JAMES
Seems to work well , for non Spanish speakers please note it’s v easy to change the language in the settings option.
Frustration is
Worked fine and now everyone I open the app I have to log in and then it doesn’t …. And shows an error. And all I want to do is unlock the door C!
Clunky
Although I have set the language to’Ingles’ the content of the app remains largely in Spanish. Also there does not seem to be the option for face recognition so I have to painstakingly log in every time I use the app
Ingles
Language hasn’t changed even though I’ve done it
Unable to log in
I have been unable to log. Messages (in Spanish) say my details were entered incorrectly or the password was wrong. Having changed the password after several attempts it reverts to a numerical one supplied earlier. The app is not worth all this effort and so I won’t be using it and will delete it!
Can’t change the language!
Can’t change to another language, tried the obvious and the developers recommendations but no joy. I ve given up and wiped it.
Languages
Online, it says that this app supports multiple languages. However, it really doesn’t. So it’s pretty useless to me as an English speaker. I revert to the website and use google translate. This helps, but the app itself is pretty poor in terms of UI and functionality.
