I really like the game! Super fun! But I can’t recharge at all. I push the button and nothing happens. I just wanted to level up my VIP status.
Dead game, terrible customer service, tons of broken content
This game is fine on its own, but the balancing is terrible, the customer service is abysmal and unhelpful, and the American servers do not work at all. Completely inaccessible. There is a link to go to their Facebook page for extra rewards, but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried countless times to purchase a 99 cent pack just to get access to all the paywall content, but it doesn’t work. I’ve asked their customer service, and they asked be to go to their website to make a purchase. I’ll say that again: they asked me to go to their website to make a purchase. To leave the app (which is connected to the App Store) so I can give them my credit card information directly. I have never had a game act so shady. The community is dead. The game is dead. The devs do not care. The customer service is ineffectual. The only thing this game has going for it is the fact that I enjoy making big numbers get bigger. If I could give zero stars, I would. Update: they have fixed the in-app purchasing issue, but have made everything else more complicated, and there’s no chance at this point of me ever giving them a cent. Now, because I made my character on a European server (because the American ones didn’t work), I’m prompted at least TWICE per login to login AGAIN, and to make it even worse it defaults me over to the American servers when my character is in the European ones. And to top all this off, I can no longer access the customer service tab from the settings Menu. I go to tap on it, and the entire settings menu closes out. I don’t know if they target me specifically or if they are simply incapable of fixing one problem without creating a dozen more, but neither scenario would surprise me.

The game looks amazing but I cannot create an account to experience it for myself. I try to login but I keep getting an error that the servers have reached there limit. If it can be resolved I’d love to try the game out
I want to like it
It’s too fast. Can’t read dialog cause it’s gone in a few seconds. The screen is loaded with too much information to process. It’s like the game wants to rush you to some point where you will have to start making purchases or be stagnant. The graphics look great! I really want to like this game but there is too much auto forwarding of the plot and game play to enjoy it. I looked in the settings but don’t see any options to stop or even slow it down.

The game looks promising but I deleted in within seconds because I couldn’t even get passed the title screen. No matter what server I select (full or empty) I wasn’t able to enter. I had clicked onto almost every server..

Ich dachte auf dem ersten blick nice ein spiel was ich früher echt gern gespielt hab nun stellt sich raus spiel komplett automatisch man muss grundsetzlich nichts tun außer belohnungen einsammeln ein paar mal hier und da klicken das wars ich könnte ohne witz jetzt das smartphon offen lassen und sehen dad ich ohne was zutun lvl aufgestiegen bin das ist für mich jedenfalls kein spiel sondern der anschein eines spiels

Not bad, pretty fun
Fast pace
Too much going on when you start. Once you enter the game you get missions thrown at you one after another. The game constantly highlights them if you haven’t done them and then just gives you another one after. There’s no room to breathe and take in everything that’s covering your screen. The UI is quite clustered and confusing to look at especially with the gameplay going on in the background making it hard to read each little thing. Additionally the longer you play the game the more micro transactions the game basically shoves down your throat without allowing you to remove them from the screen. Now only 20% of your screen is actual gameplay while the other 80% are things for you to buy with your money. Another bad thing is that whenever you get gear a little option pops up to equip them which is nice and all until you realize you are equipping gear that’s isn’t even half as good as what you already have so make sure you read the stats. Additionally you get missions that tell you to disassemble/devour gear for your partner and then you end up dismantling gear that’s better than yours and have to wait till you get better things. The only good thing about the game would be that it’s great for those who just want a quick fast paced game to play or to afk and not look at all since you can’t even see anything. I would not recommend anyone to “play” this game.

Fun But Absolutely Horrible Balancing
I absolutely love this game. However, there is a huge problem I have with it. It’s progress. A large part of this game is based off of events that force you to be competitive, sometimes even against your own guild mates if you want to get good rewards. So that means grinding. That’s what I thought, but the difference between p2w and playing without paying simply can’t be made up for. And that’s coming from someone who’s pretty much on 24/7, with small snack and sleep breaks. Am example of this? They offer the BEST wing in the game at the start of the game as a “beginners pack”. Great, so happy your basically telling us players that don’t want to spend money to screw off from the start. And then right after that, you get introduced to a bunch of other packs. SSSR (usually the strongest rarity you can get for a lot of items) armor and swords as a beginners pack for 3 dollars? Premium currency daily, which did I mention is pretty much restricted to premium players because of how hard it is to get without paying, but it’s also needed for auctions? Its basically telling you “F you” after you grind for hours for a single rare item by collecting parts, then sells it for 50 cents in another one of those dumb packs. This is getting long and boring, so in summary, f p2w
