I love TeamSport
This app is so good not only can you watch the live times of the racers you can book very easily via the app. They track all of your previous races and stats so you can go back and look at your previous times.
Very poor.
Couldn’t get past the log in screen. Email confirmation didn’t work with the app. Deleted.
Great, but could be better
I love racing at Teansport and the app definitely adds to the experience, but could be made even better with a few changes:- Ability to pay with Apple Pay, or at least to save card details. Ability to look up some data on other racers, such best times etc. The driver display is clunky, and difficult to use while on track.

They send u a email to confirm ur account which doesn’t even work Such an inconvenient way to login to your account and there are so many more ways they could go about it Absolutely horrific login experience
Great app, needs tweaks.
Love the app, and most of the features on it. Only slight tweak would be for showing the fastest lap. If you are at a track which has three versions of its circuit. It would be nice for it to distinguish which version you are on and show the fastest lap for each one. So if you go on your profile you would see Club - Fastest Lap, Le Man - Fastest Lap, International - Fastest Lap. This would be nice to differentiate between them.
All data missing
All previous races/results not visible and doesn’t record any others. Contacted them however they were no help at all. Used to work fine until last year.
Great when it works
Been using the app since October 2023, when my lad started karting, features like live race and driver display are great when he’s out on track, so you can keep track of lap times and positioning. However, these features have not been working since before Christmas at the Nottingham track, so having to rely on emails at the end of the session for the lap times
Outstanding
I recently completed a race here and it was probably my my best yet. It is so easy to book a session and the get10 and three4two AND race again vouchers really change the price of things to make it more affordable. ALL the staff are nice tracks are brilliant but I’m just wondering why it keeps on saying TeamSport Cambuslang at the top of my screen. Overall brilliant app🥳

Needs better payment
It would be nice to have more options to pay when booking, like Apple Pay, PayPal. It’s a pain filling in the details every time you want to book. Apart from that the app is ok, there are times when it refuses to show live times.
Poor booking process
The booking process is not optimised for iPhone 14 Pro screen size. The UI hides the co firm button below the page limit so you cannot proceed. There is not capacity to reclaim a credit on the account. I had a £74 credit but have to pay 100% of the new booking. In the end you have to input card details, in this day and age why not just implement Apple Pay? Nearly gave up personally.
Please fix landscape mode on iOS
The app really is useless trackside when you cannot switch to landscape mode. At first it flickers then reverts to portrait. Further attempts doesn’t nothing. Please fix.

Works on iOS but not iPadOS. Keep saying server error. Rubbish.
Can we get the bugs fixed
The auto rotate function has stopped working on Both of my iPhones (both phones up to date) which is so annoying when trying to watch live timings! You can see the fastest lap!!! Please get this fixed asap! When paying via card, the app asks what country the card is registered in and the UK is right at the end of the list!!! And takes an age to scroll to. We are members so book on a regular basis and it’s a real pain! How many countries and proportion of your customers are not in the Uk? Can it be listed at the top of the list pls ?? When booking, annoyingly, the final confirmation button hides under the screen border/done button/swipe menu of the phone on my iPhone 11 - making it near impossible to confirm the booking. You have to try to scroll the booking screen up and then hit the confirm button before it disappears down behind the menu again. Can often take multiple attempts (5-10) before you catch it right! It’s a nightmare…. Pls get these bugs fixed asap
Landscape mode needs fixing on iOS
Hi all, after the last update last week (the one that fixed the broken app) landscape mode no longer works on iOS devices. While your there, any chance we can get a way to easily switch logins (it a real pain atm, particularly if you are booking for more than one person who has an account - in my case it’s my daughter and I). And also… pretty please, with sugar on, set it so as the payment system can read saved cards. Scrabbling around for the physical card every time is a nightmare.

As already said by others, been broke since the last update. Even made TeamSport aware over the phone 3 weeks ago!!!! Can we PLEASE have this fixed now, especially with the BIKC round the corner.
No Apple Pay or saved cards option for booking
Pretty good app but couldn’t get out of some screens without restarting and having to enter card details every time I book is a pain as I don’t carry my cards. Apple pay or even using saved card details would be easier.

Hi guys, great app. The driver display function is great, just worry about having my phone mounted to the kart to see it. I have headphones in my helmet and it would be great if the app told me my lap time audibly, so rather than having my phone mounted to the go kart, I could have my phone in my pocket and just listen to my lap times. Please could you implement this, it would be a game changer Thanks

App never seems to be able to connect to server and I have yet to access our members information
Can be a lot better
App was fine but now it’s asking for me to choose the location of which teamsport (mine is sheffield) when I press this it stays on 25% and doesn’t go any further so now I can’t even get onto the app. I would also like to see a difference with the fastest lap times. I’ve only done international circuit but I don’t wanna lose record of my lap time if I end up on the smaller tracks. I think they should have record of lap times for each variant of the track

When I go onto the app and click on the new customer button it starts to load then it keeps loading and just never stops and I have been waiting to get on for 2 months

Watford track is not listed where my account is listed. I paid for the membership but now I cannot find the location for the booking and avail 10% discount offerend
