Very reliable and cheaper than taxis just don’t fall like me haha but where proper protection learned my lesson
I would like my money back
my first couple rides went very well, i rode and it was a descent price. after riding a couple times, the app showed a deal that included adding money to your wallet. After i added twenty dollars to my account, all superpedestrain scooters got removed from my city.

Needs a phone stand
The scooters are very easy to take off the kickstand . With lime scooters it is difficult so I appreciate that. However we need to be able to have our phone tied to the top of the scooter so we can use our maps to navigate. Maybe the app could integrate a map that gives directions?

Superpedestrian, the e-scooter startup known for its self-diagnostic software, is shutting down its U.S.-based shared scooter operation on December 31 and exploring a sale of its European business.
Unable to turn off promo notifications
The app does not have settings to turn off promo notifications. I will downrate apps which keep sending unwanted notifications no matter what other virtues the app has. It is either bad engineering or unfriendly marketing practice and companies should have higher standards. I encourage others to do the same. The problem is especially annoying for apps like this one for which I cannot mute the app entirely because using the app for its intended purpose requires notifications (in this case, to be alerted of in-ride issues). Please stop adding distracting spam to my life.

Scooter Glitch
Was not reimbursed or contacted for two scooters glitching and not starting. I was still charged for the time (which was under 5 minutes that I spent trying to get them to work). Otherwise, I have never had any problem with using the app or the scooters.
Ace ride, bad for parking spots
Works a treat, not the cheapest but ok, slow up hill, just a pain only using designated parking spots

They made no announcement that they were shutting down, so I unknowingly loaded a bunch of credit from Transit GO into a service that removed all of its scooters a couple days later. This is insane, I’m losing over $30.

App won’t send confirmation codes
I was a previous user with an account. I stopped using them for a while, then tried logging back in and never received a code it’s been months. Even this day writing this post I tried and nothing. I contacted support a while ago and they said they would reach back to me. I have yet heard from them.
Not worth the time
Wanted to ride scooters with a couple friends, Until this poorly developed sad excuse for an app stopped us from enjoying our evening. Couldn’t make an account on some phones, couldn’t pay on others, and one couldn’t even get the app open. Terrible. 3/5

Link is very expensive, I paid eight dollars for a less than 1 mile ride. I also did not find the interface on the app very easy to use.
Very hit or miss
When they work perfectly it’s great. Super convenient, very accessible, easy to ride, etc… But unfortunately it works maybe 60% of the time. A good amount of times it will just randomly disconnect, or die after saying it’s full charged. Very fun and when it works it’s great, but definitely not reliable.

The 30 day pass was the only thing that made this app a viable option for regular transportation. All these 1 day passes are unnecessary.

Im whose in holydays Lanzarote im give some little problems the scooter Sometimes just stuck no move! It’s cool but if u can get taxi take taxi it’s much cheaper sometimes just hard to get ! Scooters are round the place !

App generally works well but I often have to fight with it to get it to top up - it’s often showing me top up amounts in dollars! Recent price rises make the scooters less appealing, and the app often refuses to acknowledge you’re in a parking zone and conveniently ticks over to the next minute of charging while you’re trying to convince it you have parked in the right place….

Pros: Very accessible Can end ride basically anywhere Zippy and can get you from A to B quickly Cons: About 20% of the scooters I used are actually functional Still bills you even when the scooter has not brought you anywhere (happens a lot seeing as many of the scooters do not work) Support team seems non existent (can report an issue but it won’t go anywhere)
