La libertà
Non si può descrivere la sensazione di libertà che si prova sul monopattino elettrico. Il bit è un monopattino decoroso dal punto di vista di come viene mantenuto. A differenza di altri molto più sconci.
Lasciate perdere
2€ per scoprire che i monopattini non funzionano e senza possibilità di segnalazione. Senza contare i 20€ spesi per 5 km. Cari e poco affidabili. Peccato.

Sur une le frein arrière était cassé, il faut entretenir cela car nous avons été prudents ! J’ai pris cette trottinette mais pour un plus jeune ça aurait pu être dangereux voilà pourquoi 3 étoiles mais sinon la balade est magnifique

Anfangs wegen der Bewertungen eher abweisend gewesen aber nach der Fahrt voll zu Frieden, Preislich sehr in Ordnung und die Rollen waren im guten Zustand. Nur 4 Sterne weil der Blinker defekt war.

Very poor app
It takes very long time to load and it doesn’t support half of the world’s curriers, i never been able to recive OTP despite multiple tries from 2 diffrent numbers
Worked great, should display cost accrued
App worked great, and bike was super cheap - charged only 12 euros for a nearly 3 hour rental (with lots of breaks). The app should definitely display the cost you’ve accrued during your ride, as otherwise you’re just guessing how much it’ll cost by the end. Overall the signup and rental went very smooth and would recommend.

Monopattini tutti scassati a Mestre. Ti fanno partire l’abbonamento poi si fermano, poi riprendono, poi si fermano di nuovo. Però i soldi li togliete! Servizio clienti pessimo e inesistente. Male.
Fraud charges
NO TRUST: - first 15min ride free? Nah, charge 1 EUR for unlock; - pay as you go? Nah, automatic top-up of a useless app wallet; - customer support? Nah, app deflection & “go study our articles” in emails; - report “fraudulent chargeback” to your bank about the app operation; - uninstall, there is enough alternatives.
Abbonamenti inutile
Putroppo ho acquistato un abbonamento da 50 sblocchi. Non notando il tempo di recupero di sei ore. Ma se uno deve fare solo la spesa? Mi spiegate che utilità ha un recupero di 6 ore? Mi devo pagare la corsa del ritorno a prezzo pieno? Mi conviene fare i ticket di corsa in corsa. Spero si possa annullate perchè è proprio inutile.
Sign up does not work
Sign up is too complicated and takes way too long; don’t try when you want a scooter quickly. When you get past it, the app works and the scooters are ok.

La corsa odierna sarebbe dovuta durare 4 minuti, é invece durata (e pagata per) oltre 8 min, perché l’app non voleva saperne di acquisire la foto del mezzo parcheggiato. É intollerabile perdere minuti preziosi e soldi in questo modo. 2 stelle e non una solo perché avviene occasionalmente
In Ordnung; App verbesserungswürdig
Der Service an sich ist ok, preislich in Ordnung. Die Scooter sind den italienischen Umständen entsprechend teilweise kaputt, z.B. funktioniert das Rücklicht bei einigen Scootern nicht, was gefährlich sein kann. Ich kann hier jedoch nur von Süditalien sprechen, evtl. ist es im Norden besser. Die App ist okay, stürzt aber manchmal ab. Der Anmeldeprozess könnte benutzerfreundlicher sein, insbesondere wenn man kein Italienisch versteht, stelle ich es mir schwierig vor.
Works just fine, no issues at all. Rode 2 scooters for two occasions.
You just have to fill in basic information such as name, email, number, and then give them the front and back of your license with a selfie. Mine took 3 tries and then it worked. I was able to use two scooters and end them both right away successfully. The deposit they take they refund you right when you end it. I had no issues with this.
Garbage
It won’t let me open without an sms code, yet it won’t send me the code. No way to get help or support. A waste of time.
Problems Closing Out Rental
They have difficulty closing out your rental. It’s like they designed the app to overcharge you by not allowing you to close out the rental. It’s happened to me back to back now, and I need to start looking for a better scooter rental!
A little slow but works
Signing on / registering takes an eternity. A social sign on would help a lot at least as an alternative to put all your data in. App crashes when you use navigation separately. Inside the app it is not possible to navigate to a place. Pricing and subscriptions are great though.

Fraud
This app is not secure right after using it someone tried to use my Apple Card on Alitalia for two $3,200 purchases. I haven’t used my card on anything in Italy just this app.

Fatal indicadas las zonas, el aparato funciona cuando quiere y el geolocalizador funciona fatal, le doy 2 estrellas porque la atencion al cliente de Andrea fue perfecta y aguanto mi mal humor
Worked quickly
I was able to sign up using Apple, and pay with Apple Pay, all within 2-3 mins of downloading the app. Excellent.

Recharge Faliure
Wanted to try out the Italian competition in addition to Bird. First of all, the registration process is lengthy, then recharging did not work - although CC validated and accepted. I tried with 5 and 10 EUR, both did not work. Unfortunately, I could not use the service and had to move on disappointed. Hope the developers will work on it and improve the app. Anyway, good luck!

Too hard to sign up
Wanna find a great scooter company and in a hurry to register? Look literally anywhere else! This app is insane for asking you to take a picture of your license, front and back, and then requires you to take a picture of yourself. Wait - you’re not done! It will then try to judge via terrible AI whether or not you match your ID. Spoiler: you won’t. Skip this app, save yourself time.

Amazing service, cheap prices, good scooter s. These things are amazing and bit is the best one so far. Highly recommended.
The worst
Takes entirely too long to set up. You shouldn't need a DL to rent a scooter. Any other rentable scooter takes seconds to start up. Wouldn't have used it at all if we weren't stranded with no other options.
