I love a Unice. I have lupus & my hair falls out constantly so these wigs are a huge help!
Horrible
I used my phone that no one has the number of to place my order and now I’m getting weird text messages from random number saying that my loan has been approved. I have not given this number to anyone but this app clearly it’s because of them. Additionally it’s extremely impossible to cancel receiving emails from. The hair I received was extremely flat and you can’t leave a real review inside the app it won’t let you submit it. Deleting the account is a nightmare. Never buying from here again.

I downloaded the app because unice said the price would drop and it didn’t. I do like the hair with this company it initially looks bomb. The Burmese curl looks bomb but sheds bad it’s worth a few wears tho. Hopefully this repurchase I just made will last longer.

They have not looked into the last week that I purchased before the April purchase they have not offered to give me a credit for it. They did not try to locate it. Otherwise the wigs are very good. They’re nice quality, but I’m not happy. the fact, this is that I’ve lost out in a wig and almost $200 for the same wig I’ve ordered twice before and fourth third time that’s how much I love it so that’s the only reason why they got a rating of two with me. If they corrects you, I’m pretty sure that their rent will go up with me but as it stands right now, I’ve lost out in $200 and a wig that I do love but did not get now I’ve ordered two more the other thing I don’t like is when you go to look at the wig and you say it’s a $99 sale and you purchased now you can’t hit the 7 x 5 and when you go to hit the length it jumps from $99-$150 the price changing and fluctuating like that when you’re guaranteeing something it’s not cool

This is my 2nd purchase within 2weeks. I am SUPER excited! Ordering was so hard to choose from 😍 sooo many selections. I was so impressed with quick delivery and my hair came just like the picture 🥰 My birthday is in a couple of weeks and I sure hope that it’s here on time.
Bad hair and service
I ordered human hair from this platform and received fluffy synthetic hair that literally sheds so poorly. I tried to contact UNice using the phone numbers on their platforms and none of them were answered. In app chat support has not been responded to in 7+ hours. Their phone numbers are registered as not existing, email accounts are bouncing as domain not existing. Apple should remove them from the App Store because what an incredible scam!

I love that there wigs are precut pre-bleached knots ! Very beginner friendly.

My package got stolen in my building and it has been a few days im trying to reach out to unice so they can help me. I sent them messages to their support email, they don’t answer. Their WhatsApp number doesn’t even work . Their support team on their website don’t answer.. im really not happy

The communication with this company is horrible! The amount of time it takes to respond to your concerns takes days. Phone numbers don’t work and shipping timeframes shown are not accurate! I’ve had to place 2 orders In orders to receive 1 of the wigs on time. Won’t be ordering again!
