The approval takes forever
Love it, but one temporary problem.
OK, I love love love this app. It helps so much. The only problem that I think will be fixed is when I go onto the app it says lost connection! The Tinkercad service is not responding. Please let me wait a moment. But I really need this to work because if it doesn’t, I will be able to show my grandparents how the three printing works, and my grandparents are leaving in 30 minutes. They’re leaving in like 20 to 30 minutes, and I need them to see us. Please please please please please please respond and fix it.

Seriously, a restriction and about 2 to 3 business days seriously at least it’s easy but still like seriously you really need a parent approval seriously shouldn’t shouldn’t it just be send an email then they just have to click approve or decline. Seriously it’s just stupid.

Great on MacBook, absolute garbage on every mobile device In my house.
If you are using it on a mobile device and have more than 7 sketches, you might as well say goodbye to being able to edit any of them without Tinkercad crashing, and also sometimes while editing a sketch, the sketch will flip upside down and if you try to zoom in or out or move the view point, it moves the view point in a random direction for a random distance and also moves the sketch in the work plane, which it is not supposed to do and is really annoying.
Worked great! … until it didn’t
Used it for 4 months on iPad. Flawless. Opened up one day to find that it was on an endless loop of the blue loading screen and “connection lost” Please fix that bug, because I really want to go back to designing
Easy to learn and fun to use
I started as a newbie 9 months ago and I’ve now designed over 30 different things of various difficulties using Tinkercad. No it doesn’t have every feature you could possibly want, but there are workarounds that allow you to do things fairly easily. In less than a year, I’ve become a 3d cad designer.
So frustrating
This app is so frustrating. The way you have to try to design stuff is so weird. You have to jump through hoops just trying to erase part of the object. Drawing a “hole” box placing it over the part you want erased, and then grouping them together. You can’t select or just choose part of the object to duplicate. I wish it was more like indesign or illustrator and give you complete control. The align tool is also super basic and you can’t snap to align things. So it makes it really tricky trying to line up certain pieces.
Google won’t let me sign in here but it lets me on the site

Whenever the stuff moves I put it back and it deletes now I have to do the whole thing again !
Not loading
Good web browser and good for modeling but it won’t load. The page shows “lost connection: the Tinkercad service is not responding.”

Tinkercad is a really great app, but it takes a lot of time to get started and it logged me out when I was in the app! It makes you print out a packet to finish and then takes days to get you signed in.Me and my family agree that it is hard to access and should be more easy to access. It is a great app but if you are busy I would not recommend this for you.

Ever since I’ve downloaded, it has been the most helpful app on my device. It all started with me being a pee brain and thinking that bamboo studio could help you create models so then I looked over to Tinkercad the second I downloaded it. I realized that it was gonna take me on a whole journey. It gives you shapes that you can layout some are basic and some are more complex. It even has a search bar so you could search shapes then you can import it into Bambu studio, where you can print it from there dream team if you ask me

Really good lots, of amazing designs but the sign in thing is a bit too long maybe if 1 or 2 days not 2 or 3 days
Your servers are faulty.
Excuse me, but even on 5G data AND the best WiFi possible it CANNOT connect to the Tinkercad servers, why even have servers, and not an APP!? Please look into this and fix your servers or your App-to-server connection way.

I have trying to use this great app on my iPad Pro, but unfortunately it seems to be a little unstable. Is there a dedicated version for iPad, as this is clearly intended to be used on a pc?.D

It is a bit hard to stretch the shape and make it thicker.
Does so much more than you think it does…
Not only is this the freest CAD app available, I still think it’s the best until you just really need that extra level of detail. You’re not going to be making 40K miniatures using this or anything, but you can create just about any functional object that you can craft using basic shapes and their negatives. Watch some YouTube tutorials because although it’s very easy to pick up, the rabbit hole goes pretty deep.

Very good but one problem
To me this app is amazing with all of its tools and abilities, it’s very simple and easy but it also allows you to make complex models, circuits and code. However there has been one problem that has been driving me crazy which is that you can’t import models over 25 millibyte’s and half of the time it says that the file might be corrupted but I can still import the file into another app or slicer for 3d printing.

Great 3D Modelling but…
Tinkercad is great at building objects and simulations based on geometric shapes (even if it does freeze and crash a bit, and can get laggy if your project gets too big), but it’s pretty much impossible to do anything curvy. Tinkercad would be SO MUCH BETTER if there could be an update where you could turn something into a bendy, curvy thing like a playground slide or to put detail on, say, a cylinder or circle, especially in the sim lab where you’re trying to make a marble run. Tinkercad developers please add this!!

Not quite blender, but it does the job
For a mobile app, this is quite incredible! It does, however appear to just be a wrapper around the Tinkercad web app, which means the app could be considered a waste of storage. If you are low on storage just use the web app rather than the mobile app.
