Sıkıltı olunca düzeltiyorlar
Uygulamada arasıra sıkıntı oluyor, iletişime geçince hemen düzeltiyorlar. Uygulamada tek eksik gördüğüm ödeme yöntemlerinin kaydedilmemesi, her bilet alışta kart bilgilerini giriyorum

Not responsive, slow broken app
Unable to select the train stations, it looks like loading the station but after awhile throws request timeout error. Another broken or weird ui app just like many other Turkish private or government operated companies apps and websites. You got to perform better testing before going to production.

Bazı koltuklar neden erkeklere özel?
Neden Piribeyler - Kütahya ya da Kütahya - Gazlıgöl gibi rotalarında en arkadaki koltuklar için sadece erkekler rezervasyon yapabilir? Keşke cinsiyetçi uygulamalardan vazgeçebilseniz. Başka ülkelerde bu saçma cinsiyet uygulamaları yok.

Uygulama çok güzel ama bir puanı kırmamım sebebi bilette boşluk olduğunda bildirim seçeneği eklemelerini tavsiye ederim. Gereğini yapılmasını isterim
İzmir-Denizli treni
Buradan tcdd ye sesleniyorum.Trenlerin tuvaletleri çok kötü durumda, düzenli olarak hijyenik olarak temizlenmeli.Camları da keza çok kirli durumda.Yolcuların camdan dışarıyı görmeleri neredeyse imkansız. Kısacası saldım çayıra Mevla kayıra sistemiyle yönetiliyor.

Uygulamaya giriş yapmak için 2-3 gündür uğraşıyorum ancak hata veriyor sürekli. Üye girişi yapılamıyor.

Maybe it'd be better if I was Turkish
Tried booking a train from Istanbul to Ankara as an American tourist, kept giving me the wrong date and even then was still impossible to select my ticket and pay for it. Serious waste of time
No wallet support
How come there is no support for storing the tickets on the iOS wallet? Nearly all ticketing applications have this feature!
English extremely limited
Almost all end up being in Turkish even if English is selected. Poorly executed translation, needs way more testing and troubleshooting. Only Turkish telephone numbers are accepted. Such a shame to be discouraging international visitors from travelling around Türkiye on what sounds to be an excellent railway system. A pity the quality of the booking app isn’t at the same level.

No English at All
There needs to be at least an English translate of this app but there aren’t any. There’s no English button at all. How are tourists supposed to use the train system if there’s no other languages? Please fix!

I have created an account and saved my details. But even after I logged in it still asks me for some info such as my date of birth when I buy a ticket

Adanadan İstanbula veya İstanbuldan Antalyaya tiren olup olmadiğini ben nerden bileyim. Bilet seçeneğinde Çikiş şehir olarak Adana yazdim mi variş olarak tek bağlantili olan şehirler gözükse çok daha mantikli uygulama oluçak.

User experience app
If you search a train without activating “I want to make a reservation” booking option/possibility is showing, that is not FULL status. But if you try same constellation with activated option “ I want make a reservation “ at the beginning the right status “FULL” is showing which means you see what is really going on. Sometimes if you transform a reservation into a ticket(sale) by using a coupon system error is occurring and you don’t get a sales (PNR) number but your coupon is lost. By the way the customer service at phone is really competent and very friendly, professional.

Kullanım kolaylığı fena değil ama iyileştirmeler yapılması gerekiyor. Ancak ingilizcesi hem çok amatörce hem de kimi yerler hala türkçe kalmış. İngilizce bilen bir memur değil bir çevirmen tarafından yapılmalı.

Kullanımı ve arayüzü kolay. Yanlız dil seçeneği yok. Eğer iTunes hesabınız Amerika hesabıysa program direk İngilizce başlıyor ve Türkçeye çevirme şansınız olmuyor. Dil ayarlamasını program otomatik yapıyor ki bunu tamamen kullanıcının seçmesine izin verilmeli.

I some trains there seems to be 1 empty seat, but when I try to select a seat, only cars from 3 to 6 appear on the screen, with 0 seat to select
