Solid Hero Trainer.
I don’t personally favor the Halloween theme, but it does seem to have its own lore and identity. The Fallout Shelter hub design works well for this game, maybe from only having the Heroes populate it. There are good graphics and audio designs, and both resources and combat play well. The important thing for me, is that, it just plays ‘Conventionally’, where I don’t have to worry about combat gameplay gimmicks like “Tower Defense”, or “Bejeweled Combat”, etc.; It more or less plays like a tried-and-true Hero Trainer.

Catacombs
I can’t beat a catacomb. The first step in and my best squad dies. So I can’t progress. You need to either make the catacombs easier or remove them from the quests. This game is totally unfair in this state. Fix this please.

They stole my money
I did buy some upgrades packs but when i encountered problem with my transactions not being recorded and contacted customer support - NO RESPONSE. They took money and DID NOT provide me with items I bought! It border lines a SCAM!!!!
UI Stretched
UI could use some work and add a setting to pull or push the UI in or out because I can’t see or access certain options or stats because it’s blocked by “device not big enough” please fix this. Other than that I’m liking the game.
Waste of time
I started this game over a month ago and was really enjoying it. As the game has gone on the game has become incredibly unbalanced and a waste of time. Catacombs are now impossible to do. My highest level hero is level 73 yet I am given level 110 heroes to go against in the first phase. I have no idea how this has been calculated but this is a major balancing issue as it makes progression impossible. Further to this the longevity of the game has not been well thought out. Once a guild has captured the heart then there is no point for others to continue playing. Several of our guild members changed realms after the heart event which we found out removed purchases and progress. If you have made purchases I am of the mind you should be able to transfer those across to another server if you wish. This is a very sleezy tactic from the developers to make more money. The deals are already over priced the least you can do is let people carry over the benefits of the purchases while still starting them from level 1. I would avoid this game if I were you and save your time and money.
Game Bugs needs to be fixed
New players can’t recruit 3 of the heroes. Shop is broken and needs to be fixed. Seasonal events to happen and don’t happen
This game is great!
Audio, sfx sound, and music are irreplaceable. Players comment all the time about the peaceful and calming nature sounds in the sfx audio. Consider adding an auto run simulate encounter feature to catacombs. Consider the ability to draw a line with finger to each node and simulate the entire catacomb or simply simulated each squad based battle one at a time. Time saver!!

Fun game
Developers need to keep up with this game. Seems like they stopped working on it, no bug fixes, no updates and no new content. It would be a shame if they let this game go to waste!

Awesome
This game is fantastic. It is well balanced. The graphics are awesome. It’s fair. You can progress nicely without putting real money into it. The music is fantastic. I will give it a 5 star rating when they fix the glitchy chat on Apple IPad. It’s very frustrating. When they have a feature where guild leader and officers can email all players at the same time, when they add a save feature to save coordinates and when they have a search button to search coordinates instead of looking all over in the map. It is very tedious, time consuming and annoying. I love this game! Good job guys!

The devs stopped doing anything and left us hanging. People have lost access to their accounts and can not get a resolution.
Not about this game
Please listen, I was a player of heroes of order and chaos. It was my favourite game I ever played and the day they said the game would be shut down, I was so annoyed. I am writing this letter to you to tell you how I and lots of other people want you to bring the game back. Even if you bring it back without updating the game, I will be ok with it because I started playing after the last update which I feel quite annoyed about but I was born the day heroes of order and chaos was released (Nov 21 2012). Please try to do something about my review and please wright back.
Another great idea, dying a slow miserable death from abandonment by developers.
This game has some really interesting dynamics and was hooked at the start. Lots of free to play content in the begging and a lot to absorb. After a while, it becomes obvious that the game was clearly released unfinished and is terribly managed. There is virtually no documentation for any feature leaving players to have to learn from others about basic mechanics and gameplay. There is an inventory of gear for heroes that you quickly max out to 2500 items, but no management, labeling or sorting features, so you have to manually click on hundreds of identical rings or boots each and every time you want to change gear. There are loads of other kinds of basic QOL issues that have been raised to developers, including something as simple as an unequip button, bur developers have said they are backlogged until at least August or later. There are only 4 basic daily events that cycle with no variation or creativity. After 2-3 months of playing you get to highest area of the map where the heart lies, only to discover that developers have chosen to delay releasing the content until July 2022, leaving high level players stranded for many months with nothing to do but grind for nothing. When updates do roll out, there is always more p2w content and removal of previous preferred features without cause or explanations. As I write this review, the game is about open its 20th server. Unfortunately, its because more than half of the earlier servers have already died with people leaving droves because of missing content and nonexistent communication from development team. Hopefully, the game will be playable with all the missing content by August or September 2022, but I don’t know if there will be any players left in the game. After 4 months of waiting for nothing, I’m throwing in the towel today. Good Luck!
Fun game
I've been playing this game for a while now and it's been fun. The issue starts when you start reaching past 25 lvl masion. More when you reach 28 lvl because there's isn't many level 7 & 8 mines and it also lacks 30 lvl camps. There's too many players at those high levels competing for those few amount of mines & camps. Sure you can also pay your ways to the top but it's not fun that way. So, if they can just add more higher lvl camps & mines and expand the Heart of Tenebris land it would a greater game!

Stopped
This company stopped any real development. They introduced new characters but you can’t access tokens to level them. You can’t even purchase them! This company is a robbery. Apple should ban this company from allowing this company to function on this platform. Apple should remove this application. They left us ‘high and dry’. Don’t support any game by game loft that has any pay to play options. Apple should ban these games.

Would be the best improvement so summons aren’t so limited can choose from at least 50 characters each bloodline.
Great game but too buggy
Hero layout is a real issue. Many teams depend on the layout being as you set it. The game changes the layout you set by itself and ruins battles particularly when you are in defence.
Flaws keep this from being fun
There are several flaws with this game. Players should not be able to repeatedly attack other players. Especially when the other player is much lower in power. The map setup is awful. You should not have to leave a guild and join another to gain access to higher level camps,mines, etc. Because of this I’m getting bored. The highest level camps I can get to are level 8. Most of my heroes are above level 30. Terrible way to lay out maps.

Let’s start with how these developers don’ do or know how to resolve any issues regarding this issue. For the past 2 years I invested in this so called game to build my characters but can’t sine I tried to get another platform. I get banned and place on hold for 4 weeks (1 month) without weekends. No communication, no emails ( even tho they ask for it) , no updates just so call apologies, no rewards leaving you all alone. I was a gm( guild master than intitate?, , I asked why they said only for security reasons your banned for this, and place with a new id . They kept stalling and never resolved this issue , as a paying customer no satisfaction, no explanation,no reimbursement of any kind so basically. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME, put your money somewhere else, yours truly REAPER! Also I couldn’t put no stars to submit this so one lousy thing
Saving issues
I start this by saying I love the game and honestly have no issues with games with micro transactions, but as I was doing a run in the catacombs, I won a battle, which then just kicked me to the load up screen just to proceeded to restart the load count three times and then erased my progress. I’m my opinion it’s a great game but I’m not spending another 4 days just to get back to the progress I was at again. Please fix this for the people who still play this game.
It WAS fun
I liked it and played it consistently since I got it but as soon as another guild wanted to attack I couldn’t do anything about it but watch my characters get injured even as soon as they got out of the infirmary followed by the inability to resume the campaign. After reading reviews or does seem like “may the strongest bank account win”
It’s my kind of game,but!
It’s getting boring. I’m afraid there’s not enough emphasis on using your hero’s for anything other than farming. There are cross guild events which are totally going to ruin this game because they are about to diminish rewards for the majority, but in the end they want each server to go stale so the promise of the next open server gets players jumping ship and starting all over thinking things will be different. They are not. Tip for the developers: merge old servers and bring cross server pvp or stay boring
Great game, good potential to be better
First off I really like the way the game plays and the combat mechanics. Graphics are awesome There lots of customisation options for gear or equipment and crafting new pieces is simple. I also love how user friendly it is. The UI is quite easy to use. Things I would like to see: are less of a grind to get across the bridge into the higher camp level areas. That being said I suppose if I rallied with others I could bust that bridge easy. Cheaper level 2 and level 3 crystals or at least mining for amounts that’s worthwhile. Currently mining for <2000 gold or moon dust is just a chore. Thanks Great game! Well done!
F2P not Friendly
Not very friendly at all for free to play players or enjoy the game. Just started the game and there is hardly any progression and hard wall blocks. Limited characters on rolls. You need 10 characters for FIRST unlock, then capped at lv20-40-60 ect by stars. Limited rolls and gems to aquire! Unlike other games that are Idle you can get tons of gems and resources just to play and able to get REWARDED. There is no reward but pay, pay and pay. The only cool aspect of the game are the Monster characters. The game needs to be reworked a lot of aspects of the game are outdated AND the UI is cluttered.

Update ruined the game
The new update introduced so many bugs I can’t even explain them all. Constantly reconnecting, gear loadouts always say that there’s a better option when there’s not, unable to collect shards, unable to collect gold, completely killing your squad in a dungeon after you won the fight. I wish developers who try to take so much money from people could get a game update right.

It’s good but…
Been playing this game for a couple days now. I really love it. The game style and graphics is amazing. Story line is engaging and they have a new spin on hero development. The thing I REALLY hate about the game is: 1) you can only build ONE building at a time. So if your loaded up on resources and waiting to build, it’s slow ! The speed ups are rare and super expensive in the game. 2) advertisement packs- comparing this game with other similar war style-building games the packs are so expensive and are not worth the items you can get. For example, it’s like 6-13$ just to get 1 hr speed boost with 2 other not important items. 3) guilds- they have the worst guild arrangements. As a leader or a officer (R4) you can’t even message everyone at once. No announcement function. You literally have to message everyone independently. There is no organization in ranks either. If you promote a member it’s random where they are placed. Not organized by power. 4) can’t copy and paste within game. It’s annoying. If we are sharing discord links you literally have to write everything down on paper. 5) can’t use emoticons. DEVELOPERS PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES!

Okay, not great
Decently fun game, a few things would make it better. 1: sort servers geographically, as is the main chat is almost entirely other languages and you have to click on each message to see the translation, these games are supposed to be social so that’s annoying. 2: give an option to enter coordinates on the map instead of scrolling around looking. 3: make crafting equipment simpler, it’s pretty convoluted right now. 4: have tiers for events that make it easier for small players to hit, as is the leaderboard is dominated by the big spenders, which is normal but there’s lots of new players that will never spend if they aren’t having fun.
Finally a decent time waster!

Game is great, but no dev activity
The server I have my account on is full of blatant cheaters that have been repeatedly reported to the dev team for months and absolutely no response has been given aside from scripted automated responses to the support ticket. So now I’m leaving a review strongly encouraging anyone who wants to play a game with a dev team that actually cares about their players to find a different game. I will gladly update this review if anything is done to resolve this issue, until then I have nothing positive to say

Great game, but…
It’s a great game. Cool concept and amazing graphics. But it won’t let me play with my friend. When I search for his username, he does not appear. When I go to the coordinates of his base, it just isn’t there. And when he searches for my guild, it doesn’t show up. Please explain why

Stole my money and account don’t play
I started playing the game and was enjoying it of decided to spend money on game my guess is about 500$. Then I wake up one morning to log in game and my account was gone some how gameloft was able to remove my game from the Game Center and lost everything. They are thieves. I talk to customer and no action after 4 days.
Good for the most part.
The leaderboards for the grand solo events are an absolute joke. Only the top 100 people get any type of rewards and it’s impossible to break in there unless you’re spending disgusting amounts of actual money. There is literally zero ways to filter your roster of characters. Also when you are picking your squad the portraits are so small its impossible to see who is who and whether they are human, vampire or werewolf. This needs sorting. Other than that it’s an enjoyable game.

Ce jeu est un mélange de plusieurs jeux déjà existants rise of kingdom + gâcha + hustle castle on pourrait se dire que c’est une bonne idée et en soit oui c’est bien mis en place, le problème étant au niveau du gâcha : Vous pouvez invoquer des héros logique quoi sauf que vous n’invoquer pas des heroes mais seulement des fragments ce qui fait que si vous avez la chance de tomber sur un héros légendaire et bien vous n’aurez que des fragments et je trouve ça vraiment nul Deuxième point le système d’amélioration il est basé sur le temps et les ressources alors jài jamais vu ça vous avez une salle dans votre manoir qui vous permet de créer des « points d’amélioration » et ça coûte de l’or e t’il en faudra de plus en plus pour améliorer ton heroes sachant qu’il y’a trois type de points d’amélioration ça devient vite chiant d’attendre surtout que ça coûte des ressources et dans la plupart de ces jeux on peut xp simplement en fartant bref plus on avance plus c’est long,très long. Évidement vous n’aurez pas ces problèmes si vous payez. Dommage il y’avait un potentiel mais ce mélange est très bien réalisé mais en même temps très maladroit et on sent un peu que les développeurs veulent gagner de l’argent avec ce jeu. Je vous le déconseille appart si vous aimez attendre 👋
