Horrible
Every time this updates a new bug gets introduced. The latest one being that it completely erased what they called binpass, and even tho i had one active it kept charging me on my wallet. No response from the in app support no response when i email them, nothing.You cannot properly end rides.. the lates update was horrible..DONT DOWNLOAD!

I just want to finish the ride and get off. What purpose that the photo serve? I fail to conceive even one.

Why is the app support leading to a non existent site? Why there is nothing available on the app but there are still scooters available when accidentally found? Has this app and service been deprecated for Skopje?
Mobile network issues
This app sometimes refuses to work with mobile data in North Macedonia. I cant just login. It asks me for a mobile number and then nothing happens. ‘Continue’ button is not working. Unreliable:(

issues every time, Not recommended
every time you try to use a scooter there is an issue. it doesnt unlock, it doesnt work, etc but it still keeps charging you. One time While I was chatting with customer service for an issue (scooter was 41% charged but throttle did not respond and I couldn't end ride). They finally discontinued my ride but it drained my whole account while chatting and never got a refund.

Bezveze uzimate pare ljudima, ne odgovarate na mailove na oba maila sam pisala, od marta mi dugujete novac jer sam platila BinPass, a nisam ga iskoristila + sad na novoj verziji nema BinPassa i minimalno dopunjavanje para 5 KM. Sramota iskreno i prije ste imali korisnicku sluzbu za Bosnu, a sad imate Bin Asistenta koji ne zna engleski nego iskljucivo turski pa ako je tako nek se covjek ogranici na Tursku i cao

Приложение работает отлично, самокаты немного поюзанные и иногда глючат, но так нечасто, чтобы ругаться.
Нормальное приложение и ужасные самокаты
2 поездки из пяти были полным провалом. На первом же арендованном самокате не реагировала ручка газа, аренду сразу завершил. Через день другой просто не разблокировался, пришлось тоже завершить аренду. Поддержка не отвечает, за эти «поездки» деньги не возвращают. Вот как то так(

Good for short trips in Turkey. Sometimes bikes can stop suddenly and you need to change it, and sometimes can be broken, but they will charge you money already

Scam
It is a scam!!! First, this app stops working when I want to end the trip. It says that there is no internet while other apps and websites on my phone work with no problem. So, I have to reboot my phone several times or reinstall the app, which takes 5-10 minutes (the app charges around 7 tl per minutes). Second, the app refill the balance twice at once without my permission (automatic refill was not on). I’m going to call my bank to get refund.

Doesn’t accept foreign bank cards
I applied with my foreign bank debit card and it allowed me to get a scooter to ride, unfortunately when I tried to end the ride it wasn’t allowing me to end it. This is a problem especially in an metropolitan city like Istanbul where there are a lot of visitors/tourist who want to use it. I felt trapped because it didn’t allow me to end the ride and charged me more than usual😏

Обновите пожалуйста приложение, сделайте наконец чтобы оно работало корректно. Не получается оплатить, хотя карта прошла верификацию (турецкий банк). Пытаешься оплатить проезд, пишет ошибку. В итоге ты не можешь завершить поездку и он больше часа насчитывает тебе аренду… Решите проблемы, хотим кататься!

Good app, pretty simple in use. Can you please add the Pause feature with reservation cost, maybe. Just to be able to keep scooter while you grabbing some groceries or other stuff, for 10 minutes. Thank you
Full of bugs
It’s a great thing to have in case you miss a bus or something. But a few days ago I rode it and went to a no park zone and tried to park it. I couldn’t so I went back to a parkable area and It would’t let me . I tried a few times and ended up spending double the price of my ride.

Great scooters but so annoying how it prompts me every time I open the app to verify my number. Especially when I'm trying to end the ride. Its charging me extra money as I spend time verifying to get into the app

It is not possible to share location with the app on iOS 15 and old IPhone SE Button Allow Location services is also not clickable in the app
British debit cards aren’t working. Why??
Very odd why it won’t work. Keeps showing an error even despite multiple cards. Can’t use the service at all!

Even these common updates for a simple app are not helping, poor quality and good only for loosing your nerves and money. Avoid at all cost!

Unusable for tourists
While you can sign up for the app with a passport number instead of a Turkish ID number, they only accept Turkish payment cards (which isn’t explained in their FAQ or in the error message you get when you try to use a foreign card). Customer support suggested getting a prepaid card at a supermarket, but from what I understand you also need a Turkish ID number to register one of those.
Card Issue
While being in Turkey, tried couple of times to upload my credit card into Wallet but no joy and even card has been charged for verification. Website is in Turkish so unable to contact any one to help us out. Would suggest they should give an option to translate into English as well thanks
