Ornament is an incredible health assistant with a brilliant concept for tracking lab results. However, the lack of Arabic language support is a major barrier for millions of potential users in the MENA region. While medical lab terms are universal, navigating the interface, completing the body system surveys, and understanding the detailed health insights would be infinitely better and more accessible in Arabic. Adding Arabic support would unlock a massive, highly engaged market that deeply values health awareness. Please consider adding Arabic in the next updates—it would make a huge difference!
Bug
Good marketing.Bad still bad maintenance and app power. Each time shows bad internet connection and shows nothing. Seems like there is a bug

Я не понимаю внесла показатели индекса homa-ir, выбрала в единицах измерений %, так как другое не выбиралось, в итоге показывает что индекс понижен и дает какие то фантазийные референсы, что неверно. Хочу удалить анализ и перезаписать его. Но нет кнопки удалить этот анализ??? Почему?

This app is so helpful! It really has a lot of useful info for living a healthier life!
Automatic Subscription
The app is useful but be mindful that they automatically subscribe you and take payment out monthly. I tried to unsubscribe after the trial and thought it was successful and it wasn’t. Months later I see a transaction take. From my account and that’s when I noticed that I had been charged $100 every 3 months and hadn’t realized. Once I realized I requested a refund only for the most recent transaction and they refused. The refund process and flawed and I am disappointed with the way it was handled.

В целом обожаю это приложение, упростило жизнь в разы, все под рукой… Но есть очевидно неудобные вещи, круто, если поправите: 1) сортировка биомаркеров по базовым критериям: по дате, например 2) возможность выбрать период для отображения анализов вручную 3) добавлять свои тэги для баиомаркеров, по которым можно их группировать, ну или хотя бы искать Так удобнее будет предоставлять анализы врачу и готовиться к приемам
Плохо
Первые пол года приложение работало прекрасно. Но начиная с сентября 2025 как будто что-то специально блокируют: постоянно вылетает, виснет, нельзя дополнить профиль…., в общем можно сказать не работает совсем. Деньги взяли, а приложения практически нет

Beware: Terrible Cancelation
As other reviews you can’t preview anything in the app before paying. Not to mention it is solely for organizing medical files nothing to help manage or promote weight loss as advertised. I cancelled within days. Then a year later it charged again and says my subscription was started and good through 01/21/1970. I was born in 1990 sooooooo clearly it’s never been accurate and never canceled and they refused to give me a refund for the renewal. Their customer service is a joke. I do not recommend this app or company.

Tenho a versão paga e achei que liberaria as funções mas tem que continuar pagando por tudo. Se fosse pra ser so um app de registro de exames tem outro melhores e gratuitos. Nem IA tem incluso no pagamento e precisa pagar por uso.

Very useful app!
The application works consistently, although there are occasional glitches during authorization. It's convenient to have all the tests in one place, with the ability to sort them by date or type. You can also create a single file upload and send it to your doctor.
Waste of Money
Purchased a year, had the hardest time uploading my results and connecting my health info. I did upload some info. The response was vague and unhelpful. I tried to upload more info and the app told me I had to wait months to add more results. Nothing but frustration with this company and app.

Don’t use new update
I’h been using this app already for 3 years, and it was great. Now in free version you couldn’t download lab results from file of photos, only manually 😓 and after closing paywall you se bugs And they add a Health status 2,6 - nightmare Now I have to take all my results somewhere else Why are you doing this

Вылетает приложение
После покупки расширенной версии постоянно вылетает приложение. Просит подтвердить адрес электронной почты, код приходит на почту, а в приложение его вписать нельзя, потому что на окно с вводом кода приложение не переключается.
Работает не стабильно
Загрузил очень много результатов анализов за один день, распознает на ура поэтому 2 звезды а в остальном перестал грузить документы. По долгу висит по входе, оплатил за месяц жалею-работал бы как в первый день всегда был бы огонь

Icon size issue
The app is great overall, but I wish there was a way to enlarge the icons on the screen. They’re a bit small, and after a long day, my eyes get tired using it. A bigger display option would make it perfect.
Used to be great
They took away many health tracking features and added lifestyle features. Feels like every other lifestyle app and not a serious app for monitoring health. Very sad. Also has been buggy for the last year. Not sure who they hired to maintain the app. :/
Não permite alteração
Ele é muito bom, mas na permite correção ou alteração. O meu IMC ele calculou do além, mas eu tenho todos histórico de 3 anos, tentei corrigir e ele não modifica, continua com a observação q ele mesmo calculou. Outra coisa, Eu preenchi errado o questionário inicial e cliquei em risco cardiovascular, mas eu não tenho, tentei alterar e na vai. Pressão arterial tbm, eu alterei para a minha pressão correta, mas ele continua mostrando o relatório como se eu tive a pressão padrão brasileira.

Приложение перестало показывать мои анализы и обследования. Запрашивает код с почты,ввожу и ничего не происходит. Просто легло. Теперь пишут, что я могу попробовать войти через 9 часов!!!
Работает не стабильно
Очень часто, каждые 2-3 минуты теряет связь с интернетом, нажимаешь повторить, тут же находит связь, через некоторое время, бывает, даже меньше минуты, снова теряет.
The most useful thing in my iphone
The app can be a bit slow to load sometimes, but once it’s up, it’s extremely handy. Being able to see all my health data in one place is a game changer.
Horrible customer service!!
Do not subscribe. If you select the free trial, it’s impossible to contact customer support to cancel and then it automatically starts charging!!!
Проблемы
Само приложение очень понравилось. Но что-то непонятное происходит с приложением. Периодически появляется сообщение о том, что неполадки с интернет. Подтвердить email не получается. Код приходит, я его ввожу и все, ничего не происходит, потом опять может на инет поругаться, хотя все у меня с нетом нормально во всем остальном.

Eu tinha 4 exames carregados em pdf para o app mas ele parou de ler fica dando erro no servidor
Недостатки
Авторизация через код из письма, это неудобно когда приложение используется другим человеком. Референсные значения и несколько профилей - для каждого профиля нужно создавать свой список значений. Часто проблемы с загрузкой анализов в pdf - всё глючит, криво работает.

It’s like having a mini health coach in my pocket
Misleading app
This app positions itself as the uber app for personal health care. But it is not! It is another app which gets you to commit big dollars for what you think is the “total package” but once you commit, it is one add on after another for additional fees. Essentially the basic app is just what you think - not much. I fell for it and before I knew it I was nearly $100 into it. I quickly reversed course and asked for a refund but was denied. Ornament said they do not refund for renewing fees but I was only a customer for a week - a new customer, not renewing! THIS APP IS A TOTAL SCAM.

Приложение удобное, пользуюсь им уже много лет. Но остаются досадные проблемы, которые не позволяют поставить 5 звезд: - безобразная авторизация. Может несколько раз в день выбрасывать из аккаунта, не отправляет код по почте. Разработчики с достойным другого применением упрямством игнорируют FaceID и TouchID, почему?? - нет экспорта данных в текстовом формате

O aplicativo que reúne seu histórico de exames
Cara, outro dia eu estava tentando buscar um app que poderia unificar todos os exames em um só lugar, difícil encontrar um que seja bom, mas encontrei o Ornament. Com gráficos, testes, histórico, comprei a versão vitalícia e é bem interessante a proposta de visualizar seus dados em forma de timeline, ele puxa os dados do app saúde da Apple que é bem importante e o único defeito é que ele não sincroniza de volta os dados obtidos dos exames para o app saúde. Exemplo, exame de zinco colesterol entre outros que é suportado pelo app saúde o Ornament não sincroniza de volta esses resultados.

Спочатку подобався додаток, користувалась ним із задоволенням, загружала результати мрт, біопсія, аналізи.Зараз майже все платно, а вручну сидіти і по п‘ ять листів із різними аналізами забивати не маю ні часу, ні терпіння. Аналізи здаю часто, так як маю багато хвороб, і онкологічні . Так що тепер мені легше дістати листки і подивитись, чи в телефоні в файлах.

I first downloaded this app to help with my weight loss goals. I paid for it but in order to access anything you have to pay more. So I did not use it and then they charged me for the “subscription “ when I let them know I had never used it and wanted a refund they refused, it’s another app that preys on desperate people just wanting to be healthy
Querem cobrar por tudo
O app é bom, utilizei por alguns anos, no entanto incluíram novas funções e mesmo assinando o plano pago eles querem me cobrar mais R$ 49,90 para ter meus exames interpretados. Isso é um desrespeito! Não renovarei minha assinatura.
Boa proposta, mas precisa de ajustes.

Не могу пользоваться приложением. Оно постоянно вылетает и просит ввести код подтверждения. По коду вхожу и пишет что нет подключения к интернету. Когда подключение «появляется» опять выбрасывает на страницу ввести код из письма. Ну невозможно
