How can the steps for transactions be reduced for “less friction”
Locks you out after it sends you OTP texts late
Was a reliable app all these years until today’s experience exposed its nonsensical “security” feature. After it logs you out (without reason), the app requires an OTP on re-logging in. As the codes only last 3min, when the app sends the texts late, they have already expired by the time you use them. The app then locks you out. If you want to pay, you’ll be embarrassed and unable to.
Persistent problem linking wallet to UOB app
I still can’t link it to UOB tmrw app to top up my Kris+ wallet. Is there a glitch?

Terrible experience
I use this app to make reservations regularly but my account was locked and I was asked to submit 3 mths worth receipts lto prove that I indeed fulfilled ALL my bookings. If not, I was threatened that all the KPay miles previously awarded would be clawed back! What a joke!! When I submitted those receipts, customer service took months to reply and needed additional reminders before unlocking my account! Why penalise your app users/SIA customers if you are so petty in awarding those KPay miles. App is a pain to navigate and such subpar treatment of your customers, please do something if you are still planning to keep the app on the appstore.

The app offers great opportunities for earning and redeeming Kris Miles, but it is available only in Singapore, I’m from India and there is no option to earn miles. The authority should take a look into this matter.

Auto logout everytime
Have been using this app without much issues for some time. But since last week I have been logged out every single time i open the app. This makes it extremely frustrating when I am using the app to call a cab, because i will need to key in my phone number + key in an OTP + a few other acknowledgments or disclaimers before I can proceed.
App not responding after scanning QR
I have expiring miles so decided to try a new restaurant that accepts Kris+ payment. Launched the app as usual but after scanning the QR, the app just stopped responding. So I ended up paying with card 😡. Now at home trying to find other places where I can use the miles and there was nothing (blank page) under “our partners”!

Extremely bad experience with Kris+. My mum purchased 2 FairPrice $80 vouchers but only received 1. The single voucher provided could not even be used at FairPrice despite multiple attempts. What is most unacceptable is that she has been chasing their customer service for over 2 months with no resolution, no accountability, and no proper response. This is highly disappointing and reflects very poorly on Kris+. Customers should not have to go through this just to get what they paid for. I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing vouchers through this platform.

Awful food on recent travel. Was given chicken three times to eat as a gluten free meal ( as requested) on a recent flight. Puts me off eating chicken for a while.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the fulfilment of my recent order. While the stated delivery window of 7–10 working days is already on the longer end for an e-commerce platform, receiving my order closer to three weeks later falls significantly short of what was communicated. This gap between expectation and reality is, frankly, unacceptable. This will be my first and last purchase on KrisShop. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches the relevant teams, as the current fulfilment experience — particularly for external vendor orders — leaves a great deal to be desired. Reviews and sentiments shared outside of the platform reflect a similar frustration, and in today's digital landscape, consumers simply expect better. I do hope this is escalated to the appropriate department heads, as improvements to the fulfilment process would go a long way in restoring confidence in the platform.

Expected so much better from a renowned airline. Clunky and unfriendly. Most concerning for me is that lack of data privacy, and with no options to restrict advertisers from accessing my personal info, including contact details and shopping habits.
