Can’t log in
Try to login by resetting the password after using the scale at the gym but the link received in my email is not working. Still not fixed after a month.

It would be perfect to add app integration like Apple Health
No options
I don’t see any option to change from kg to lbs. Lbs is my frame of reference. There also aren’t enough options, it is saying my protein goal is 150% of my body weight in grams which is ridiculous and not necessary for the average person. I’m looking to gain lean muscle not become a body builder.
Why isn’t my latest scans loading to the app???
Why isn’t my scans loading on my app, did it 6 hours ago, ive logged out, logged back in few times!

Absolute rubbish
Nothing works. Registered then had a scan. Didn’t load the data and did allow my iPhone to stored password the password. Tried to reset password - doesn’t work - I just g ET an error message. I wouldn’t bother with this. It’s rubbish.
Overall good
Minor bugs and sometimes inaccurate in scans but I like the app otherwise and have been using it to track clients progress

Some good data but app is completely useless at loading. Have waited over 30 minutes for any of the scans and my other data to appear.
Just ok
I echo a lot of other users in that the app is VERY fickle in terms of logging in and loading. Im able to get things loaded a good chunk of time, but sometimes it absolutely refuses to cooperate. When I am able to use it it’s decent, but I think most of this data could be visualized SO much better to really track trends over time. The charts and graphs are just ok, and youre not able to scroll back to older results and manipulate the data like you can within Apple Health. Speaking of Apple Health… WHY does this app have zero connection to it!? Just about every other health app on the market connects to Apple Health and passes the data back and forth. Evolt does not which is incredibly frustrating. This app and service could be SOOOO much more useful.

easier log in
great app! totally love it and it keeps me going :) however, when using the scanner at the gym, it's such a hassle to log in since we have to type the email and phone number and everything. could you please integrate QR scanning instead? that would be really convenient.
Scans don’t load
Good app and I am excited to use it to track progress but the scans most of the time don’t load and it’s really annoying when your trying to check your data. It loads sometimes but it goes away when you try to re open the app.
Loading takes forever
I like the layout and the info provided but the app often takes very long to load the results. You can’t even view past results while it’s loading. This can take about 30 mins each time.

It’s such a pain to log into and view scans. This needs a serious update.
Clinical grade scale
Scale was in our gym and asked if I could use it. It was not just for the trainers. Weighed myself and it all seemed to work fine. It printed out a report automatically and after a bit updated the app with my scan . It does not appear to integrate with Apple health or Whoop which would be nice.
Works, but really needs apple health integration
I like the information it’s giving me and has work ok so far, my main reasoning for only 2 stars is the missing apple health integration. Every tracker etc has it and this should add it even if it’s just weight initially.
Status 400
I keep getting Request failed with status 400 when I hit the register button after filling in everything. Why?

Want to step back in time and experience how aps used to be made in an earlier iteration of the internet, try this.
The idea is good, the execution isn’t.
The app feels basic and clunky for something tied to premium gym hardware. Navigation is awkward, and it occasionally crashes for no obvious reason. Biggest miss: no Apple Health integration and no way to export your own data. You’re locked into the app with no easy way to analyse trends elsewhere, which is pretty unforgivable in 2026. It works… most of the time. But it feels half-finished and behind the curve. Needs stability, integrations, and basic data ownership before it deserves more than two stars.

I find this useful for tracking fat v muscle mass. My results show slow but steady improvement, which I feel is realistic.

Nice App but lacks Apple Health Integration
I love this app and able to monitor my stats in my lifestyle. However, it lacks Apple Health Integration like other health apps that can sync with my Apple Health. Looking forward this apps also integrates this feature too.

Scans won’t upload
The scans won’t upload. The facility’s scanner is online and I could see the information but nothing will upload to the app. I hope this doesn’t continue to happen.

Buggy As Hell
Most of the app works. But entering my birthday is a guessing game. There is no text showing on the birthday area OR it’s white like the scroll background. Have had to blindly touch and save to see if anything is correct. Have gotten my birth year correct. Month and day are still wrong.
Once you get it to work, the data is good
I finally had to contact customer support because the machine wouldn’t go past step five out of six. Make sure you check all your body metrics before you do the scan to make sure there is a number in your height and weight. If you don’t have all the numbers filled out, it won’t do the scan.

Just awful
If you enjoy staring a a spinning wheel telling you to ‘Please wait’ for hours on end then you’ll love this app. Incredibly glitchy, unbelievably slow and focusing on everything else except showing you your scan data in a way that is easy to understand (I’m still waiting to see the graph… I’m not holing my breath). Turn off the videos and all the other noise and focus on why people are here.
Not easy to access scans!
I’ve scanned so many times but not been able to access results in the app.. it’s great for seeing results on the machine but not for comparing if your trying to track progress!
Moderately accurate
Gives a good ballpark for a BIA machine. Should say that hydration level will change your readings so try to be consistent to ensure a more representative scan. Fun interface. Moving in the correct direction by not using BMI

If you are looking for an app to track and measure your goals based on science then this is it. The Evolt 360 scan is very comprehensive and will give you detailed results, uploaded to the app in less than a minute! Super simple to navigate around with great information including your own personalized macros. I am looking forward to the in app 3D scanning that coming soon!
Profiles deleted
This app is so buggy. It has deleted two of my profiles, so far.
Good data, bad app
The data is great when it works, that app is horrible. Each time you start the app, it has no data. It either takes forever to load/recognise the scans or it does not load them at all (waiting over 10 minutes while doing the review this time). Really disappointing. The gym I go to has the scanner but the app is a total let down each time I use it.
Could be better
I like how comprehensive the app/ machine can measure and track results. But why do I need to login everytime I open the app (and yes, I clicked remember me). Such an easy dumb mistake should not be on your sophisticated app.
