Facial verification keep failing
Have to personally contact support to ask why its taking so long for the review to happen to open my account twice. Still fails. No reply for 5days updating why account is bot opening until I email the support. Facial verification keeps failing. The process of taking video was laggy as well. Please fix it. I have been trying to open an account for two weeks already.
缺少两大功能
其他都还不错，就是市场资讯追踪这块不如香港版的好，针对不同的市场应该有一个资讯版块，包含实时异动，热门板块，市场实时新闻等。还有一个功能就是类似于短线精灵或者智能盯盘那种，实时的大笔买入大笔卖出等异动消息。

关于智能单还有智慧账户的说明一直弄不清楚，咨询了几次都没有给一个满意的解答，说给我电子邮件说明，至今没有收到，有点小小的遗憾！
入金流程繁琐
用户转入对应bank账户后，还要手动提入金申请给你们审核，why？ 银行卡号，订单号，金额对上不就好了？ 而且申请一旦拒绝就要重新提，为什么不能继承历史的申请？提示缺少资料就一个request打回重新修改然后再次提交不就好了。 重新提一次全新的入金申请简直是麻烦 。反复提几次一样的申请你就知道有多烦。 另外app内居然没有反馈的提示，是不接受批评吗？

属于是勉强能用，我都已经交易股票了，app到处都banner广告，都是关于交易佣金的广告；出入金的流程太久了，paynow入金，结果4个工作日过去了还没到账

成本价只按买入价的平均来算，根本不算卖出。这样不是坑人吗？结果还不能改
Good interface but customer support has room for improvement
The app interface is easy and good to use, so I would recommend for new account openings. But the support that I got to do stock transfers or deposits is very bad. A lot of confusion and lack of follow up by the customer service end, so I do hope that this will improve in the times to come.
