Prices that can’t be beat
I recently rented a car through BenefitHub at Enterprise. The rates were excellent.
Doesn’t Work
I’ll click on an offer and it’ll load for a second before the screen turns white and nothing happens on both app and website. I’ve tried clearing my cache and history, changing browsers, logging out then logging back in, and deleting and reinstalling the app but nothing works. Reached out to support and they were extremely useless, basically saying it looks fine on their end so it should be fine for me. What a joke.
UX design
The filter page has a UX issue. The “apply filter” button sits too low on the screen, and the page doesn’t properly let me scroll down far enough to select it. It makes the feel frustrating and hard to use.
Not very user friendly
I have to log in Everytime which is annoying. Also, it seems to take me to the actual website rather than just operating in the App. This seems like it would be beneficial if it worked properly.
App not working
App not working, it is showing error only on the app not the website.

Worthless
This is a worthless app. It embeds the browser in an ‘app’. Nothing worth anyone’s time.
Tickets
It won’t let me buy tickets, it says locked by administrator. I was hoping to save some money for the universal studios Hollywood tickets, BUT apparently NOT. Disappointed.

Terrible UI, unusable.
Save yourself the trouble. Just use your computer. The UI doesn’t allow you to save dates because the save bar gets tucked underneath. Designed by children or AI….
Issues
I’ve had hope for this app for the past few months. I took a break and finally tried again to get past the payment method screen to make a purchase, but I am yet again stuck watching the twirling circle as it is “Loading payment options”. I was lucky enough to get into my company’s login, and not another ‘s, to begin with. Please fix this, I’d like to use my benefits.
Buggy
The app seems to show old deals that are no longer active, and many time when you click to look at the deal the page never loads.

No access
When signing in all it does is take you to the Walmart 1 homepage. Does not allow access to discounts.
Can’t check out
Trying to buy movie ticket vouchers. Where is the cart to check out?
Ottima ma..
Ottima applicazione per chi può accedere a benefit aziendali, unica pecca e non da poco.. non esiste il tasto indietro! Ogni volta che vuoi tornare alla pagina prima devi ricercare nuovamente col tasto cerca o chiudere e riaprire l’app. Quindi idea ottima ma assolutamente esperienza di utilizzo da migliorare!
Doesn’t work
I get page 1 and enter email address (manually, no autofill) then page 2 is just a small blue box that just gives a spinning wheel when clicked 😡
Nearly unusable
This is my first time making a review for an app just so I can say how awful this app is. The user interface is genuinely the worst of any app I have every used, it’s clunky, frustrating, and feels so unfinished it leaves you to wonder why they even bothered releasing an app in this state. Don’t waste your time on this app.
Doesn’t work
Getting verified even through desktop was a pain - once I did, using work email, tried using app. When entering password after email, login button only clickable after entering around 7/10 characters. Button becomes grayed out upon completely entering password. Can’t login/use app
Great Deals
Great app for finding the best deals.
Not working
I did better using the webpage as the app directed me to “login to my benefits page” thru my job page and that’s it. It keeps recycling the same page. Never connects to the actual benefits page.
Like watching paint dry
App is really slow, typing the retailer into the app and waiting for it to load. The discounts aren’t great either and it’s a lot of effort to try to save money. There are still a lot of improvements required and to use the Smart Spending app, they are more mobile friendly and convenient for users.

Back function doesn't work
If you press the arrow back at any point it just takes you to the login page, and you need to log in each time you open the app. On top of that it doesn't allow your keyboard to autofill your email to login.
The app is not redirecting from unnum dental login.
The app is not redirecting from unnum dental login. I’ve tried 5-6 times and the issue persists. Note my unnum dental login has two factor authentication enabled.

Buggy as hell don’t even try to use it cuz it won’t work. Please developers please do better this could really help people! The state of the economy has effected people enough, we don’t need to be let down by yet another way to save money.

Pages still aren’t loading. Can’t change the travel dates or number of guests.

I just wanted to purchase a gift card and unfortunately after clicking to „view deal” it was have been showing just a white page. Always problems
Awful experience
I wasted 15 minutes of my morning trying to access the app and it just gives me the mobile site. Don’t market me the app and then make it ridiculously hard to access it
Horrible Map
The map is insufferable. If I want to look for deals where I am it would be great. But what about where I am looking to go??? Every time you move along the map, you end up right back where you currently are. How the $&@* am I supposed to find a hotel for my trip if the map won’t let me leave my neighborhood???

Web LO Issues
When trying to use the web version, I log in and get a “blue screen” with tab stating this is a “Two Factor Automatic” page. But I get no notifications via a push alert on my phone, let alone being able to actually put the code into the page.
Long winded and time consuming
Would be a great app if you didn’t have to stand in each shop and enter all your details for every purchase you made! Also sometimes the vouchers don’t appear straight away. I spent ages filling out all my details in one shop only to receive an email saying it would take 24hrs so had to pay by cash. The voucher arrived an hour later after I got home so got I now have a voucher for a shop that I rarely use! Loads of people I know don’t use it because of this. Also some of the discounts don’t seem to be discounts. The cinema tickets are the normal price.
