Free is Great
It’s so helpful being able to plan bills with reminders. Great for a staying on a budget tool and always being aware of what’s coming.
Nag nag nag
Constantly trying to upsell you with nag screens on startup. Lifetime plan means it nags you until you upgrade to the new Pro plan.

I downloaded this app years ago because of its simplicity and how its gets the job done without all the shenanigans however, with the last updates i felt like it has stirred away from the reason why i loved it in the first place. There is too much going on esp with the AI assistant and the tabs that I liked were now gone :(

This was a great app until they made you pay for even the most basic things.
Disappointed
It used to be a good app and they listened really well to feedback, but they keep changing the app and it’s less efficient now. Makes things way harder to input, view, and now trying to force a subscription on something that doesn’t flow well. Very disappointing.
Missing some valuable features
I’m gonna keep repeating this until it’s implemented. Issuing a lower star score each review. Yeah, it’s petty. But so what?! App is decent enough. The UI is pretty good and it’s the main reason I stick around. Hate that they dropped MX for Plaid though. But, some features are needed. Like, I should be able to see my payroll on the “Bills” screen. This way I know what’s due between paychecks. Also, add payroll options for semi-monthly (15th and 31st). Many of us get paid this way. I don’t feel like I’m asking for much.
Auto Sync
Honestly I don’t know why I didn’t listen to the recent reviews, maybe I thought they had fixed it. This app is glitchy. It has multiple times paid a bill twice, had incorrect account balances and now since upgrading and paying for the bank sync it doesn’t sync. Not even if you try to do so manually. It was an ok app otherwise, but charging people for a feature that doesn’t work is awful.

Great app
I love this app! I normally don’t write reviews for apps but this is a great way to see how much credit card debt I have altogether, and I love how it tells you how much money you would have if you paid off all your credit card debt!
Just alright. after update, not good
I came to this app from a different one ending, a few years ago. This app is alright, and has been just okay. I’m not sure when this update happened, but I went to add a recurring bill and now it says there is a limit to 10 bills it can track on the “free” plan. However I am already tracking 23 of them. It doesn’t say anything about that on the App Store listing, and I’m pretty upset about this. I don’t appreciate being paywalled, so now I am looking for alternatives. If I am going to have to pay, I am probably going to pick an app that was up front about the costs. Very disappointed.
Great if you only have a limited amount of accounts
I been using this app for months and it was the best app I found so far but huge down fall is the limitations on account connections. If i pay for something monthly I shouldn’t be limited to the amount of accounts I can add. If you want to add more you have delete some or contact them to add additional accounts. Worst part is I couldn’t find anywhere where it says how many you can have before purchasing it. Looking for an alternative now and hopefully I am within the 7 days to get t money back since I finally upgraded from the regular paid to the one with back connection. Sad because I really liked this app.

Heading in the right direction.
Came to this app from Prism. It does a pretty competent job in keeping track of bills and customizing alerts and its generally very responsive and quick. The two things I think need to be added is: - The ‘bill’ page needs to be updated every time the app is opened, or even better, updated in the background. Currently, if you open the app and view the page, then a few days later open it again, the relative time indicators (1 day, 3 days etc) are from the previous time you opened the app and therefore not accurate anymore. Considering that I use those indicators to judge how urgent my bills are, its a problem. - Adding badges to the app icon. Customizable would be great but otherwise having the number of bills due that day (for example) would quickly let the user know where they stand every time they open their phone without opening the app.
WORSE WORSE
U guys lately have been doing updates on this app. Last 5 version has been a tremendous disaster. BAD experience at all. Accounts doesn’t sync, balance isn’t accurate. And so on… l want to know if you GUYS change CEO or is it something else ??who’s doing this CAOS NOW. Please fix jt. Im been with you for years now, from 2019. I sent many times your link to enroll more people on your platform. I think this isn’t the way you supposed to treat me now.

I don’t like the new update. Why do I need to need to pay for pro to view my past bills when i was allowed to view them for FREE before.

I was really excited about this app until I realized I couldn't add any information because when I would leave app to gather needed information for set up when I returned all information was Gone! Yes gone! So set up was impossible! Sad!!!!

After trying to find a Prism replacement and downloading dozens of apps I found timely through copilot. I am able to add all my bills without limitation. They could update the interface but not a deal breaker. Thank you!

Okay, used to be better
The past few months it doesn’t keep my banks connected so I have to reconnect them constantly. After I reconnect them I end up with duplicate transactions that I have to delete. I’m not sure what changed but it makes it frustrating to use the app.

A very good app.
No good
App worked great for the longest time. Now it has locked some of my bills in, not allowing me to adjust them and reminders for those bill have stopped. The app won’t let me do anything unless I upgrade plans.
Would get a 5 star if…
You could link certain bills through their website to showing what the bill actually is. Also, this needs to have badges added on top of the alerts, I’m more inclined to see a red notification than a banner alert. Make those changes @ developers!
Removed selection of accounts that go into totals
The part that they remove the checkbox on the accounts that you only want to see what goes into cash and net assets ruined the experience for me.
Bills that need to be paid sometimes just disappear
I like this app except you really have to keep an eye on it. Every once in a while, a bill that needs to be paid on a certain day of the month will just disappear. It really leaves me with a very nervous feeling about it. I’m thinking about installing another bills app just so I can be sure that nothing ever disappears without me noticing. It would totally stink to miss paying a bill and it be on my credit report due to this
I live by this app
I have been using this app for years, I’m on Ssi and putting everything in and being able to do monthly repeats. I go in and have to adjust the amount from time to time just to make everything work within my budget. This app, let you know what your total is up on the top right hand side so you don’t go over budget and end up with an overdraft. I do do the free version and I’ve been doing this for years. This is an amazing app. I’ve even shared it with friends, whether they use it or not that’s up to them. But I swear by this app big time. Even when I get a new phone, I always make sure this is one of the top apps that I re-download onto the new phone. I can’t and don’t wanna live without this app. It helps with anxiety stress over finances. And you can mark that they’re paid one by one as you pay it or if something automatically comes out of your bank account and you check your bank and you say that it’s been deducted from your bank. You can mark that it was paid in full or partial. You can set the reminders on it for the day of or a few days before, reminding you that that bill is coming up. Thank you for making this app because I love it
Paid for the Subscription but Still Has Issues
This used to be a great app when it was free. Unlimited bills to track. I recently upgraded to the paid subscription to get unlimited bills to track. A lot of my bills are auto paid, and I’ve set them up as such in this app. After a due date for a bill that’s on auto pay, the app doesn’t automatically update to show that it was paid, it keeps showing as unpaid, and then I have to manually go in to mark it paid. Then the app will show that the bill was paid twice! I have to manually remove the double payment from the paid section. Please fix this bug.
Decent replacement for Mint
I’ve test driven a couple dozen budgeting apps, searching for a Mint replacement. There are lots of things I like about this app. Bank account linking worked well. It allows for zero-based budgeting (with balance rollover). It allows me to split transactions among multiple budget categories (though this feature was a little bit hidden). Speaking of categories, I could create my own and hide the ones I didn’t use, super helpful. Ability to make rules to auto-categorize similar transactions is great. Reasonably priced. I paid for mine and my wife and I share all finances, so she is linked to my account and just uses the free version on her phone. A couple drawbacks: I noticed is that we both have to hit the sync button to share our budgeting updates. Also, she can’t split transactions with her free version. All said, it seems worth the money.
The new update took out a very important feature
When one of your bills goes past the due date, it sits in a section called overdue and does not allow you to tap on or edit the date, etc. It’s much more difficult now to track bills that may or may not have posted to your bank account because the only running total is on bills that are before the due date. I’ve reached out for help and I hope that they bring the old overview bills section back.

I like it but… I have this on my Android phone and it’s great. So now I want it on my new iPad Air 13”. I can’t log in. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app 3 times and not help. It just hangs up on the sign in screen.
All you ever need
This app is all I ever need when it comes to bill, tracking,budgeting,and everything in between I love it
Nope
I’m trying to get the notifications from them to get off my screen. They aren’t exactly helping. It was never that way before. Also, the app doesn’t work much different than a calendar and the financial advice on there was written by a toddler. I may as well just create an even on my calendar for all the good it does. I will NOT be renewing my subscription next year. It’s not worth it.

No UK bank sync
As far as I can see it won’t sync with UK banks which renders it about useless for me. Shame as it showed promise.
Nice Looking App With Good Features
I wanted to test this app out as an alternative to Chronicle. I love the look and feel of the app as it is way more modern than Chronicle; however it lacks one feature that is a deal breaker for me. It does not have the ability to enter the URL of any specific bill and take directly there to actually pay the bill online. I would gladly pay for this app if it had that feature alongside its current features. I also think there should be a lifetime option for other plans; and not just the basic one. Currently uninstalling and going back to Chronicle for now.
Good financial software!
The TimelyBills program, interface and customer service serves all or most of my financial support in my pocket. This software resonates with my requirements and continues to exhibit a personal and family approach that I find refreshing. The updates and security measures compliment my minimum requirements nicely. A very nice fit to this niche of the market.
Used to be great
I absolutely love this app, but for whatever reason it won’t sync anymore right. It only syncs how much was spent, not from which accounts and will not update balances. Completely useless to have this app on my iPad now.

Please add income into the bills page so we can see at a glance or income coming in against bills coming in, otherwise perfect.

Very handy, useful, but...
I like this app, very handy, very useful, probably this is all I need for managing bill payment. I like the icon showing beside list of bills, although not everything is covered. ******** Wish list; Amount is often different between minimum payment and actual amount paid, unfortunately this app doesn’t handle this situation. (If I change paid amount, original value changes as well) It is a bit annoying behavior that sending notification of due even for the bill I paid already.

App keeps crashing after recent update. Very useful when it was working though.
My two cents
Used this app for YEARS- loved it until recently… can’t delete a bill now? Can’t contact the company to even find out what the process is now just to delete a bill 🤦🏼♀️ because it doesn’t let you hit send. It functioned a lot better before all the updates. Now it’s just a mess and I can’t stand it.
