fantastic service … I really love the new app
Worse service ever
I normally don’t write reviews but in this case I felt obligated. This company has been the worst I have ever dealt with not only at the customer service people rude and hard to understand but I urgently tried to get to a friend of mine gave them what they required gave me no explanation just simply cancel my account and then refunded the money of what went wrong. Save yourself the time and hassle and go they don’t deserve to be on the App Store.

Unable to sign in after update
I got No replies to my support request email. I had an account but after the update, I cannot login. when I try to use my email and says it’s a new account and when I try creating account with the email and my phone number it says number exists in system so its a deadlock and there’s no way I can get in I would appreciate if you could. address this issue. Thanks

Bad service
Very disappointed with MasterRemit. My account was put on hold, and even after providing the documents they requested, the verification process has taken far too long. Customer support has not been helpful, and the lack of clear communication has been frustrating. I understand security checks are important, but the delays and poor updates have made this a very stressful experience. I hope they improve their customer service and verification process.

It the fifth day and my transaction is not sent, send id and said you are all good now the call me back after one day saying you can verify. I hate this app absolutely time wasters

Misleading details
Would not allow me to redeem the voucher that i got after referring to my friends. Revoked all the vouchers i had.

Bad experience
Very disappointed with MasterRemit. I have three valid referral promo codes, and none of them work. Every time I try to use them, the system says “invalid,” even though they have never been used. My wife is experiencing the exact same issue. What is the point of giving referral promo codes if customers cannot actually use them? This feels misleading and unprofessional. There is no proper explanation or clear support. I trusted this service for sending money to Nepal, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust. I expect transparency and a proper solution.

Liar and fraud regarding refer and earn rewards
This app or company is useless. They did not let me use refer and earn rewards by referring and earning from 4 friends but just let me use 1 reward voucher as they have not mentioned any terms and conditions that I won’t be able to use more than one reward voucher even performing separate transactions and always reversed money in account by charging $2.20 for doing nothing. They are fraud and scammer who doesn’t let you use which you have earned. Never recommend to anyone. They don’t even deserve 1 star rating.

The customer support team was extremely rude and unhelpful. I reached out expecting basic assistance, but instead I was met with poor communication and a dismissive attitude. This experience was very disappointing and not what I expected from a professional service. I hope the company works on improving their customer service.

Worst remittance company
17/01/2026 I sent money coz i needed it so badly as we are only holiday in Philippines. I completed payment through pay id. Master remit send email saying my payment cannot be processed but they deducted my bank account! I tried calling them so I can get my money back. Online operator says 6 minutes waiting time 20 minutes later they drop my call. I even ask for a call back, nothing! So please don’t ever try to use this remittance company as you will regret it! I feel being scammed!!!

The worst app ever. Will never process your request and delay it and would charge if we ask refund
Never ever use this app for fund transfers. They not only hold your money but will also ask you for many documents as attachment so that they can delay the process and never send money on time. The customer support is very rude and they call you sir sometimes and then the tone changes and they call you by your name in an angry tone. They just keep on sending emails and never process your request. They also tell that they will charge 1% for refund request for any failed transactions from their side. Very bad experience and I am planning to move to fair trade and also raise a dispute with my bank to get money back.
