Navigation / Handysteuerung
Grundsätzlich schon mal keine schlechte Sache, eine App mit Navigation usw zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Umsetzung finde ich „gelungen“, nicht sehr gut aber auch nicht schlecht. In gewisser Weise zweckmäßig. Was das importieren von GPX angeht, hab ich Erfolge sowie Niederlagen erfahren. Was auch immer dazu führt, das manche GPX-Files sofort geladen werden und andere sind garnicht anwählbar. Mal kurz ein Machtwort: wenn KTM Geld für eine App möchte, dann sollte auch die Geschichte funktionieren. Also das Importieren einer GPX von CALIMOTO hat direkt funktioniert. Keine Ahnung ob es Kriterien gibt, welche ich zufällig erfüllt habe, jedenfalls geht. Smartphone verbinden und über die Tasten Steuern ist gut machbar, wenn man sich damit beschäftigt und dann weiß welchen Knopf man drücken soll muss kann. Für mich als Freizeitfahrer in der nahen Umgebung ( 300-400km Umkreis) ist die Navigation völlig ausreichend und gut ablesbar. Für Mehrtagestouren habe ich keine Erfahrung. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mich guten Gewissens für 4 Sterne entschieden, weil es für mich praktisch und ausreichend ist, ABER mit Luft nach oben. Achja KUNDENSUPPORT ist ja auch der Knaller. Die sollten wissen welche Produkte sie verkaufen, hinsichtlich Abonnement. Sie meinten das es aktuell kein Jahresabo gibt (69,99€) sondern nur dieses Monatsabo. STIMMT NICHT, ich habe jetzt ein Jahresabo direkt in den Appeinstellungen gefunden, tadaaaaaa 🙂 Also KTM schmeißt euch ins Zeug, dann kommen garantiert auch mehr Leute zu euch, z.B. Optimierung der App.

Love my 2026 KTM ADV 390, but this app and gps is useless. No one in their right mind uses this for gps lol. It does not “Unleash your KTM’s potential”
Map disconnected after 1 hour
The map is getting disconnected after 1 hour pf connection. And the map is moved to the idle stage.
Maps update is awesome
The only annoying thing about this app that I had was the maps. It was very basic with no updated landmarks and location and use to deplete battery quickly and make my phone really hot but now the map is seemless and really good. No more battery depletion. The accuracy of turn by turn is also precise.
UNABLE TO FETCH VIN
Dear Team, I have bought my vehicle on June 2026 and unable to fetch the VIN. Please look into this and update the application.
Compatibilidad con Maps
Por alguna razón no me deja compartir con esta aplicación ubicaciones desde Google Maps. Por lo demás, me parece una aplicación muy completa, se ha conectado con la moto muy bien y las indicaciones salen perfectamente en la pantalla.

Gps coordinates not working
Please update the app because Gps coordinates not working and sometimes disconnect while driving,before the update when I want to go a place, just I copied coordinates from Google Maps and paste it to Ktm connect app and found the location easily, but after update, I am unable to paste coordinates and the serious issue is the navigation is disconnecting while driving sometime

Well... i do saw some complaints in here... but guys... if u got a 2024+ model is a pretty decent app. I didnt paid anything tho and i still got every feature. Specially i like the navigation, is pretty useful from time to time. I barely use it tho since i have a quadlock and i'm all set but still... 🥲 a 1.7 rating is a bit too low for KTM. I mean if u bought a KTM, u most likely liked KTM and to score it this low... is not cool of you 🤷🏻♂️

Please fix
It EATS away at the battery. I just went on a ride for 30 min at my phone went from 100% to 22%. Any other navigation app doesn’t do that. This app has also taken me the wrong way multiple times. The GPS feature is not clear and often gets me lost instead of taking me the right way. I’ve had to run Apple Maps in the background with the sound on to get the right instructions. Just purchase a mount and put your phone on your bike instead of this app.

Kostenpflichtige Version mit GPX Import lohnt sich nicht. App hat Schwierigkeiten mit Tracks und bricht Navigation ab. Sehr schade. Normale Navigation funktioniert ganz gut. Manchmal bleibt die Anzeige auf dem Motorrad nur hängen

Okayish performance for Indian roads
Doesn’t work very well with Indian roads. Mobile (iPhone 14pro) heats up after few minutes of navigation usage.

Invalid VIN. 2026 models are not updated for India.
I am trying to add my bike in to the application from the day of the purchase of my new bike but the database is not updated for the India and because of this delayed update, i am facing issue with the app. I have seen reviewed from so many users who face this issue in the past and KTM India is not working to fix it.
Need some improve on maps.
I’ll just suggest the team to update maps and adding some option to manually choose the location on maps and get navigate and also add the stop function for multiple location. Indian maps you can update with mapple map my India those are batter than google maps.

It looks like a cool app, but it didn’t have my bike. I have a KTM 250 SXF 2019 if you’re seeing this and you can edit the app, would you please add my bike?

Ktm 200 connection issue
To the Respected KTM Team, I am an enthusiastic user of the KTM Connect app and would like to further enhance my Duke 200 experience. A significant suggestion from my side is that when the KTM Connect app is connected, instead of just displaying the number on the bike's screen during an incoming call, the names saved in the phone should be displayed. This will make identifying the caller even easier.

Bluetooth connectivity issue
Its not showing bluetooth paring option in the app because of that i am not able to connect the app with my bike. Please fix ASAP

Amazing! No really….
I read all the really poor reviews on this app and was really disappointed after spending so much on a SDR Evo. I’ve just come back from a 2000 mile ride in Spain with my great friend on his Ducati V4. selecting no motorways and twisty roads found some of the best roads I’ve ever ridden in my entire life (I’m 61 biking for 40 years) and that is no kidding for some reason Spain only has a few cars and lorries the roads are empty apart from a few cyclists and not a pothole in sight 100 mile an hour sweeping Road just blew me away. I even managed to get the navigation directions on the bike screen which the dealer couldn’t do for me. I get the impression previous versions of this app have been terrible, but it looks like KTM have listened because I have zero complaints …. not one! for it to work you have to connect your phone to the bike and your headset wireless ideally to the bike think of the bike as the central hub then run KTMconnect on the phone and it just works….
Not worth it
Not connecting properly to the bike. Maps is not all useful will not able to search for any local places, if integrated with google maps it would be awesome. I would prefer if it is integrate with google maps data at least

I gotta say despite all the negativity I saw the app was updated a week ago so I decided to try it. It identified my bike, downloaded the maps I wanted and worked as advertised.

App crashes when I set my destination

Decided to try this on my 2022 Super Adventure S. The basic version is free, as it’s a MY’22 bike. Loaded onto my iPhone 11. Signed on with Apple ID. Entered my VIN, which found the right bike & downloaded the UK maps. Linked the phone to the bike as per KTM instructions. Planned a route & pressed Start. Perfectly good turn by turn Nav. Audio played through my head set via the phone, without having to link it to the bike. An altogether more positive experience than I was expecting given the reviews. Looks like they sorted it for recent bikes at least. Don’t think I’ll bother with the Premium subscription though.
Worse than KTM My Ride app it replaces
Not sure I can recommend this app after my experience. First of all the My Ride app was withdrawn with no notice. One day it worked, the next day it didn’t exist on the app store. Now the replacement app has some shortcomings the previous app did not as well as some limitations carried over: - It EATS the phone battery faster than even gaming on my brand new iPhone 14 Plus. This is while the phone is tucked in my pocket with the screen off. The phone eventually becomes too hot to hold - Sometimes you receive the audio navigation prompts, sometime any music halts and you just get silence - You begin typing in an address and it tells you you need to download missing maps. You continue typing in the address and suddenly no extra maps need downloading - There is still no option to navigate around a roadblock i.e. to tell the app the road is closed in 100 yards and please recalculate - Navigating abroad with flight mode on confuses the app so it sometimes quotes metric distances and sometimes imperial - My KTM dealership in Salisbury has had the wrong address for at least a year - I haven’t worked out why yet but the default routing preferences periodically change so one route is planned to avoid toll roads but not motorways and the next route is vice versa - Equally confusing, at times when abroad the arrow on screen to keep right (i.e. to remain on your current road) is pointing the wrong way as if the app thinks you are in the UK still - Supporting documentation and support in general for something as critical as a navigation tool is poor at best In summary: It is cheap compared to other apps or a dedicated GPS device There is a wide selection of maps available The integration with the bike dashboard is good Only offers the next navigation instruction, nothing more detailed or interactive The software is too buggy and power hungry to be truly relied upon Keep an eye out for bug fixes. If they arrive and you’re happy with just seeing one navigation instruction at a time then this might eventually be the app for you

한국에도 KTM 유저가 많습니다. 한국 앱스토어에 KTM 앱이 없는 것도 아쉽고요. 아쉬운대로 미국 앱스토어 통해 다운을 받고 바이크도 등록했습니다. 설정을 살펴보니 안내 음성에 한국어 지원이 있던데, 다운로드 가능한 맵이 없다는 게 의아합니다. 지도 업데이트 해주세요~~~

Can’t hear voice on headset
I connected my phone and my headset to my 390 2025. When I do a call from the call menu, the call goes and when other person lifts and talks, I can’t hear on my headset. The phone’s call sound shows that it’s connected the bike. But won’t the bike redirect call sound to headset? If so how can I make call from bike and hear via headset?

Non commento il fatto che si paga ma ora ci siamo, il navigatore funziona bene e averlo sul display a me piace tanto, il ricalcolo dei percorsi funziona e si può usare anche offline. Continuate ad aggiornare per ora soddisfatto 😀
Other options are available.
I tend to listen to directions rather than watch a screen, so not having a full screen map display is not a big loss for me. There are plenty of free apps out that will do the same job, calimoto, Waze, Google maps. I paid to see how the turn by turn on the relatively small LCD screen looks and I’m a little underwhelmed. Certainly won’t be paying for premium when other free apps give me the functionality for nowt. Save your money unless you really want to see the arrow on your screen.

Tried the new app. Seems ok for point to point. Have not tried way points yet. One major thing, the roundabout graphic in the UK is the wrong way round. When you are going left at roundabouts it shows right and vice versa. I think I know why. The exit number is correct but the graphic is designed for driving on the right. So in the UK exit one would be left in Europe it would be right. Can you fix this? Thanks
