i have been trying to create a digital acc for like 10times and each time it CRASHES. like whats up with that?? im using the latest iphone btw its def not my problem. the reviews have been saying the same thing from nov last year so i dont know why this is still happening. would appreciate if the relevant teams can look into this and rectify it. thank you. also im still unable to make the account anyway so i dk what to do

If you forget your username or can’t find the physical card and try to select the forgot username function they ask you for their userid number and birthdate. So basically it’s impossible to recover your userid if you lost the card. I guess I’m not recovering the ID. Does nobody do actual user experience testing for this app?

Forced me to create a digital account, then tell me it’s unable to do so without stating why. I can’t enter the rewards page at all.

Worst app ever!
Clicking “Create Digital Account,” “Reset Username,” or “Reset Password” all lead to the same page asking for membership ID and date of birth. After submitting, it simply loops back to the same page. You end up stuck in an endless cycle with no resolution. For a brand of this scale, the app experience is shockingly poor.

You would think that a company of this caliber could make an actual functioning app but it doesn’t even work. A joke.
