The app could be a bit easier with the symbols for when you NA a day & entering availability. It also glitches quite often. When I open it, it closes immediately so I have to go in and out till it works.
Not a very good app
Recently been experiencing a lot of technical glitches; the app keeps logging me out, and it won’t allow me to add another account. When I added another employment account, it says inactive!
Cumbersome
App asks you to complete tasks you already completed within the app like checking in at work site. It also continuously gives alerts for shifts that have been gone for hours. The flow is cumbersome. It should allow employee to enter all the information with the final screen displaying concise information just needing employer signature and name. I would have the last page as follows: Shift: 0700-1230. No lunch / 30 min lunch Notes: (Optional) Supervisor Name Signature

Filters
Does the current version have the KM distance filter. It doesn’t appear in mine. Also the choosing the filters feels unnecessarily complicated.
It could be better
I had been using it for last 2 years , if it had nightmode also, and sometimes its slow when your using it for 30 minutes. Ui design needs to be improved.

The shift shows it’s there but you cannot access it as it keep saying access denied. Please fix it.

Notification
The filtering is not as expected. For example you set the km range up-to 20 km but everything appears on the screen. Therefore, there is a great chances of picking shift at the long distance because it is fastest fingers fast game while accepting the shift. Thank you

I recently started working with this agency and have had a very positive experience so far. They are very supportive, professional, and always notify staff on time about shifts and updates. Communication has been clear and friendly, which makes working with them comfortable and stress-free. I am enjoying gaining more experience through this agency and look forward to continuing to work with them. Highly recommended.

App is pretty basic. Could be better. Epically when finding client shift notes and care plans. Also can’t paste anything into app which is anoyying

It’s great for picking up shifts but does not help staff member accessing timesheet for facility managers to sign the timesheet. Timesheet is required prior to shift commencement. Morning electronic timesheet appears well after 07:00. I don’t know what happens for afternoon and night shifts. I only work mornings so I can’t comment. Other agencies have their app ready to sign at 06:30. Maybe using different app. Please make some improvement on the mentioned field.

Notifications remains silent
Notification remain silent and does not pop up in the screen. I have checked with other people who use iPhone having same issue. Very poor app
