Although app is good but there are lot of bugs as edit profile is crashing and many details are missing please reevaluate
3rd class bad service
I purchased a paid plan on this matrimonial app to find a suitable match for my son, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. A large number of profiles appear to be fake, with misleading photos and incorrect information. When I contacted customer support to report these concerns, I was shocked to hear that they do not verify the authenticity of profiles. This defeats the entire purpose of paying for a matrimonial service. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting genuine and verified profiles, but instead have to waste time dealing with fake accounts and inaccurate information. The service quality is very poor, and the lack of profile verification raises serious concerns about trust and safety. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a genuine matrimonial platform. A complete waste of money and time. ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)
