Agil y versátil cumple las funciones necesarias
App is rubbish
Two users can’t use at same time. Even if one closes the app it’s still takes a minute. You press the speak button and it closes the screen. Video button have to try repeatedly to get to work. Closes screen when you are in the middle of talking to someone at the gate. Installation was by their authorized professional and they’ve confirmed no issues with installation it’s just a terrible app.
Pago una suscripción para que no funcione
Cuando alguien llama al interfono con el iPhone bloqueado, aparece la llamada correctamente. La acepto y se abre DuoxMe, pero la llamada sigue activa en segundo plano. A partir de ese momento no funciona nada: ni el vídeo ni la apertura de la puerta, siempre aparece un error. La única solución es colgar la llamada, cerrar completamente la aplicación y volver a abrirla. Evidentemente, para entonces muchas veces la persona que estaba en la puerta ya se ha marchado.
A veces tengo problemas para abrir la puerta con ifhone. Debo hacerlo con mi llave.

Faltan Integraciones
Hace tiempo que Fermax retiró las integraciones de Home Assistant creadas por terceros. Al igual que otros fabricantes creo que ya es hora de que creen su propia integración.
Hasta ahora…
Hasta ahora tuve una sola incidencia en la que se desconfiguro el visor y tuvimos que reiniciarlo casi arrancándolo de la pared para q se desconectara y reseteara a la vez. Luego funciona perfecto, la app tiene Face ID y va muy bien.
Hasn’t worked since day one
We had the Fermax system installed on our front gate over 2 years ago and have had endless issues. The electrician has been out several times but has not been able to resolve the issue. The monitor, App and camera/bell at the gate all fail to connect to each other. The gate camera/bell constantly stops working. I’m based in Valencia so wanted to use this local company, but have been really disappointed. The App is far from the only issue…

Hay que resetearlo de vez en cuando. Por lo demás es muy práctico.

Can’t purchase subscription
My free trial period ended and when i try subscribe on the app it just glitches you cant go forward to purchase so now its useless, I’ve contacted support they said someone from Spains technical department would contact me but nobody has.

Conexión muy lenta en iPhone
En mi IPhone 16pro, cuando llaman, la conexión es muy lenta. Tarda tanto que la mayoría de veces ya no están esperando. En el IPhone 13 de mi pareja, va mucho mejor. He probado a desinstalar y reinstalar, pero no ha mejorado nada

After upgrading from Blue the new app just buffers/ hangs on both 5G and WiFi. Sent numerous messages to Fermax support zero response. So bad 6 out 10 times cannot even open the gates or communicate with the person

La app funciona bien, pero en mi comunidad hay 2 puertas, la principal y la de cada portal. La app no nos permite ver la cámara y abrir a demanda más que de una de las 2 puertas. Reportado al mantendor de la instalación nos remite a una próxima actualización de la app.
Mal
Se ve horroroso, como no esté la persona suber cerca de la imagen no sabes ni quien es. Como sugerencia, que la llamada de aviso al movil pudiera seleccionarse horario de “no molestar”. Cuando toca un gracioso a las 3 am es muy molesto que te entre la llamada. En general app aceptable

Awful
When it works it’s good. However when it disconnects from your WiFi you need a degree to work out how to re-connect it. It’s not as simple as just scanning a at code. I can open the door when I’m home, but not from my phone. Pointless really as the whole reason I had it installed was so I could see who was calling when I was out.
HomeKit and Shortcuts
The application is simple and efficient. In today's context, it's a flaw not to integrate with HomeKit or even Apple's shortchuts.

No funciona bien la captura del wifi
La aplicación no va muy bien, mi wifi en el móvil está al 100x100 e igual datos. Sin embargo al abrir la aplicación solo llega dos rallas y me dice que es bajo. En el principal tiene tiene todas las rayas cogida y se ve bien. Es una pena con el dinero que me he gastado que esto no vaya bien
DISASTER
Complete disaster. Do not buy this system. Unreliable. Everything in my building works and has steady signal except this EDIT DEC 2022 So i kept asking and asking and after connecting the support from Fermax and my internet provider and them changing the settings on my router, and some other wifi settings that i dont understand it was still not working. Eventually I had a wall unit replacement sent to me which i plugged in and it works perfect since then. It was a hard work figuring this out but now it works fine and i am happy with it.
Very poor
Got a new WiFi box and now unable to pair with my I phone I get as far as the QR code it asked me to join their net work not my WiFi And I just get no further Any advice ??? Review updated After trying multiple times Out of desperation I rang EE as no help from Fermax over the weekend on Saturday. An amazing patient guide helped me . It took us 30 minutes for him to find the right answer on Google and then to figure out how to change the WiFi code on the Blue App. At least he knew the right questions to ask Google as I and my neighbour apparently did not . He had also googled how to set up the new WiFi. For any one else having this issue this is what you have to do In the App on the phone you have to go to settings , then delete House it’s the last option on my app, then the app lets you add the new wifi . This step is not in my original set up guide. Once I did this it connects after about 2 minutes. Please Fermax it’s time to give us instructions that are clear and easy for normal people who are not dealing with technical issues every day.

Cuando llaman y quiero ver y hablar falla, solo me deja abrir, pero no veo ni hablo con quien llama, y si no abro, cuando vuelvo a poder ver la puerta se han marchado

New update works great
Does what it says it does, call diverts to the phone reasonably quick, 3-4 seconds after the monitor rings. Had a some issues when installed but turned out to be that the router was too far from the monitor. Had to fit a wifi repeater. Audio and video ok. Door opening works with Face ID
Unreliable
The Blue app is unreliable and the support site doesn’t recognise the error message (invalid refresh token) and the support site doesn’t seem to offer any way to contact a support service.
The new open door feature is great!
Thank you for the quick door open feature it is really good. Some stuff i would like to see: Integration with Airbnb, so we can add guests to our house automatically

You can’t hear for so long after you click on the pick up phone sign. It’s going off after you click. You can’t hear nothing, you can only hear and you click on the sign and it goes off.

This app and the service has never worked properly, we are over a year into service now. We may as well not have it at all :( sad that they just cant seem to get it right.
Zero stars - terrible buggy solution
Tech support non existent - be prepared for your door system to frequently go offline. Spent hours re installing - it’s total rubbish. Programmers need to raise their game 1000%
Fermax’support very helpful
Unfortunatly I expérience some problems to start with the Blue app from Fermax. I contacted the support and they solved quickly, remotely and efficiently the problem. Now the Blue app works as it should.
Outdated and errors
The hardware seems to be from the 2000s, and the app is not well made, its design seems around the same year, it has no costumization, no automations or integration with other apps, carplay, etc., it's 50/50 wheter you actually get a notification (at least on my phone). after using the button to speak, you also have a time of around half a second to speak with whoever is at the door before the app shuts down the video. overall not good.

quase sempre que preciso de aceder a app dá sempre erro de acesso. Internet boa do nada deixa de funcionar..

Completely unusable
Simply unable to use it. Both me and my wife tried setting it separately, twice each, but it always gives you an error at some point of the instructions.

Através da rede móvel 4G ou mesmo 5G, ao atender uma chamada o vídeo não funciona bloqueando a aplicação! Ligado a uma rede WI-FI a App funciona bem.
New app not good
Old app worked ok. Wasn’t great but at least I was notified when user at door, could see them and open the door. Now my phone just rings. Can’t see anyone, can’t open the door can’t speak to anyone. 2.0 has ruined the product for the reasons we installed it!
