Rates you, forced labor, without consent
Very questionable practices. They rate you without you opting in while charging you. So you pay and they evaluate you. When you stop, it doesn’t work because you are forced to scan your surroundings. It doesn’t work and it is labor, so you are paying to work do them. This company needs to learn about consent.

Slow Mode makes bike unusable
it's nice when it works, which is rarely. the bike gps system or something is messed up, every time i "enter a slow/no ride zone", which i never actually have, i seemingly never leave it. this makes the bike impossible to drive uphill. i have injured myself while attempting to drag the bikes to somewhere the motor will work to no avail. i have been put in unsafe situations as a result if not being able to ride properly or quickly. i have not been able to complete a ride in weeks. i will definitely stick to competitor brands in the future, at least i can ride those reliably.

Love the app! Love the prices but the gps and ai detection is still a work in progress. Was unable to locate the position and said I was in a no parking zone. Other than that B+

I will never again take a spin. I’ll take a Lime 9 times out of 10. Spin left me stranded when I needed to get home from a bar.
Great experience but…
Great experience on the actual scooter. Shame I paid £5 for 1 hour but that couldn’t be paused for later use that day. I used it for 14 mins and want to use it again later which is an extra £5!

Endlich auch bei uns !
Ich freue mich, dass wir endlich auch bei uns in der Stadt E-Scooter haben, das war längst überfällig. Gerade wenn man abends als Frau noch unterwegs ist , sind die mega nützlich. Habe eben die erste Fahrt gemacht und war begeistert, hoffentlich stehen hier bald noch mehr davon! Einen Stern Abzug gibts nur für den Preis, ich bin schon mit wesentlich günstigeren gefahren und für Strecken die länger als 5 min sind, ist es dann auch wieder günstiger mit dem Bus zu fahren. Aber vielleicht passt ihr sie Preise ja noch an, dann würde ich sie wahrscheinlich auch um dem Weg zur Arbeit nutzen:)
Bad, inconsistent service
This app is fine when it chooses to work, but it switches off after midnight, which means stranding you when a lot of people need it the most. It’s fun but don’t rely on it, bad experience overall

Liebe Spin Entwickler Die App und Scooter sind einfach nice und nützlich nur leider ist der Bereich wo man fahren kann leider bisschen klein ich würde es gut finden würde in Hürth Fischenich und generell Hürth e Scooter stehen. Da es momentan leider keinen einzigen e Scooter in diesem Bereich gibt und ich zumindestens dann immer nach Brühl fahren müsste um einen zu fahren. Persönlich ist es auf Dauer halt sehr lästig. Ich würde mich freuen würde dieser Vorschlag gesetzt werden.
Way too expensive
My girlfriend and I created a group session. We rode for 50 minutes, but were paused for probably half the time sightseeing. It totalled $85 USD, absolutely insane. Never taking it again

Schön wärs wenn es mehrere geben würde und auch mehrere geladen sind. Die meisten hier sind alle fast leer oder funktionieren nicht. Dafür die 3 Sterne. Bitte beheben.

Bit glitchy at first kept having to leave and enter again.
Fun but price adds up quick
2.8 miles / 40 minutes / $32…. Worth it? kinda, but not really, $20 seems more fair…. Super fun, exhilarating, a little dangerous, potential for injury is definitely there…. Will think twice before riding again for to price…

After I deleted the app cause the refund wasn’t working even after I ended my ride. It still didn’t want to work.

Great service but cant use wallet
I have $15 in my wallet but when i want to use the wallet that i have topped up already to buy a spin pass, it takes me to credit card payment right away instead of withdrawing from the wallet. I love the service but want to be able to pay with my wallet. Thanks

ai problems
the bikes are great but i got charged so much bc the ai thought i wasnt in the right place even though i was. i had 2 bikes, one of them stopped perfectly fine and the other one wouldn’t stop charging me. It said i wasnt in the right place and when i tried to move it it was locked and i deleted the app to stop charging me. great way to ruin the night and lose $15.

El patinete está bien tira bien es divertido y está bien pero el problema que tiene es una a trabajar y necesitaba pasar por una zona roja que no se podía aparcar y de la nada me empieza a sonar la patineta y no andaba cuando miro me salía notificación que no podía pasar por esa zona por lo menos arreglarlo ya entiendo que no se pueda aparcar pero tampoco pasar por allí eso es un fallo si se arregla estaría estupendo
