What they complain about
- Verification codes never arrive
- App is full of bugs
- English translation is terrible
App does not work. Do not buy Qiui toys!
The app requires you to enter an email or phone number to sent you a registration code. The App never sends you the code. You cannot use the app (or any related toys) if you cannot register on the App. There is no work around. Until they fix this, any Qiui enabled toy will be useless, so do not buy their toys.
This App S@cks
This app doesn’t work.It took my Mistress and i over two hours to figure out how to use it. It worked for a few minutes and then with no explanation , stopped working. We’ve never been able to get it to work again. Awful. Beyond a frustrating experience
I found the fix to get a code.
Ok guys, after a bunch of times reloading the app and stuff not getting a generated code, I found that you have to place the word (the one with a line across the word to make sure you are human. After you place that in, the code should be sent to you immediately. 👍😊
I can’t sign in
Hi. I paid for the bio service but I can’t see my posts. I tried login but it says wrong id. What’s the id? No email from support
It works, barely.
The single most horrific app ever published. Half the features don’t work and are in bad english, the other half are in chinese only, so no way of knowing if they work or not. That said, the lock and more importantly unlock features do work, but you’ll fight with the app before getting everything right and consistently working. Do LOTS of testing before locking any body parts. On the other hand there is no other product out there like it.

App is not user friendly
I have tried using the forgot password tried to reset it and type in the code exactly the same and getting code is wrong.
Getting better
Qiui has always been a bit buggy and quirky, but they have made some changes for the better adding to its reliability.
Mixed
The equipment is great and the idea of the app is outstanding. But it seems rushed and needs overhauling. Letting down a great product.

Great toys
Thoughtful design and well made. So glad these guys are making these toys. My partner digs the remote control aspect. I wish they made the cellmate in metal, but I love it anyway. The social aspect is also cool. Maybe even the best part. I've met lots of people through the app.
No verification code - app cannot be used
Can’t create an account without verifying but code is never sent. Tried verification by sms and email. No verification code. App is unusable without signing in.

Meh
Had high hopes for the app. UI is terrible, timer function is buggy, and no way to add notifications for when devices are unlocked. Not sure what “time coupons” are but they have prevented me from setting new timers. The app needs a serious overhaul on functionality and ease of use.
Not user friendly
The idea behind the device is fantastic, but the manual and how to use it ,it is not English language, friendly another thing with the electric shock device, the electrodes that shock at the end need to run the whole length of the tube. The suggestion was put forward to the company, but still no update on whether they’ll follow through more support and more need to be done to make it user-friendly. my owner and myself spent almost 2 hours trying to figure it out how to pair it up and how to give her full control. We’re thinking about getting the shot collar but will wait to see if they improve the cellmate2. I made the improvements to the electrodes myself. It’s much more satisfying now to wear and use. Even my mistress is pleased with the results now.
Could be improved
It could be improved but it’s already amazing to be able to play with someone living at the other side of the world.
Just doesn’t work
Doesn’t work at all
Using with the pro model
So far I’ve been testing the device and app for a day. So far I haven’t had any issues. In the past with version 2 device I had several issues. I will keep you updated in the coming days if I find any problems
Very cumbersome app
Not intuitive at all. And the manual is a joke. Why is it so difficult to make an interface that actually is easy to understand and use?
Okay ish
Okay, so device is brilliant (cellmate2) Although shock feature is quite weak It works brill However the app, it’s okay… Comes with it flaws The shocked timer doesn’t work Other than that, does what it says on the tin Quite secure, quite sturdy & quite fun haha
Doesn’t work at all
Will not send me a verification code to create account. Do not buy until you get the app to work. Which it won’t
It does enough
Once you can work out how to use it, it does what’s needed. Plenty of ways to improve the app however.
Nice concept but very poorly done!
This app has some SERIOUS issues! The Chinese to English translation is pretty bad and incorrect terms make it hard to figure things out. Some key features don’t load properly and require a full restart. Worst of all, remote key-holding is behind a pay wall!
A more accurate review.
So, you may read a lot of reviews saying how bad the app is, and may put you off buying a device or leave you disheartened with you new purchase. I feel like I should address this first. The first thing that scares people is the fact there is a lot of Mandarin (Chinese). What you have to remember, this is a Chinese product intended for the Chinese market, that is Qiui’s primary customer base. They don’t sell their products officially outside of China. You probably purchased from a Chinese reseller or a a wholesaler in another country. Because of that we should be thankful there is any English language support at all. That being said, the English language support needs a lot of work. As this is what causes the most confusion and prevents people working out how to even sign up. And when you do sign up, there is no clear instructions of how to use the app and it can be confusing. As a user, you really need to take time before using your device. Play around in the app so you understand all the functions. Make sure you’ve worked out how to connect your device. Test that the it triggers the lock when opening (there is no lock option, it auto locks so I suggest not locking the device until you can confirm you hear the mechanism working when unlocking). If you’re playing remotely with a partner, check everything is working from their end. Once your comfortable that it works and you understand what you are doing go ahead and play. It just takes time, patience and a little learning. Everything in the app works, the devices work. You just have work with it. I hope these language and instructional issues are addressed in version 5 of the app which should be any day now.
Payed 149 for a shaketail plug that doesent work
App will crash if you try to turn on "psychology mode" while the toggle is set to b mode. A mode works about 10% of the time and the other 90% it does nothing. Advertised as being waterproof and having a shock feature neither of which are true. Advertised as having a relatively quiet yet strong motor Motor is weak and LOUD Not sure what i expected but it wasnt this Will be expecting a refund soon. Unless problems with app are fixed in which case i will change my review You guys are putting all your focus on this stupid ai feature you pay a subscription for and you really should wait till you have a FUNCTIONAL product

Scam company
I ordered product over a month ago and have yet to receive either the product, a refund, or an update from the store. Take your money elsewhere.
Few bumps but overall very good
It’s not perfect don’t get me wrong but it provides a very niche service that works 95% of the time. If I knew before what it was like to “play” with long distance partners using this app I would download it in heartbeat. I will say as a warning tho I’ve only used this as a tool and not a community to find possible “play partners” that is to say bots are rampant just verifying what you are looking for on any app is a good idea tho.

Frustratingly non user friendly
Set up to make any of what should be easy to excecute transactions , to be extremely difficult to allow you to participate and non solvable
Registration could be made easier
You need to click the text that says get code I order to get a registration code and that wasn’t the most intuitive thing in the world most apps automatically send it after you put your number in
Cannot register
I downloaded the app but can’t register. I put the country I live in and my phone number but all I get is failed to load. What a waste! Seems like a scam to me. I spent a lot of money on this item and I can’t use it. Don’t bother. They obviously have not did any work to fix the uses or errors or bugs.
Totally useless and bugged
This app is totally useless and bugged. Bad or no translation for some language given as implemented, some pages of preferences are just dead ends, without any possibilities to go back (because lack of button for coming back). So, if you use it with your chastity device, you will be totally blocked in it without any salvation. Very dangerous. And I speak about the latest version 18th of October 2020). It’s a shame!
Attention there are a lot of scammers
There are a lot of scammers on the app trying to extort money for unlocking the cellmate or photos. In addition distance to the other person is no longer available to be viewed. This was one of the features of v3 that was useful for fending off the scammers.
Cannot connect device
The other reviews are correct. App trying to do too much and it cannot do the basics. Bluetooth is on but app will not connect to device as says “make sure your Bluetooth is on.” Frustrating.
Help
This app was working fine for me, I updated and now I can’t sign in... Keep getting told password error, changed password, still get error. Luckily I’m not using the device.
