Robbed
I needed a doc certificate for being unwell and off work. I paid the large fee to get this online. When ai set up my account the app automatically booked me in for three script renewal consultations that I didn’t need and certainly didn’t ask for. To cancel them- each cancellation cost me $20. That is utterly disgusting. Why was I charged for cancelling something so never booked, needed or asked for. I will be reporting this app. Very disappointed.
Convenient
I find this very convenient when my work won’t pay without a medical certificate even for one day. When I have subscriptions issues I find it hard to clarify the situation. The first response it you have been charged accordingly and you gave consent. I had to repeat my statement that I had paid 3 times for the same subscription and then I got a refund. It is a marketing app but has benefits
Subscriber Review
As a subscriber it’s very frustrating to have to fill out the same contact and Medicare information over and over again
Good and efficient.
Great app, efficient and reliable.
Service about profit not care
You have advised me that my results are now available. Normally, test results are simply sent directly to me, so I’m disappointed to find that I’m now being asked to have an appointment with a doctor in order to access them. The initial consultation I had to arrange the testing only took a few minutes, and I don’t believe I should have to pay for another consultation simply to receive and read my results. I’m concerned that this approach places unnecessary costs on people who may already be in vulnerable situations. I also noticed that the service appears to be encouraging ongoing or monthly appointments. I initially clicked through this thinking it was part of the existing service and was free, only to discover that I had signed up for a subscription to see a doctor. I only need to speak with a doctor once or twice a year, so a monthly subscription is completely unnecessary for me. Unfortunately, this has left me feeling that the service is more focused on generating additional appointments and revenue than on providing a straightforward service to clients. As a result, this will be my last appointment with you. Once all of my results are available, I expect to be able to receive them without having to pay for another appointment. If that is not possible, I will not be using your service again.

Doctors awesome app annoying
The doctors are awesome and very prompt and thorough. The app is hard to manage, difficult to see prior consults and status of appointment and continues to require login. Could definitely use some work.
Fantastic Service
Haven’t had a problem since using this service since I signed up. Fast, efficient and professional.
No real help for illness or injury
All Updoc is good for is doctors certs, if you need real help you'll need to go to an actual doctors practice or a hospital. I requested an xray for a suspected broken toe. They refuses to give me one. I went to my local doctor the next day, got an xray... boom.. broken. Waste of money and time.
Awsome service
Very prompt and helpful medical advice
They Keep Charging
I cancelled well before the next payment date and received cancellation confirmation. Despite this they charged me again and the app is still ‘loading’ my dispute 3 hours in. Honestly, try a different app.
Review
Very helpful and convenient
Scammers
Tried to cancel my subscription multiple times but was always given an error code. They make it so hard for you to find the cancel subscription page as it is behind so many things. When I tried to contact support I was also given an error code many times. They still took money out of my account regardless even after the many times I tried to cancel.
Very fast and effecient
I have been suffering migraines during and/or my fist day of my periods and having Updoc is so fast and easy when you dont feel like going out.
Have to pay for faster medical cert
They told me estimated wait time was 1 hr and i could “prioritise” by spending $10, wait time exceeded 1 hour and kept going til i spent the extra $10
Fast
Very fasted
Waste of money Do not use
I paid $59.99 for a single consult as 2 weeks post surgery. Zero communication for consult or feedback for other support. Then upgraded and same thing. I would give zero stars if able
Very Convenient
Ease of consultation and prescriptions
Unwanted charges
Unwanted subscription
Time saver
Quick, easy to use service
Confusing and slow
Doc was fine but the process of getting a script was not. You must explain to patients better because questions didn't load and I emded up paying more to prioritise cos I just couldn't wait
updoc
great and fast
Evil tactics
They remove the remaining subscription days that you have already paid for if you cancel the subscription. Absolute scum.
