一次正常登录直接锁账户，交易权限都没了
官方 App 正常登录，只尝试了一次，登录过程一直卡住，随后账户直接被系统锁定，网页显示 Reference Code 2003，导致完全无法登录和交易。并非多次输错密码，却被系统按“多次登录失败”处理。 更离谱的是，账户被锁后无法自助解锁，所谓 7×24 小时中文客服电话也一直无人接，只能发邮件等 1–2 个工作日处理。网页联系客服还反复卡在 hCaptcha 验证循环。 对于证券交易 App 来说，登录稳定性和随时可交易是最基本的底线。因为 App 自身登录异常把客户账户锁掉，还不能立即解锁，这种可靠性很难接受。

Still no Conditional Orders on the Firstrade mobile app.
The web platform already supports OCO, OTO, OTOCO, and other advanced conditional orders, yet mobile users still cannot access these features. This is one of the biggest missing functionalities in the app. Conditional orders are critical for risk management, trade automation, and options trading. Requiring users to log into the website just to place these orders is frustrating and outdated. Please stop neglecting this feature and bring full Conditional Order support to the mobile app. Many users have been requesting it for years.

This app has a great system that’s easy to use butt it has lots of network and connection issues. I’ve been stuck in trades overnight unable to login to my account. Not customer service to help me. Very poor experience. But the app itself is great when it actually works

Pros and cons
Good charts. Can buy fractional shares, but not after hours. It only trades up to extended hours. I’m less likely to buy on emotion on First than other platforms. Low % cash sweep. It has bonds and mutual funds to compare and buy. It’s a good platform if i invest like Buffet.
Add Options grouping feature and Iron Condor for mobile App!
No options spread grouping. Many other mobile trading Apps have this feature, please add an option for this. Currently it’s just a separate line for Each option, no way of knowing what the profit/loss is without doing the math. Also add option to Duplicate order. There’s no way to place a GTC order for multi-leg options before or after market close. Again, something every other broker has an option for. Can’t setup Iron Condors on mobile App. Have sent feedback directly to them. At least there are no fees for options. Wire deposits usually post within 2 hours.

App Quality
Trading functionality is on par with Robinhood, but app needs an update and a fresher UI to compete. Being able to see the stock price in the app on a better layed out chart would be great.
Useless redesign - makes it harder to trade
The latest version makes me swipe 3 pages to see my whole position information, as before I could see all info I needed in 1 page, Who asked for this????? Used the app for years, was easy, fast, concise. Now slow, ‘trend’ section for each ticker on positions screen loads slow, so much empty space for no reason. I think I will have to switch to something else. Would it be possible to go back to a previous redesign version?

The new version is awful
I love the app but … Please reduce the size of the top graph… and keep the first page with the cash balance on sight. It’s annoying to have to navigate through pages now to see that info. The new design did not improve my experience… it got a lot worse :(

Great trading app
I am enjoying the latest releases from Firstrade developers and hope to see more features added over time. The one thing I dislike is the current chart system isn’t interactive and doesn’t show portfolio performance all that well.

This Version is MUCH SLOWER! 👎
I am usually not one to complain, but this update is NOT good. The app has slowed down A LOT. Not like quick as it was last version. Last version, when you press on a ticker in your position list, you immediately get a list pop up from below (close position, trade stock trade options, etc). Unfortunately, in this version when you press on a ticker in your position list, it brings you to a new page first, AND LAGS FIRST, before you can select trade stock or option. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. How can you make it more difficult to trade? How can you make the app slower? If anything a trading app must always aim to become faster! Speed is very important in trading. Please bring back the previous interface or improve speed. Please.

Interview Process I went through a recruiter screen followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The process moved quickly and communication from the recruiter was timely. The Concern After being rejected, I was informed by the recruiter that the hiring manager believed I was looking up answers on my computer during the interview. This did not happen. I found it troubling that a false accusation was relayed as fact without any opportunity for me to address it, and that it was presented as a contributing reason for the rejection. Candidates deserve a fair evaluation process. If an interviewer has a concern during an interview, the professional approach is to raise it in the moment rather than citing unverified assumptions in post-interview feedback. Advice to Candidates Be aware that subjective impressions during the interview may be communicated as fact. Advice to Firstrade Ensure interviewers address concerns directly with candidates rather than making accusations after the fact that candidates have no ability to respond to.
No new Function and not Stable
For every month update. It says fix bugs. But sometimes stock price becomes 0. This continuous happen. Why can not I change my address and phone number in the App? Each time I need open Laptop and open Website to change which is really annoying

Adding stock logo made it worse for me - all efts from one issuer (e.g. Vanguard) have the same logo, but space taken by it has destroyed visibility of number of shares: 1000 is shown as 1, 1300 also is shown as 1
