La luz mas barata
Es la compañía de venta de luz más barata. Energia XXI. El kw no es demasiado caro.

April 2026 update doesn’t work
App was fine but the update has erased my account on iPad and iPhone. WhatsApp customer service were no help. Online account is fine.

Features dont work and customer support don’t reply
There are features in the app and web site that don’t work. And when I try to reach for help, the customer support simply ghost me. Very poor attitude forwards the client experience.

Cada X tiempo me obliga a borrar la app y reinstalar porque me sale que no tengo ningun contrato. Al volver a instalar se soluciona el problema

I lost the use of my app today and that is what I use to pay my electric bills, reason being that the current app has an upgrade to a specific apple version before apple have come out with the IOS version not sure what I need to do to rectify it, guess I have to wait until apple comes out with the update for my phone

Register
I’m trying to register using the app via an IPhone. When you chose the ID type it only displays ID card, residential or passport. The rest of the screen is greyed out. I took up the Energía service using my NIE but cannot get that option using the app.

Good App, but with disruptions
It actually shows consumptions very detailed (by hour), very appreciated. Unfortunately this does not work constantly. But we also like that we have the opportunity to review previous invoices. That’s super.
No invoice available on line unless signed in first! More time wasted!
Don’t need to write a review as far to convoluted!
Good but
can be better. When viewing my bills, why not show ”used kWh per month” as this is the base of what I pay. The price changes and I cannot do anything about it but kWh I can change. Again, consumtion could be more detail per day, not total for the month. Look at your website, that is good.

The Energía Payment Web Site is rubbish Nearly tine I try to pay with my Irish Euro Credit card , it fails, even after 2/3rd party authentication
Was great but no consumption showing now
I rely on this App for my house in Spain and it used to be great but for the past few weeks when I press to see consumption it says I have to have an electricity contract to view! I have contacted Energia but they don’t seem able to fix it. I do have the latest App version.

Anzeige von zwei Verträgen nicht möglich
Seit ca einem Jahr habe ich zwei Verträge bei Energía xxl. Leider ist es nicht möglich, online auf beide Verträge zuzugreifen. Zahlreiche Chats mit der Hotline hatten bisher keinen Erfolg. Ich wurde immer nur auf eine Lösung vertröstet. Schade, so etwas darf nicht passieren

Brilliant when it works but too often it doesn’t…..I like to keep track of usage, but regularly it doesn’t show any….. Needs better IT staff to keep it updated and working.
