They keep adding new scrapbooks way too often and leveling up capos is a grind. Not to mention the games played weekly are repetitive and has become predictable.

This game is actually pretty good i thought it was going to be boring but in fact it wasn’t boring it’s a great game i would definitely recommend it.

Great game with potential to be better
I’ve been playing this game for a little while. Love the concept and the game play. However the push to have to pay to even advance is very annoying. The gem prices for items is too high and you don’t get your moneys worth in the packages whatsoever besides the one that skips ads for you. It would take years for a free to play player to advance at all as the rewards aren’t the best unless you spend gems and/or buy the packages that don’t give you much. Maybe I’m used to how Evony did their packages after playing that game for years but I see the packages offered on this game and it’s just bleh. The automated tokens only being able to use one per street is so dumb. You truly have to spend a ton of money to be able to get your capos a certain level to have automated once you reach a certain rank. So having the option of only one automated token is not all user friendly. There’s decent events on this game that could be longer and I honestly look forward to such as Hidden Lucre and fort Tilden, however LA ISLA could disappear and I’d be extremely happy. Use that time that event would take and make other shorter events a little longer that are much better than that stupid event. Rewards aren’t not worth participating. Certain events that have the capo cards come from safes can be annoying while fun as the capo cards for the higher buildings are super hard to come by in the safes you earn and you get the lower level ones that do not help once you get to a certain point. Give more of the free capo shards or free safes if you’re not going to change that. Event packages also are not worth it. Also maybe give more of a game guide on how to build the capos and gear, link capos, participate in gang wars, etc CORRECTLY so people dont waste so much resources, gems, etc. linking capos costs way too much but the concept is awesome. Get rid of dead accounts and gangs would be helpful. Also maybe a world chat for recruiting people would also be helpful. Also with arena and gang wars, do the matching better. Some of the opponents on both of these events are impossible with power differences and it completely makes it not possible to even have a chance at winning. Scrapbooks also impossible to complete without spending a horrific amount of gems. Thanks for this cool time filling game and I hope yall listen to players and make improvements over time and updates. I will continue to play and hope to see great things come along!
Great when you don’t need help.
I have played this game for almost 2 years. Spend monthly money on the membership and have had absolutely nothing but fun with this game since the second I picked it up. I have ranked in the top three and several different of them event events and never had any issues until the past event. I spent over 10,000 crystals and I was in second place at the end. It even popped up and told me, however I never received any of my rewards. I reached out to support and after three days of waiting, they told me that I didn’t finish second and then I didn’t finish in the top 100% to me. This is extremely disappointing for a game that is so much fun but when you actually need support, they don’t help extremely disappointed and will be canceling my monthly membership again. This game is great but if you ever need help I wish you the best of luck.

Right i love this game but its bad with giving capos so basically im tryna level up my capos but it doesnt give me what i need and just keeps giving me the same over and over and ive been playing for 2 months now and it takes ages to get the capos so please fix this

Standard idle game, great aesthetic!
It’s your average idle game. You log in; get rewards, claim your cash, upgrade, maybe do some side event, wish you had enough special currency; log out. The characters are well made. The skins are ridiculously hard to get but cool. Love the references. Overall: good game.

Almost Great
Super fun game!! However there seams to be a glitch of some sort. The yen maxes out occasionally. When using the grabber hand to collect all the money generated by the businesses at once it doesn’t do so. Bummer!!!
Great game, but unreasonable for upgrade the buildings.
It was a great game, I enjoyed it firstly for over 4 months, until I reached rank 40, the upgrade started getting difficult and took ages, for example, now I am rank 56, but I need to use 4YY money to get 1 level up for the building but the reward is just only 1WW more. The next building needs over 42YY, so it seems took me months to get. So unfortunately, I gave up the game.
Fun Events
Been playing for over 2 years now and it’s definitely a fun game … I have spent a decent amount of money and the level ups aren’t that easy or worth it as the game goes on. For example I’ve leveled up my battle machine alotttt and I still can’t win a battle when I have more stars and power than them. Also ruined smuggling dock when you guys put on the PULL restrictions, not even worth pulling! It’s a lot going on at all times so it keeps you busy but I HATE THE ONGOING HELICOPTER SO MUCH! why does the sound continue even when I’m in battle??? Hate it! The side quests are the only thing that keeps me coming back now. Money Talks, Hidden Lucre && Operation Black Gold are really fun!!! PLEASE give an option to turn the helicopter sound itself OFFF

Developers don’t listed/false advertising
What are those pictures when you go onto the App Store? There is nothing in the game that even remotely resembles that? I have been playing this game for 3+ years and admittedly it’s addictive but the developers treat paying customers with disrespect. The introduced a new in game called black and gold which is great, but kept causing mine and so many other peoples phones to crash. They got back to me and said the problem was I had no space on my phone. When I checked, I had 10gb… which is enough. Wonder if that’s the excuse they gave to all the other players! Compensation they gave was pitiful, and made me want to delete the game entirely. They respond with automated copy and paste responses that don’t even answer your question.
Great if you’ve either got time or £5/month. Horrific customer service
Great, but takes tons of ads to be successful. £5 monthly pass is needed if you want to be average in the game (hundreds/thousands of £€$ if you want to be more) but the customer service is vile. They don’t care, they just want your cash. Literally nothing you go to them about will get fixed (this is a known fact for basically all I know who play). So as long as you’re okay if something goes wrong in your game it not getting resolved your fine.

Yet another game where the ad bears no relation to the game. It’s enjoyable but not what I was expecting.

The main game isn’t too bad but the mini/side games always feel sabotaged to make you purchase extras. You can’t get anywhere in those games without purchasing, it definitely feels rigged.

Fake previews/ads
The game is absolutely not like the ads, or the “preview” in the App Store. Only ONE slide in the preview is the actual game, currently it’s the last slide that looks like a top down view of a city. The other slides are what’s in the ads and previews, which are NOT part of the game. Literally just advertise the actual game, it’s not that hard
Love the game but new update is 👎🏼
I’ve played this game for years, love the game. You get the best out of gameplay when you have at least a basic subscription and can buy £2.99 top ups. New update has removed the numbers within the upgrade arrows, indicating how many times you can upgrade a property. Hate it, please bring the numbers back as it helps you get the best out of rewards when playing.

Pretty fun
I’ve been playing for a couple of years now it’s pretty fun. Doesn’t require hours of play. Some of the events are really boring though. Worst thing is the game as terrible at explaining the functions in the higher levels. So after initial start they explain virtually nothing. Not how to use serum or use skills etc. it makes you not want to play because there are instructions after beginning

This game is a money sink, if you want to progress at all and reach higher levels you have to be willing to spend tens of thousands or live to the age of 300. Every event is designed for you to spend money, need a boost to complete the event? Spend £/$20 on in game boosts or diamonds. There are 3-4 events happening at the same time, and the week long events are even worse. You could easily spend £/$500 on a single week long event to even reach the milestones. In short, if you have an enormous amount of disposable income then you will do very well in this game. If you have no disposable income, you won’t progress. The game design overall is very fun and engaging but due to the monetary sink hole at the heart of this game, it is only for those who have access to excessive funds.

Loved this game but the developers don’t listen to the players and continue to ruin the fun, making some, not all, some tasks next to impossible to complete unless you part with your cash. Some of the special events are sooooo boring and it takes ages to progress. The main game is fine but even that is getting tedious. The Smuggling Dock is not worth looking at. Was alright until the developers completely mucked it up and won’t revert to its previous state.
