to redeem them…meanwhile the data is fake. Also super hard to navigate and I’m not even old lol

Doesn’t Work
I downloaded the app, but it won’t let me in. It wants to send a code to my email “for security reason,” but then it says my email hasn’t been activated, which is incorrect. I got an email from Tradeup informing me my first deposit went through. There’s apparently no way to solve this issue without calling support. Very user-unfriendly. Plus, there are typos everywhere on the site. Very unprofessional.
