Useful app and great customer service - retracting my previous review ( due to my misunderstanding)
Useful tool to keep track of travel expenses. I normally use my laptop but this can be done on the app on the phone so no need to lug the laptop on trip.
Top (bis auf 2 Kleinigkeiten)
Schöne App, übersichtliche Darstellung der Ausgaben. Toll wäre es noch, wenn beim Teilen der Gesamtausgaben im Screenshot auch die Gesamtsumme zu sehen wäre. Und dann wäre es noch schön, wenn man in der Übersicht über alle Reisen sehen könnte, wie viel man für jede Reise insgesamt ausgegeben hat

Statistik
Die App ist grundsätzlich übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen, um Ausgaben auf Reisen schnell zu erfassen. Auch die Währungsumrechnung ist praktisch. Leider fehlen mir bei den Statistiken einige wichtige Funktionen. Es wäre sehr hilfreich, mehr Auswertungsmöglichkeiten zu haben, zum Beispiel Ausgaben nach Ländern getrennt anzeigen zu können. Wenn man in den Statistiken ein paar Funktionen besser trennen und detaillierter auswerten könnte (z. B. nach Ländern und Kategorien), wäre die App wirklich super. So ist sie aktuell gut für einfaches Tracking, aber bei der Analyse der Reisekosten noch etwas eingeschränkt.
Top App
Super App, die tut was sie soll. Das Icon ist leider eines der wenigen, das noch nicht an den Darkmode angepasst ist. Das wäre wünschenswert.
Très bonne application
Installée récemment car elle semble très fonctionnelle par contre j’ai pris un abonnement solo à l’année mais je n’arrive pas à la faire fonctionner à la fois sur mon portable et sur ma tablette. Faut t’il prendre un autre abonnement ? Merci de votre aide
Trips nur in einem Land
Wir haben uns die Duo Probeversion für unsere halbjährige Backpackingreise heruntergeladen. Die App bietet viele tolle Features. Was uns jedoch fehlt, ist, dass in einem Trip jeweils nur ein Land ausgewählt werden kann. Wir werden in den 6 Monaten mehrere Länder bereisen und möchten unsere Ausgaben über alle Länder inkl. verschiedener Währungen tracken. Wäre es möglich, diese Funktion zu erweitern?
Perfekt für jede Reise
Ich nutze Trexpense bei jeder Reise und die App liefert mir immer eine verlässliche Übersicht über die Ausgaben. Die Möglichkeiten zur Kategorisierung sind richtig gut und hilfreich. Der Support ist super. Danke Stefan für das schnelle Update zur Erweiterung des CSV Exports. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Great app and support
Used the app for my trip through South America. I paid for the pro-version, which for me was totally worth it. Lots of things are configurable like trips with multiple currencies, categories, convertion rates (if you’re not happy with the given ones), start and end date, budget and travellers. Adding and changing expenses is super easy. You can even split an expense for multiple days. The statistics provided out of the box are displayed in a nice and easy readable way. If those are not enough for you they are downloadable via CSV for your own calculations. I had to transfer the app data from one phone to another which was super easy. Unfortunately I had a problem, unrelated to the app, but the support helped me anyway very fast. In the future I’d love to see a small calender somewhere to not only switch between days but only months and years.

Wenn jetzt noch iCloud Sync hinzukommt ist die App perfekt 👌🏻 Ansonsten bin ich total zu frieden 👍🏻
A must have app for business travellers!
I had used an alternative app for several years, but as it was no longer supported I thought I’d try a free trial of Trexpense. I have since purchased the app and have been using it for nearly 5-months on multiple business trips (domestic and overseas) and I can honestly say it is exceptional. Simple and intuitive, with customisable fields, it really takes the effort out of managing expense claims. Furthermore, when I made a suggested improvement for a .pdf export function, the developer not only incorporated he also followed up with a personal email informing me of the update - now that’s what call customer service! I will be recommending this app to all of my work colleagues as it’s a great utility at a fraction of the cost of competitor apps, which frankly offer no additional functionality. Great work!
Budget planner would be a nice feature in addition...
App is very simple but includes everything you need - it helps me not losing the motivation to track my costs, because it's so easy and quick to handle. One feature is only missing, then it would be perfect: I would love to have a budget planner as well. So that I can say how much I want to spend in total for food, for transport etc. and it calculates for me, how much of my budget I've still left!
Eigentlich eine super App
Wir haben Trexpens jetzt schon einige Jahre und waren sehr zufrieden. Allerdings hatte ich heute einen Bug festgestellt und habe beim Suchen nach updates festgestellt, dass die App neu aufgesetzt wurde. Runtergeladen und Käufe wiederherstellen ausgewählt (wir haben die Pro-Version der alten App, aber - nichts passiert. Auf unseren Hinweis hin hat sich der Entwickler umgehend gemeldet und seine Hilfe angeboten. Tolle App und guter Service, also 5 Sterne.
Abo-Modell und Exportfehler
Update: Sehr schnelle Fehlerberichtigung. Toll! Außerhalb des Abo-Modells jetzt wieder alle Sterne. Vielen Dank. Ein sehr nützliches Programm, das ich schon sehr lange nutze. Über das neue Ab-Modell darf man durchaus geteilter Meinung sein - so hoch ist die Wertschöpfung m.E. dann leider doch nicht, aber das muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Bislang habe ich immer ein vollständiges Bild aller Ausgabensummen in Listenform exportieren können, jetzt wird das Bild - wenn die Liste etwas länger ist - einfach abgeschnitten. Damit entfällt eine für mich wichtige Funktion. Schade! Vielleicht ist es ja auch nur ein Bug, der bald korrigiert wird. Das wäre toll - dann gibts auch wieder mehr Sterne 🤩

Die App ist top und hat alle Funktionen die ich mir wünsche und brauche. Es wäre allerdings klasse wenn es noch möglich wäre eine weitere Person hinzuzufügen, sodass man zu zweit in der App arbeiten kann.
Super App und noch besserer Kundensupport!
Super App, hatte Schwierigkeiten beim upgraden auf die Vollversion. Aber der App-Entwickler hat innerhalb einer Stunde ein neues Update erstellt und meine Backup Datei repariert. Unglaublich!
Wirklich gut
Wirklich super App! Schlicht und übersichtlich und trotzdem sehr umfangreich. Hat (fast) alles was man braucht. Folgendes würde ich mir noch wünschen: - Trotz Gesamtbudget würde ich gerne sehen wie viel ich jetzt im Schnitt noch pro Tag übrig habe. - die tägliche Durchschnitts Statistik ist leider erst nach der Reise richtig spannend. Es wäre schön, wenn man den täglichen Schnitt nur bis heute anzeigen könnte und die Zukunft dabei ignoriert. Beide Features werden etwas komplizierter, wenn man Ausgaben in der Zukunft einträgt. Ich persönlich trage zum Beispiel Hotelkosten für die Zukunft auf die jeweiligen Übernachtungstage aufgeteilt ein. Insbesondere eine Auswertung des „Restbudgets“ würde ich sehr begrüßen, aber vielen Dank für die bis dahin tolle App!
