Love this app and appreciate the recent updates. Been using this app for a long time now with the purchase level. Amazing App
I have been using the app for years, it provides amazing insight onto so many details about music like play counts, date added, time listened, etc all for free. The premium also seems very worth and they offer a cheap one time payment. Overall the app does its job very well.
Stats Changed
Had my stats altered for no reason and now I have it all random. My stats were like 5 or so years old and they just deleted it and it’s changed!? Waste of money nothing is accurate and now my stats are gone. Thanks guys you’re the best
Glitch
This is by far my favorite app however recently when I try to open it, the app crashes and won’t open. Any idea how to fix this? App won’t open at all now.
Song totals out of wack
Used to work flawlessly. Recently tho, when putting my parameters as only wanting to see what I’ve listened to from the start of the calendar year until now, it’s including all plays from any song for all time. I’ll change the rating if this gets fixed

Cool Not Accurate
I had high hopes for this app bcuz I love their Geography apps. I buy them all! This one started fine, however I’ve since realized it’s extremely inaccurate. Play numbers are wrong more often than right. May not be a problem for most people who are simply curious, but I need it for work. If they could clean that up, I’d definitely subscribe. Also I haven’t found a way to contact support. Hope it gets fixed or I will need to try another.
Bugged
Cool app but isn’t accurate at all. Songs will jump up or down in plays even if you don’t listen to them and it’s consistently wrong more than right, half the time I’ll listen to a song and it adds a play and the next day it goes down, terrible tracking
App is frozen
Ever since the 10.0 update, my app is completely frozen. I open it and can’t click anything. This is especially annoying because I bought the upgrade.
Favorite Music Stats App
I’ve been using this app for around a year now and I absolutely love it. For the year I’ve used it, it has been completely accurate and what I love about it is that it also shows music you have imported onto your Apple Music. One small issue I have with it is that I would really like to see the amount of time, in minutes, I listened to music in a given week. I’m pretty sure this is possible as the app knows how long all of the songs are but I’m not a programmer and it may be harder than it looks. But overall I absolutely love the app and again this is a very small gripe I have.
Stopped working last year
Even when the filter is set to YTD, the app pulls stats from 2 years ago. It did this for 2024 too. Waste of money unfortunately, used to love this app.
Good But….
I really like this app but I’m unable to find how to contact support. I’d like to find out if I could delete songs from the list. This goes all the way back for years and I have my sons stats on here as well when we shared an account. I want to remove his Big Time Rush stats. If anyone reading this knows how please let me know. It’s very frustrating.
Buggy
I have a large library (75,000 songs) and the app frequently crashes and things take forever to load.
Decent App but there’s issues
I have no clue why certain artists just don’t show up at all in my history, specifically a lot of the kpop groups and soloists I have in my library.

Recently it was crashing but after the new update it is fixed. I’ve used this app daily for the last 5.5 years and I absolutely love it.
What do you mean music in library is tracked?
all the music i have in my library are sorted in playlists. for some reason music in my library is not going to song stats. do i have to have music that is not in playlists?

Stops polling Summary
After 2 weeks it’s stop polling Summary. Expect for all time. Done it twice I’ve deleted and restarted app after two both times did same thing. I paid for this. Let’s fix it
Good, but limited use
It’s interesting to know my listening habits, and the app seems quite quick to update. I suppose I’m a bit unique, in that my library contains a lot of music I’ve written and recorded for various local musical productions and projects over many years. Obviously the listens for these way outdo anything else in my library. To not appear a total narcissist it would be quite nice if I could exclude myself and my music from the stats! Also I’d quite like to know how popular the artists I listen to are in the great scheme of things, and how my listens contribute to a musician’s success. So how about a YT-style listen count, eg (my listens)/(total Apple Music listens) - 400/40m! That kind of thing. Ultimately, these sort of stats will elevate Apple Music to the Spotify credibility that it deserves. It’d’ve been nice if ABBA were boasting about Dancing Queen getting a billion plays on Apple Music, and not Spotify!
Highly recommend
This app is so insanely good. It shows my all the information I want to see and more. I paid for the add on information of course and had access to even more which was amazing. I highly recommend this app. I’m very very avid music listener I love looking at my stats and I can vouch that this is the best app for Apple Music. Although I have one issue I’m really hoping I can get help with (to the creators and developers) - i had to delete and redownload the app and even though I know it boldly states that custom time frames can only go back to when the app is downloaded I was wondering if somehow in some way I can get my information retrieved from the first time I had the app.

I love the app, but…
I’ve had this app for like 3 years now, and my only complaint is the way the skips are counted. It might not seem like a big deal, but it’s really been bothering me recently. I don’t know if it’s always been this way, and I’m sure it hasn’t because I have songs I listen to a ton that have like 0 skips, and I know for a fact I didn’t work my way around this for 3 years. When I decide to listen to another song and I haven’t played the song already for son already for 30 seconds, the song gets counted as a skip. The only way around this is if I play a song for 30 seconds or add songs to my next queue. I’m sure it’s a recent issue because the songs most affected by this are songs I’ve recently added to my library. Keep Driving by Harry Styles has been in my library since it came out, and it’s my 2nd most played song with over 2k plays. That song only has 1 skip. But pretty isn’t pretty by Olivia Rodrigo has around 500 plays and 18 skips, and it just came out last month. I don’t know if it’s possible, but I wish for the app to only count skips if I actually press the skip button and not because I clicked on another song.

No idea what happened but app suddenly stop tracking last week. I didn’t close it or anything.
Erases streams from you
Stream numbers tend to bounce around. I had a song by. Adelitas Way go from 25 streams, 24 streams, all over the place. The app does not know how to calculate.
Updating my music numbers
The app stopped updating my numbers! Haven’t been able to use the app since the beginning of 2025! I keep my phone updated & I have storage
was great until it got everything wrong
i use this app because my apple replay stopped working for me years ago and this app has been very accurate until today. it’s telling me a majority of my most listened to songs this month are songs i haven’t even listened to in 4-5 years? and it’s not even possible that my phone was on shuffle and happened to play them because these songs suddenly got 50+ plays which is just extremely inaccurate.
It’s Alright
Does what it advertises. Pretty good app other than the fact that I can’t see my post played songs from the past 30 days. It only shows your most streamed songs for all time unless you get the premium version. 👍
reset?
this app was great for a while and was pretty accurate. but today it randomly reset, not completely reset but it reset to what my stats were in like 2023 when they should be way higher than they are.
Doesn’t track plays from all devices
Just want to know how many times I’ve listened to tracks on Apple Music. This app seems to only track plays o have on my phone. Problems that I have is most of my listening on Apple Music is through the app on my Samsung tv and doesn’t track any of those plays.
Love the app but it needs one tweak
Everything works great. There is an option to make a playlist from your most played songs of a specific period. The options in the list are for 10 or 50 songs. Could we have like 25? I listen to music all day and this would be a great help to me.
Very limited
It’s a pretty lame app to be honest. I thought this was like the stats for spotify but for Apple Music, but it can only look at what you have in your library and analyze your entire listening habits.

Loved this app, I liked checking what/who I was listening to the most at the end of each month by setting the dates on custom. And it worked for a few months and now whenever I try and change the custom dates it just shows the same stats as the all-time stats. Has the app crashed?
Was working well but not anymore
This app had been a joy to use to track my listening history but it recently stopped working. I checked my history for April 2024, when I must’ve listed to hundreds of songs on just one device (Apple IPad mini) but the app statistics show only ONE song listened to one time!I don’t know what happened to the app, it used to work well and I used to like it very much but not no more.
Cool and Accurate
I love this app! I disagree with the reviewer who called it “cool but not accurate.” I’m a data junkie when it comes to my music. Play counts, in particular, are very important to me. Song Stats does a great job with that info. Anytime I’ve compared its counts to my OS Apple Music app, they’re identical. It may take a beat for a play count to register in SS, but usually never more than a couple of minutes after I’ve played the song on whatever device. I love Apple Music for its data and flexibility - so much better than Spotify in that regard. This app does an amazing job parsing all that data and - crucially - making it available on my phone since the iOS Apple Music app is limited in that regard.
No data
It says nothing. Like there is no data anywhere and I listen all the time.
Very Good App with one Problem
I love this App, it's so much better than Spotify Stats and it's really fun to just see what I was listening to... but the App should fix the problem with the readded songs because now I have a few songs that are not put into the statistics and that bothers me! If that is fixed I will give 5 stars

I have the Premium version yet it doesnt record my music. I’ve listened to a song well over 6 times today and it says I’ve never listened to it and so on. You’d think since it has a premium version that there would be a help center to contact but nope
Great App, Needs Dark Mode Icon
I’ve used, loved, and trusted this app for years now using it as a primary source for counting my streams (my favorite hobby)! i even purchased the premium version of the app although the app hasn’t been updated in 4 months, i’m afraid the developers haven’t abandoned it like other tracking apps i’ve used in the past. the app is outdated as it doesn’t have an iOS 18 dark mode icon, which is preventing me from putting on in my home screen!!! also i don’t know how accurate “last ____ days” metrics are, i saw the app developers mentioned the stats come directly from apple music, but my 2024 year end list on apple music replay didn’t match my last 365 days on songstats, which you think they would match exactly, if it’s the same data… just wondering if there’s a reason for that? also i know this is a lot of requests, but i would like there to be like a library of images to chose for the artist photos? it always slightly bothers me when like a remix single cover that’s in my library becomes the photo attached to the artist, or an album from last decade these are just some minor bug fixes that i think would improve the “quality of life” of the app, and make it more enjoyable to use every day!!! unrealistic ask but a facelift to give it a more ios 18 modern overhaul would be astronomical but that’s gotta be so much work haha!! love this app, thank you for making it!!!
Paid for nothing
Upgraded to premium and got nothing for it. Tried to view the all time list and gave me the same play totals for the yearly that apple gives. When I try to adjust the time frame it says I can’t see anything before app was downloaded. That’s not past that’s only future plays. What a waste.
Love It!
I love looking at my listening stats regularly. In a future update would it be possible to base the listening figures in the artist rather than the album artist? E.g. on Destiny’s Child’s Christmas album each singer has a solo song but it gets counted under Destiny’s Child as the Album Artist is that for easier sorting on iTunes.

I bought the premium version, it's a decent app, but it only tracks music listened on the device you have the app. Not all of Apple Music which is disappointing. The app's design is also pretty underwhelming.
