Love it!
I was tired of using other mail services and integrating with programs like mailbutler. Then I found Titan Email. It simplified everything for me and my life is forever changed. If you have a Titan account and run a business, this is hands down the best app. I love tracking my message opens, file downloads, and the signatures are wonderful. Highly recommended app!
scam
falsely advertised as part of existing email service. intercepts and filters conversations and calendar invites, and i have little idea what else…
Font option must be avail in app
A very better app as i am using more than 3 years but a very wrost thing no update bring till now we cannot change font nor can change size via app its must be update for font & size option
Broadcasting issues…
It is nice that you can see when/if people opened the email you sent, but blocking your sent email because a few “valid addresses” from business cards came back? Frustrating!
Needs work
The read receipts are a lie . I got them when I know for a fact the sender hadn’t opened or read . The text is too small on the app and there’s no simple UNREAD tab .
Perfect for my needs
Been using the app since day one, it’s perfect for my basic needs with the right tools and ease of access.
Titan Email
This is the worst app and service I have ever seen. I have limitless trouble and having to write them all here is another needless task. Find another provider. One star is too generous a rating
Should be able to add more than 25 accounts into the app.
Can you guys increase the limit from 25 to 50 onto the app. The app is great.
Never block any email
Not so happy; tried to control my inbox but, despite marking Spam or even blocking totally, the same ones keeping getting in constantly
It’s okay
I was excited to have a calendar when I got this email for my business. The calendar is the worst I’ve ever used. It doesn’t allow me to enter events but it’ll take them right out of emails. It’s just annoying to waste my time with it.
Email Don’t see
Some time I don’t see the email on front page and I have to put specific date to see it then it shows up wording why?
Checkmate
I spent hours trying to get my HTML to working in signature with this company. Run. I actually use a 3rd party service called Wise Stamp which integrates with outlook no issues. I wasted a whole evening trouble shooting this and got nowhere. It’s odd to me that name.com pushes this , I’m guessing they own titan. Now I need to spend more time trying to change DNS to outlook and try to get my money back etc
Good, but one note
Good but i have a notice and please it would be much better if you have added sound notification customization so we can change the sound notification like other platforms
So, so
It’s a little bit difficult to find easily email for categories. Everything is mixed
Very difficult
This email service is not intuitive - it’s tedious and doesn’t lend itself to keeping confidence with the user while making it difficult to see and keep track of your content. You cannot even pinch and zoom without difficulty…
Love it

Can't even report count of unread messages???
App is badged with number of messages received since last opening. This is useless info. Open and close the app without reading one email and the badge is zeroed. Humans want to know how many unread messages exist. That is the number that you put in the badge. Even ChatGPT knows this use case better than your (ahem) "Product Manager". 🙄
Faltante
Es espectacular, pero debe mejorar para compartir documentos y fotografías directamente, tal como otras App. Tener que bajar el documento, guardarlo y recién ahí subirlo al correo es pérdida de tiempo
Email PROBLEMs
Emails bounce back and I receive messages that come back saying to do something coding. Tech Help wants me to do something that sounds very techie. I don’t even know where to start to try to fix it. My VA has fixed it twice, but again organizations are not receiving my emails or some bounce back. I have never had so many problems with an email. I would say it is the app on my iPad , but I use it on a different computer with same results. I just want it to work.
email service
Ok
Mandatory update is bad
Mandatory update is bad
Every email goes to spam
Absolutely the most frustrating email service I have used. Every single email I try to send gets flagged as spam and I have to do a captcha to force send it. Every. Email. All of my incoming emails go to my spam folder as well. Do not recommend.
Tengo un problema
Yo si tengo problemas tengo el empresarial, necesito un video tutorial para anclarlo a mi iPhone , por más que se intenta no se puede agregar amis cuentas . Pongan enlace . Siempre da error de host o contraseña o etc
Fix the typing
I have to delete each letter when I start a new sentence for a new paragraph and capitalize it on my own. Very frustrating. This is an auto correct That’s been over, written for whatever reason, each new sentence after a period should be capitalized, that should be a given. All I’m saying.
Emails fail to load
I really like having this email service, but more often than not, when I open an email, it doesn’t load. I get a blank page. I thought maybe the last update would fix it, but it didn’t.
Good
Good
Works terrible
How can this be based on gmail and work so terribly? Also the calendar tied to it is just the worst. Pump some development into this more. It doesn’t make sense for business.
Good but could be better
Titan is great for the most part. There are a “few” things that I am accustomed to that are not available such as not being able to preview attachments without downloading. That is very important to me when I’m composing an email. Sending a client a wrong image can be detrimental. As a graphic designer I will have a huge number of almost identical files with different file names. I need to be able to check files visibly before I send and my clients need to preview before downloading.
A Promising Mail App with Room for Improvement
The Titan app is a promising email client that offers a range of features to enhance your email experience. While it has its strengths, such as its user-friendly interface and efficient mail sending capabilities, it falls short in one crucial aspect - the inability to receive mail. I have been using the Titan app for a while now, and I must admit that it excels in terms of usability. The app’s interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, making it a breeze to compose and send emails. The various customization options available, such as email templates and signatures, add a personal touch to your messages. The app also boasts a robust search function, allowing users to quickly find specific emails or conversations. This feature is particularly handy for those who receive a high volume of messages and need to locate important information promptly. However, the main drawback of the Titan app is its inability to receive mail. As of the 24th of August 2023, this issue remains unresolved, and it significantly hampers the app’s overall functionality. While the developers have assured users that they are working on a solution, the lack of progress in this regard is disappointing. Despite this setback, the Titan app shows great potential. If the receiving mail issue is resolved, it could become a strong contender in the email client market. The app’s current strengths, coupled with the promised fix, make it worth keeping an eye on for future updates. In conclusion, the Titan app offers a user-friendly interface and efficient mail sending capabilities. However, the inability to receive mail remains a significant drawback. If the developers can address this issue promptly, the app has the potential to become a top choice for email management. Until then, users may need to rely on alternative options for their email receiving needs.
Good, but be on your toes for phishing
Generally good… however, massive levels of phishing attempts which is very frustrating… I haven’t had this level of phishing mail on any other email service provider that I’ve used. Very annoying.
Excellent Email
I used Titan as my main business email and I got no complaints at all. I love how is so easy to used.
Barebones compared to website
How the app shows the folders looks barebones compared to the website, shows them looking like unique foodies instead of folders with sub folders. Even the stock iPhone Mail shows the sub folders properly. Can’t set up 2FA without losing access to imap, I’ve set up emails with others services that use 2FA to block web access and then generate one time use passwords for email clients; even my work email, which uses Exchange, has 2FA enabled but I can access on my stock iPhone Mail app. Glad I signed up for only a trial and not pay for this shovelware.
Like it
Great for my business needs. Need spell check!
Doesn’t work for the most part
Randomly Stops working for no reason. Customer service is complete and utter nonsense, they do not reply on time, not worth the money I’m sorry.
Not bad but definitely need a some work
It’s not a bad app, it has what you need but it could definitely benefit from some added functionalities that go beyond basic emailing. For example, there’s no way to block senders, if the subject line is too long there is no way to read it on the mobile app, minimal stuff like that. It isn’t essential to the functionality of the app but would never happen on other platforms.
Works every time
Excellence
Cannot Login
I create a new webmail for my website and tried to login on TITAN but it keeps telling me that wrong password or username whereas I go to another email service provider and it logs in. All my friends too complain of the same issue. You guys can do better please.
Great app but no quick share icon
App works great but does not show when sharing photos etc. like Outlook or mail. Please add shortcut Thanks
Mobile App Freezes
I had to change to this app because I changed my Web Host. I open it and after a couple of emails it freezes. I have to close it completely and then reopen to unfreeze it. If I didn’t have to use it I would delete it and not look back. The computer app works fine. The mobile app not so much. Titan gave me an email for support. The system identifies my email to them as spam and kicks it back. It asks me to force send, which I do, and it doesn’t go thru. This fiasco is only getting worse with no way to contact them as they block my emails as spam. Maybe the could just give me a phone number or unblock my email address.
Could not print from app
I could not print emails from the app. Fortunately, I figured out how to receive and send on Apple mail, so I am using that again.
Business Insider
I was slow to adjust to this platform’s approach. Now we recognize the full power and potential for new features.
No support
Haven’t been able to send an email in I don’t know how long
Good app could do with a few touch ups
Application is good emails come quickly and send out the same, a couple features which could be useful. Folder editing, ability to add folders within this app. ( Works via Apple Mail so not sure why there’s no ability to do it within Titan ) Tagging of colours Calendar format, slight different view where you get the month with days corresponding to blocks. All about the visuals haha If possible, ability to sign into other email providers? Would be cool not the end of the world if not able to do so.
Not good experience
This is paid email and way much worse than Apple’s default email function, can’t copy email address, can’t resend, the fonts are not as good as looking, the only good thing is I know when recipient opens email.
It’s an alright email service
I got it from Wordpress and thought to use it as our business email provider since It could do custom email hosting. It works as expected and like any other email provide like google or outlook. But it’s just lacking in responsiveness for a lack of a better term. The syncing of your inbox from device to device only happens when you open the app on the device your wanting to use it on. So every time I open up Titan mail on my desktop web browser, I have to wait like 5-10 seconds for the inbox to update. Which might not seem like a lot of time but it just adds to the feeling of clunkyness. It’s a minor thing but it’s tedious to just wait there for the mail that you’ve already seen on your phone or laptop a second ago take a while to load. Unlike with Gmail or other apps where it’s continuously and accurately syncing on all your devices, it take a bit for titan to do that. As well the notifications I notice lag behind a few seconds as well. When I’m in the app and I need to receive a code or something, it pops up in the inbox but the notification come like 5-10 seconds after on my desktop or laptop. Which again doesn’t seem to be that big of a deal, but it’s just annoying to already know you have the email and then get a notification literally after you already seen the email. I doubt they’ll fix the responsiveness of the app anytime soon, like for some reason I’ve seen no interaction or presence of a improving brand or company. All in all, it’ll do what you expect, but it’s a bit clunky. The only reason I haven’t switch has been because there’s a lot of info in the emails on the app that I wouldn’t want to be deleted.
Great App!
Love this app, great replacement for Google. Would love to see a calendar app/apple widget integration so I can completely migrate to Titan. Thanks again Wordpress!
Spam offerings everyday.
After paying for the email service, I still get constant annoying Pop ups telling me all the great features I’m missing by not upgrading. Why pay for an app/service and constantly get spammed???
Not working good
Not working good on Apple, customer service support not professional.
Could be so much better!
I’s love to see the app mimic desktop more on an iPade but more importantly, we are on apple watch 8 and I can’t use Titan on the watch for my calendar. I get email is tougher but get those two in the iwatch and I’m a fan for life!
