I am very satisfied with this with this app, it gives you a variety of glasses. That’s not expensive some practical some are reasonable, but I really love this website.

This is the first time I’ve purchased from here and I was so exited. Stylish glasses for a great price for women like me who love to switch up our look! I chose Zeelool over Firmoo for my first time and I ordered, immediately realized the PD number had been put in wrong and spoke to customer service. They fix this. I had also wanted to change the color of the glasses. I emailed back to confirm that they had the correct PD number and not to change the color of the frames. Just send the original color that I had chose when the package arrived. The PD number on the slip was wrong so I got in touch and they are quick about responding but they said that yes it was a mistake on their cSR’s part so they gave me a few options. I told them I just wanted to send them back and get the original glasses with the correct PD number they said OK but I had to pay my own shipping which ended up being $15 then I asked if they could add blue light tent to the frames to look out since I had to pay the shipping to send them back on something that was not my mistake. They paid half of it only. I will say they gave me a $15 credit for my next purchase but now that I’m trying to use it there’s nothing showing credits on my account. I paid for 2 pairs in the end honestly. Thankfully they are cheap, I just want to use the credits and I will not be ordering again from here. The frames are amazing though! Gorgeous!

Just continually crashed on IOS 15.3.1.
Reasonable pricing, horrible shipping.
My package has went from the delivering state, to two states north, to now three states north with the delivery date changing twice. Amazon shipping said to reach out to ZEELOOL for shipping and tracking issues. I do and they help but not by much. It’s a huge mess. Hopefully it will still be delivered within the estimated time frame. Will update.

Love the glasses, never had a problem with their quality, etc but when something does go wrong customer service seem to think throwing voucher codes at you solves the problem and it does not which is a shame bcoz the store has such a wide, affordable and funky selection of glasses
Better off using full site
The “Try On” feature which is THE deciding factor of buying glasses online is not part of this app or can’t be found. You’re better off using the full site.
Refining Options
I was really happy with my last order of glasses. They were much better quality than the company I’ve been ordering from for years. However, the app doesn’t have any flexibility for choosing to shop by size ie bridge width. Also too much repetition, seeing the same style in all the different colors. I prefer to shop by shape. I’d love the option to condense the different colors.

So first of all I really like the AR view so that I can actually see what it looks like on my face. I also like how easy it is to navigate the app. One thing that I cannot stand about the AR feature is that you cannot try on sunglasses. It will only show the frames and not the lenses. Which I find redundant since there is an option to view AR for sunglasses but it won’t show the lenses?? Please fix this or you probably will not have a lot of sales on sunglasses as people want to see what they look like on. It would be different if you didn’t offer the feature at all, but you do so you should make sure it works properly. I am still going to purchase some glasses for myself so I will continue the review once I have received my order.
