What they complain about

- Spam notifications for other developer apps
Good app
app is high quality
Where is the Map?
I just purchased, thinking once I paid that a map view would be available. As best I can tell it is not. I was looking for Photographers Ephemeris, which can be used to plan where to be when the moon or sun rises using a map based system. I’d like a refund.
Inaccurate AR
I wanted to like this, I need a way to track the moon in the sky, but something is odd with the compass and AR mode. The regular compass mode seems to work when calibrated, but the AR mode drifts around like crazy. This is below what other apps are able to achieve.
Amazing
Great features and reliable data.
Thinks it’s a news app, spams you with notifications
I enabled notifications so I could get notified of reminders I set up about sun position etc, but it’s sending me push notifications about Jeff Bezos. If it’s possible to disable these, they bury the setting somewhere deep in the app.
Easy to use
Is great, but doesn’t let change to see the future
Good tool, not great
The data is very useful and presented reasonably well— the compass especially. The UI is not intuitive, with no great way to switch between different views; swipes work on some screens but not others. But by far the most annoying are the constant notifications for other apps by the developer. One of the key features of the app is setting alarms for certain positions of moon/sun/Milky Way, but the only recommendation from the developer to avoid these ads is to turn off ALL notifications, which includes the ones you set. This is the paid version! The cost of admission should include the ability to avoid spam.
For the Moon & Stargazers
For the horologist in all of us. It can be daunting for neophytes. . . After finding this gem, orig. in Adroid, pleased as punch to find in the App Store.
Ephemeris
This App doesn't open in iPhone iOS, although it should compatible as mentioned!!!!??

Thought would be more 3D
Just not easy to really see the Sun and moon, with way it is on a phone app maybe. But wanted to see the way Sun and moon would show here In Michigan sky and what time. Doesn’t really give a tool user guide so just winging it won’t need for even my other photos bummed because I absolutely love their other Apps!
App inzwischen Spitze, Support geht so
This is the one!
Finally a good freemium sun and moon tracker for hobbyists and professionals alike! I appreciate the affordable pricing and good features at any price tier! Keep going.
Crashes on launch...
... iOS10.3.4 on an original iPhone 5, and also on a Retina iPad running same os-version.
VERY impressive
Found this app VERY useful when planning shots with the blue, super moon. It is a bit fidgety and you need to understand what you are doing but the output are impressive. If night photography is something you are looking into / doing - this is a great tool. My challenge with it is the accuracy of my iPad compass - moving it in a figure of 8 to calibrate is a bit challenging. Putting it on my phone has solved this.
Was soll das?

Great!
I’ve been wanting to find the best time to take photos and this app is very helpful but my only question is can you take photos and if so how?
The 5-star rating seems like a scam
Just read the other reviews, the 5-star rating here seems like it must be someone promoting it for the company instead of an honest review. $0.99 a month or $9.99 for full access seems pretty excessive for finding the position of the moon and sun in the sky at a particular time. There are numerous websites that do this for free, and they are less complicated. Just my own opinion, make your own call.
luv can see position of moon
includes moon location if it can have moon phases that be better
Portrait mode only,...
2 stars, because of portrait mode only. Well, that’s how it initially opens up, and first selections (allow location and notifications) are oriented. Since it wouldn’t switch to landscape mode during initial setup, I deleted the app. Come on developers, to do this sort of app in portrait mode only, in the age of tablets, is archaic.
Ghetkundo science journal
I want to use this for the measurements of movements
Correction from last review
I just redownloaded after I got an email and I didn’t notice I have to click on the X mark. Using it as old school just basic I would love to download the flat earth but $10 for an app ridiculous. hopefully a company can create one , Hint Hint.
Didn’t even try
If it had landscape mode for iPad I would have started the free trial and see how it operated and I should get the option to go full purchase not your app and automatically start charging my Apple ID that’s bogus.
Great, but
I love this app! One star off for installing on my OSX devices, but not working corrrectly becuase it does not support keyboard input. Would be great if it did.

Not what I expected. Too technical for understand. It’s not for photographers.
dunno what it's called
thought it went missing since i last saw it in unincorporated roselle with at the quackenbush residence:
Never better instrument
This app is amazing, use every day..
They just bill you.
Even though this app says 1 week free trial you will immediately be billed the $9.99.
Not sure what happened
I really like the app. It gives me notifications for astronomical events. I used to be able to see write-ups about the notifications but recently the ability to find those write-ups disappeared. I don't know why that happened but it makes the notifications useless. If not for that Id have given 5stars
Looks very promising ...
... but I'm not paying any money for an App that supports portrait orientation only!
Stay Connected To Your True Nature!
We live in a world of man-made time that sorta correlates to nature? Once upon a time we kept time by the sun and moon and seasons…we were also much more self-aware! Technology is nice, but it’s not everything. Use this app as the ancients used sun dials and the equinoxes to keep track of “time”
Not what I thought
After watching previews on my desktop about the app I thought I would see a map with the directions indicated for sunrise and sunset. Not so! Get a glorified compass showing rise and set. I feel greatly mislead.
Can’t use without beginning a trial
I cannot even start using this app without beginning a trial - this doesn’t allow me an opportunity to check out how the app works without beginning a subscription, which is a bummer because it suggests that it could be a good solution to what I need. SolarWatch seems to be a better option.
Love this app!
I used it to plant 8 fruit trees on my property and was able to pick the best locations based on sunlight throughout the year. Thank you so much for this app!!!
Cant use without paying
I can't even use one feature on this app without paying or starting a 1-week trial. What a joke. It is definitely not a "free" app. Don't bother downloading.
No buena
Un fracaso
Love the accuracy
I love this app so accurate and informative!!
Can’t even use
This is not a free trail, credit is required to access this app
