Can’t play the game after purchasing.
It’s a great looking game but it’s a shame that I can’t play this game after purchasing it. Had to ask Apple for a refund. Why have this game available if this is a ongoing issue???
Good
This game is good but I can’t run this game because it’s so realistic
Payment not working
I bought the full game version but it’s not letting me continue with the game nothing happens can anyone help out please
A Bit Frustrating
I enjoyed the free version of this game so much that I purchased the full game. I had made quite a bit of progress in the game and I had a couple of storylines saved. However when I got back on the game a few days later all of my recent progress was gone, just gone. Rather than having to go almost back to the beginning of the game, I decided I will not be finishing it. It’s sad because I really was enjoying it. It’s a beautiful game with a nice story but I don’t know who wants to have to start the game over from the beginning after getting so far.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!
I fell in love with the scenery fr these are my type of games, kinda dystopian vibe i love it!
Literally can’t
I’m on an iPhone and I can’t stop the train engine. I can’t do the switches fast enough. I’ve tried hundreds of times and can’t see how it can be done within the time allotted. Would love a refund.
Sooo fun .......but.....
It was so fun but I stoped playing because you had to buy the game after a bit, I started play thinking it was amazing but I didn’t want to buy it right now. I might buy it later though. But all in all it is a fun game so far.
Can’t get the full game
I love this game so much, the detail is amazing. However you can’t get the full version and end up spending money paying for something that doesn’t work. I really wish they would fix this asap because this is getting ridiculous.
Amazing!!
One of the best games I’ve played great storytelling and fantastic soundtrack. Funny characters.
Scam
You pay and still can’t play, apple won’t give u ur money back
Lovely Game
This is a lovely game, I never pay for apps on my phone however after playing the free trial I had to buy the full version. It’s beautifully designed and overall an interesting story line. No regrets, I hope you make another game to go with this!
Can’t play the game after buying
It took the money but won’t let me play the rest of the game. What a waste!
1/4 of gameplay
You get to play the game but only for a 1/4 of it, the rest you have to buy the whole game with your money. I just wanted a normal game for once, but no. I gave it 3 stars, for that reason but also I like the animation and choices you can make.
hope added Chinese
hope added Chinese!
No puede jugarlo
Acabo de comparar el juego y no me deja jugarlo completo gasté mi dinero en esto y no es justo y ya sé que puedo jugarlo en mi ps5 pero no voy a comprarlo otra vez
I Love It!
Fantastic! They’ve done absolutely everything right, truly is a rare gem for mobile gaming! I love how you can trial the game before buying, this is the perfect way to introduce a paid game in my opinion. Would have been 5 star but discovered a critical bug that prevented gameplay on my iPad Pro which isn’t acceptable for production. All the controls were non responsive at a certain part of the story.
Game not working
Due to the bug, you can not play full game. It just doesn’t recognize the purchase. They blame iPad is 18.2 update, but I am on 18.4 now, and it still does not work. So at least a couple month (Feb-April 2025) Without the full game, you have just a beginning of the story.
Stressed & can’t forget Anne
So I’m a mom so I don’t get game often . I fell in love with the first part of the game and tonight decided I would buy the full game. Only for it to make me keep talking to the boot, and it asking me to buy the full game again and I guess not even retire purchase. I’m also playing on iOS. Kinda frustrated hope this can be resolved. Maybe the game should be removed from the App Store .. since it’s been happening for months.
So cool
This game is so awesome and I love the anime !!! Nice work !
Cannot play the game after buying, its a known issue but they still keep taking peoples money.
I read up on the game and got it for my family to play on the new iPad. They took my money through the app store knowing their game cannot be played on updated iOS. Developer’s reply to other comments is (paraphrasing), "sorry, we know it’s an issue (but we took your $ anyway) and it won’t get fixed for a long time so just go give us more money on another platform." Seems like a total scam to me. Won’t buy from this developer again if not fixed in a timely manner.
Bon
Le jeu est bien
Forgotton Anne
I like the game but I can’t play it because I had the same problem that someone else said they had… I bought it but it won’t recognize it and won’t let me play it. My phone is IOS 18 and I read that that’s why we can’t play it at this time. That’s a serious problem and it needs to be in the description. I’m very disappointed.
In Game Purchase
I really injoyed the first part of the game, so much so i purchased the full game, but Im not able to access it. It just keeps telling me to purchase it. And it’s seeming this issue has been around for a while. IM assuming there’s been no effort to fixing this issue? There’s not even a way to get a refund. How agitating
Eyeball Origami
Frustrating, the fly/jump controls move around their assigned button but never on it. Otherwise, attractive and fun.
What the heck???? Can’t play full version even after purchase
I see people have been experiencing the same issue since February. And it still isn’t fixed?? Stop replying with the same automated answer. Actually fix the problem.
Très bon jeux
Premier jeux du genre qui me plait, belle histoire qui sort de l’ordinaire je le recommande
Rubbish
This game is awful; played the preamble and was bored and disinterested with the game. Then had a message wanting £6.99; they would have to pay me £6.99 to take this game further. Reminds me of the crap games that abounded in the 1980’s. UPDATE. Thank you for your response to my review. I do understand how the principle of purchasing does work; I have bought several after playing the initial portion & then opting ‘to buy’ or ‘not to buy’. I do like this principle unlike some ‘In App’ purchases where you can pay up to £100. I also don’t like the new Arcade games that Apple have introduced because many of them are too childish. The games that I do like & have fully completed are Syberia, Secret Files,Agatha Christie-ABC Murders, The House of Da Vinci, Bully, Eisenhorn,Jade Empire,The Talos Principle,Machinarium,KOTOR, Calvin Noir & Oceanhorn. All great games. The reason that I tried Forgotten Anne was because of the excellent reviews it received but unfortunately I have not changed my opinion on this & am still baffled as to why it’s received such good reviews. Apologies but that is my opinion.
Game purchase
I bought the full game but it won't let me access the full game.
Thanks
Thank you so much for fixing the issue!!🥳
they robbed me
I bought the game and now it won't let me play, it says I didn't pay but the payment was made
Paying
I think the game is amazing. I love the graphics and anime. To bad you have to pay to continue on your story. I think that’s my only problem with the game. The fact that once you reach that shoe who’s kicking, you have to pay.
Let down by clunky controls
I get the impression this is exactly the kind of game I’d love but the controls are so clunky and awful I give up. Trying to do a long jump with the wings works around 1 in every 5 attempts and it’s beyond frustrating. Complete waste of £6.99 as the annoyance of spending forever and a day trying to do a simple jump means I’m not going to bother with the game. I’d like a refund.
Good game, purchase won’t go through
Hmm
لعبة ممتازة

This game is not ready.
For the brief amount of time that I played this game, I enjoyed it, but the fact that I purchased the full game and am unable to play it is ridiculous. I waited some time for the developer to fix the bug for iOS but now when I try to open the app the screen is just Black! I tried to request a refund, but Apple denied it this is just a scam at this point.
Great game so far...but...
Played through the first part, the very beginning of the game. Engaging story, visually beautiful and the touch controls work great on IOS (playing it on iPhone 7)...but £10 for 7 hours of playtime is a bit pricey, specially for an IOS game...not sure I’m buying it...
Free pls
The free trial is fun but when you get real interested they say you need the paid part I wish it was free 😭😭😢😢
Amazing.
I love this. I wish there was a free game separate, and the “better” one still 10$. But the free trial made me want to buy the 10$ full game but I cannot. I hate to delete it after the free trial even though I loved it! 🙃
A true hidden gem
Stunning so aesthetically pleasing love the puzzles and the music is not to be slept on
Brought the game and can’t play it.
Just bought the game because I was enjoying it and now I can’t play the full game even after paying for it. Need a refund. Would give it 5 stars but I can’t even play the whole game.
Forgotten Anne
Amazing gameplay I enjoyed every last bit. Ending was.... well not what I hoped for
Pretty but eh?
Pretty, but I’ve no idea how to progress. What’s the point if I’ve got to spend half my time on a walkthrough? Give us a flipping clue.
Hate the controls.
I really like this game but the controls drive me absolutely crazy. Why not make it a point and click. I’m stuck on the train switches because if you don’t do the controls absolutely perfectly you can’t do it, there’s difficult and there’s frustrating, so this took the fun out of it for me and I’m uninstalling. Definitely prefer point and clicks for controls, this is so finicky.
Bought full game can’t play full game
I purchased the game but it won’t let me play the full game it says I have to re buy it even though it shows evidence of me have already purchased it before.
Fix iOS purchase problem!!
Look good but cant play past trial after purchase. Tried full reinstall. Put in line of code to prevent install on iOS till problem resolved. You are stealing. Such a good trial, we forget the reviews that explain purchase problem. Fix the deception.
Forgotten Anne
Lovely game and graphics. Good interface and controls seem responsive. Recommended.
Clunky and Abrupt
The story was an interesting spin on how the human race don’t recycle enough, it think that was the main plot line here. There was no silver lining or proper conclusion. Anne and her master being the only “forgotten” humans in existence isn’t very believable. The memory being thing... unbelievable. The story and progression was very linear. Be nice or be horrible and have the extent of your meanness thrown at you at some point in the game. Go to the next progress point to continue. I assumed I had reached the much needed shift in the storyline, the main event that triggers was actually the ending. What I really hated was the movement. It was clunky at best but on the iPad it was simply infuriating, especially when you had to act quickly and change mode. What I liked was the look of the game and the voices. Very nice. Shame the rest was very underwhelming.
Endings
The game was great but the endings really let me down, the choices during the game don’t really matter as there are only two options in the end.
