Bad costumer service
The app could be good, you can find professionals to do the job you’d like but if for any unfortunate reason you get a professional that dosnt do the job properly or as you expect the costumer service won’t support you at all!! I had a cleaner that didn’t clean and the costumer service gave me partial refund even though I had pictures to prove what I was saying. I started using the app because I wanted sort of an insurance in case something goes left with a professional but here you won’t find that support. Won’t be using it anymore.

Son unos impresentables, no contestan los correos y no devuelven el dinero cuando anulas los trabajos. Dicen que lo tienes devuelto y es mentira. Lo voy a denunciar en la oficina del consumidor. No tienen teléfono y es imposible contactar con ellos. No dan soluciones. Aviso para que si estáis pensando en contratar hay mejores aplicaciones y más formales.
Poca claridad en la ubicación
La app en sí me parece muy útil y fácil de utilizar. El principal problema que encuentro es que, una vez que una solicitud ha sido confirmada, en muchas ocasiones posteriormente acaba siendo rechazada. Entiendo que esto puede ocurrir porque el profesional inicialmente no ve con suficiente claridad dónde se encuentra el servicio y, al comprobar posteriormente la ubicación, considera que no le resulta cómodo desplazarse hasta allí. Sin embargo, creo que sería muy útil que la ubicación y la distancia fueran más visibles para el profesional antes de aceptar la solicitud, para evitar estas cancelaciones posteriores o directamente que no salgan profesionales que no puedan llegar a mi domicilio.

Cleaners would cancel even after accepting and that too on a very short notice. This is a very disappointing experience.

No les pongo 5 estrellas porque, aunque la app funciona bien en general, el número de notificaciones no se borra del ícono y no hay manera de saber a tiempo cuándo hay nuevas oportunidades. Por otra parte, la comisión que se quedan por los nuevos clientes es muy alta en mi opinión

Where is my money?
They charged my account 11 days ago for a service that was cancelled by the cleaner. I haven't received any answer for the 3 emails that I have sent them. The worker cancelled the already-accepted service 2 hours before the start of the work. Just 2 hours. And money is deducted from my account to the pocket of these people. This is text-book scamming. Avoid

Demasiados problemas para poder transferir el dinero y verificar mi cuenta y de este modo el trabajo que realice ya no es efectivo , más si tengo que hacer tantos trámites y demoras para cobrar, y luego también hay descuentos que realiza la app con lo cual ya no vale demasiado el esfuerzo realizado.

Been threatened to block my account
This app is full of clown professionals, you get charged upfront and 30 min before the service people cancel with no consequences when you as a customer has paid upfront and waited for days. App also shows professionals are available when professionals are saying their accounts are restricted. Takes forever to get your money back and customer service is slow and ridiculous and threatens to block your account because the system falsely prompted you're trying to contact professionals out of the app. This app should be banned from App Store as it's a total waste of time and energy and hold your money and ruin your plans.

The app keeps spamming with notifications
Everything in the app works fine but if you plan to keep sending promotional notifications you need to add an option for the user to disable them. Otherwise I need to turn off the notifications completely which is bad as I want to be notified about status of my booking… Please fix this

Only for cleaning not for creative works
This app is very limited for creative works like videography photography surprisingly video is not even included in the services and most of the clients reach for videos. This kind of service request conversation to know exactly. And the types of work, but the app flags very quickly. Definitely also difficult for clients to make a decision.

Meanwhile, the app keeps taking bookings and letting clients believe everything is fine. I rely on this job to support myself and my family, and working without being paid is simply unacceptable. I’ve had to cancel upcoming bookings and notify my clients directly. This platform is unreliable and untrustworthy. I do NOT recommend it to anyone — whether you’re a cleaner or a client. Until they fix their payment system and take responsibility, stay away.

Unreliable Cleaners on the app
Booked someone, they came and took 2 hours just wiping down our kitchen counters and then left, with absolutely nothing cleaned. We raised complain and Webel did not help and took cleaners side. Their cleaner also stole from our property. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Great - just the calendar could have a better set up but otherwise no complaints here! Glad I found it!

Please do not use this service. The cleaners are not professional and they steal stuff from your place. I raised my concern with their team and they did not help.
