Easy to share access, whether full or pat. Can turn on and off with app, code or any if the 5 fobs provided. Reasonably priced. Installation was free about 2 hours.

Lo mejor es la seguridad que te da cuando estás fuera. En alguna ocasión la app no me ha funcionado pero en general todo ha ido bien
Battery consumption iOS 26, iPhone 16 Pro
After last update to version 3.17.0 I discovered huge problems with battery consumption (in background) on my iPhone connected to this app. Please fix it. No updates for more than 1 month, do you test your app guys??? Could confirm the problem still exists with version before 3.18.1. Yesterday this app consumed about 25% of battery in just few hours in background!!!

Buggy as, very frustrating
Can’t connect to wifi networks with 360 camera, just gives error when trying to hit connect button. Face ID will scan multiple times, this morning 10 times before opening the app and being able to interact with the system. The 360 camera controls don’t always appear when you need to move the camera. Some movement controls lock on and the camera doesn’t stop moving. If I leave a door open with a magnetic sensor and the alarm is triggered it takes 5 minutes or more before the app shows which sensor triggered the alarm. Any other alarm company would not even let you start the connect process of a sensor is open but Movistar make that difficult too. Also not being able to configure which sensors are used in total and partial modes is annoying and basic. Especially considering building works where I have to make a call, wait and then check it has been done properly. All in, the app and the functions of the alarm leave a LOT to be desired. Just because you’re a big brand, it doesn’t mean you should just ignore customers and do what you think is right.

App has bugs. Face id has a problem. Many times has to be unlock manually. Some times keep scanning the face and nothing… Then you shutdown the app start again and is working 🤦♂️ Also many times has very slow response… Definitely developers haven’t done the job right. Hope it gets better as the alarm system costs me 100€/month…
Camera Privacy mode
The camera on with privacy mode doesn’t work. Being able to control the cameras in settings has been removed.

In this app I cannot see any details or recordings from a security camera. A technician was in my property today and with a different phone he can see recordings. I have installed on a Samsung phone and I can too. However on the IPhone - I only get a blank screen instead of showing me recorded movements.
Souvent inaccessible
Beaucoup de bugs et souvent inaccessible, l’application est fiable pour la mise en marche de l’alarme et son désarmement mais pour le reste des fonctions pas top.

App full of bugs on iPhone 14 pro max
The Prosegur part seems good. I trust Prosegur hence contracting this service. The App itself is horrible. Just full of ‘unknown errors’ every day. Whenever you want to login or disable alarms there is always a very good chance the app with throw an error code and for 30 mins you cannot access it. I use at least 50 other apps and this is the only one I ever have problems with (and serious regular ones at that). I’m on latest version of iOS always and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app countless times. Disaster unfortunately and totally unacceptable.

Its very good and easy to use, but it needs updating to know the recent activity, I thing there is a bug now, whenever you click on the recent activity icon the app crashes.

Mostly good
However, an alarm that cannot be armed is no alarm. Many times the app won’t start, or fails to log in, leaving our house unprotected. They really should have a cast-iron API behind this app that never ever fails the end user. When it does work it does it’s job.

NOT compatible with Modern i phones
Not Compatible with latest I phone updates.Cameras Now stuck on loading! NO images!! After 3 calls and long waiting times on Hold I am told they can Not solve this until there is a App update. Also often won’t Arm or Disarm the Alarm email Notifications do not arrive until a delay. So All in All this App is Now Useless!!!! Please Update your APP as I need this facility to Work effectively.
Fingerprint log in still mot working
Fingerprint log in switched on in app, asks me to present fingerprint and all seems ok, but dont get a log in with fingerprint option when logging into the spp.

La qualité de l’image n’est pas top. La répartition de l’image n’est pas top. On ne sait pas visialise plusieurs camera en même temps sur son application, il faut toujours passé de l’une à l’autre. C’est pas top.

The new app doesn’t display properly on my iPad Air 2, ( the screen is just a 25mm vertical bar) but does work correctly on my iPhone X

It would be more useful if info was available in English. Your response was appreciated but NOT understood. Which device are you referring to. If it is my I phone x, I do not appear to have a “system “ in my settings. All I want is for the messages to appear in English. Is that possible? Thanks
