Dump app
This it doesn’t work I clock in sometimes I can’t but I can’t clock out depending on the network at work so I have to reset my phone all the time it’s drving me mad it has bug in the clock in out please fix this problem not happy jan Natalie
Clock In/Out button
Clock In/Out button is a bit annoying, it’s on the middle bottom near the slide to close the apps. Some of my work mate also saying the same as mine when closing the apps(slide from the bottom) most likely it touch the clock In/Out button. Specially when in a rush.
Needs bug fix
There is a bug where you tap clock in or clock out and nothing happens. You have to close the app and restart for it to work. Sometimes you think you have clocked in but it hasn’t worked. Please fix this bug. Cheers
No clock in/out feature!
Hi, The app advertises clock in/out feature but does not provide that option. I can only clock in/out online, on the website.

EMPLive is a great app works well and all. I just really wish you could sync shifts with your phone calendar
Notifications for shifts are not popping up
Shift notifications are not popping up or sometimes it pops out very late. The app is very annoying seriously

Are you sure the app gets updated to work with later phones? I had issues with my IPhone 8 and now I have upgraded to an IPhone 12, it’s even worse! I no longer even get notified with new shift offers! So many cool things you could be doing but the basics would be a good starter
Needs more
Would be great if we could sync it to google calendar. Would also be nice to be notified when rosters are released. Would also be great if employees unavailabilities would sync up with employees rostering system
App Won’t Open After Update 25.4.2, Just Crashes
App wasn’t refreshing shifts so had to log out and then log in constantly. Thought installing latest update might fix issue but now app won’t even open, it just crashes. Restarting phone didn’t help. Frustrating I can’t bid for shifts in real time - missing out on work.
Calendar
The app does what it’s designed to, but it really needs a button that you can use to add to the phone calendar. Adding it manually is so annoying
No clock in and out option
It doesn’t have the option of clock in and clock out. It would have been more useful if it got those options
App issues
Can’t open shift details, never been an issue before
Buggy and unhelpful
Clock in and outs constantly double up depending on network or if app has been closed or not. Very irritating and doesn’t get better. Alerts for clocking in and out for breaks don’t exist with no push notification feature. You have to manually set an alarm to ensure break lengths are correct based on the pay award. Tech is supposed to make things easier. This app does not achieve that
Can’t open shift
When I tap on my shift it normally opens up with details of that shift, it doesn’t open up anymore. My review and problem from August last year still hasn’t been addressed. Do the producers of this app read their comments?
Almost great
Love being able to see my roster but really need to be able to import to calendar and accept/decline shifts
Clock in
Good app. However, the clock in clock out button is to low on the screen and can easily be activated by mistake when swiping out of the app on an iPhone. Recommend raising position to the middle of screen.
Needs updating
No shift adjustment notifications, so if you are casual and you don’t check your app like everyday you won’t know if a shift gets cut. Can’t check your clock ins either, would be nice to be able to double check my pay is correct with the hours.
Very useful
This app is great for allowing me to check my roster whenever I need to. It would be beneficial if it was compatible with my iPad, so I can post timesheets and check on leave entitlements!

I got the same problem for my iphoneX. I cant press the back botton. Hope you guys can improve this. Thanks;)
Compatible
Need to make it iwatch compatible - now I have iwatch tend to leave phone at home - only thing I bring it for is EmpLive. Also need to be able to see past clock in/ clock outs and while roster to see who is working with you and other days if need to swap shifts
Why no notification sound
Stupid app, lost so many shifts because i cant hear any notifications coming ? How hard is it to put a notification sound in an app? Comon mates
Allow two different accounts at once for notifications
There should be a way to receive emplive notifications coming from two different logins.

Works well, but it would be great if they had the ability to add the shifts to your own calendar with the click of a button next to the shift you’ve accepted
Terrible app. Zero transparency for employee.
The only things you can do is see upcoming shifts and to ask for time off. An employee can not cross check their pay with shifts worked as the rosters are deleted off once they are completed. Nor see what time their shift was approved for.
Good App
I really like emplive! But just would love the same features just as the web based one has.
Issue in using the app
I changed my device and then emplive doesnt show up in full screen which is causing problem in signing in and clocking in and out. Can you please let me know how to fix it. It would be very nice if i could get it fixed.
Needs more features
I really like EmpLive, it’s the best way to get your roster, see your department roster and change availability, but in the app you can’t do any of these, just check your roster. I would use it more if it had the same features that you can use in the web version. Please change that! Ta.
The sound alert failure
There is no sound alert when there is a shift available. You will miss your shift, terrible APP, don’t use it.
Potential to be great
Shows you when working, would be nice to be notified when shifts are added and to be able to import into the calendar.
Notifications needed
Push notifications are needed. Please add this feature it shouldn’t take too long as I’ve missed shifts and been called up asking where i am. Now I’m having to check the app everyday
Apart from showing shift times it’s useless
Please enable more features like viewing group roster and applying for days off/changing availability. Also a notification feature for when shifts are added or changes made to previously allocated shifts
