The app does what it needs to do and records my Apple Music scrobs. I haven’t had an issue but please keep in mind I have the paid version.

Improve syncing
I downloaded this app a few days ago to compare to Last.fm and I am very pleased with how it’s been working. Definitely worth it to get the unlimited scrobbles for 4 dollars. However, the only problem I have is listening to music on the PS5. Sadly, scrobbling doesn’t sync or work on the console which causes you to lose your stats. If this app could improve on better syncing, I would definitely give 5 stars. As of recently, I have been wearing my AirPods to listen to music through my phone while wearing the headset on top while playing. It is a decent alternative.
Was great, stopped working
The app hasn’t been updated in a year. Now when I try to open it, it crashes.

Does the best it can
It’s extremely inconsistent at times but I know this is an Apple Music limitation so I won’t hold it against them.
Works sometimes, can’t recommend paying.
When it works, it’s fine. When it doesn’t it’s annoying and there are times where It hasn’t updated anything in a week. Can’t recommend solely because of the lack of updates so I don’t know if any of these issues may be addressed.

unbelievable amount of duplicate scrobbles
I’ve just suddenly had hundreds of duplicate scrobbles appear in my library, as many as 50x for some songs. I’m going to have to spend ages deleting them all since there’s no way to do it on the app. Safe to say I won’t be using this again.
Randomly double scrobbles tracks
But otherwise a great app. Does exactly what it says on the tin at a reasonable price. Very glad to have found QuietScrob and I hope the dev continues to improve it

It works like you’d expect, but doesn’t work when device is on lock screen or off. Don’t like how I have to keep my phone on all the time for it to work
Actually works
Works great and tracks automatically. But if the app is closed before it is fully synced it causes scrobbles to be lost.
Got very worse with the last update
Really, I don’t know why the developer decided to do so many unnecessary changes in an app that was working so perfectly. Dark mode? That was the only thing needed, but now after this ugly change the app is no longer Scrobbling anything from my personal library out of spotify (that’s the only reason I paid for this app…). to be honest, I never cared having to do that manually because not even this I can do anymore. P.s: I wish I could have my money back or downgrade it…
The app works fine
Only complaint is I can’t customize the amount of the song I have to listen to to scrobble it. Last.fm’s official app only requires you to listen to 90% of the song
SCROBBLE MY STUFF PLEASEEEE
With this new iOS update it stopped scrobbling non-library tracks and it’s bothering me so bad. Please fix that.

(written 1.18.26) works as intended, even bought unlimited scrobbles!! only complaint would be it loses scrobbles if i don't open directly after each song (off Low Power Mode like it recommends) and that's a little bothersome but not that big a deal. worth it, just wish the dev would check in.
The best scrobbling app
This app is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It allows you to scribble streams from both Apple Music downloads and streams. Great deal on the unlimited scrobbles. THANK YOU for not making this app subscription-based. Best 3.99 I’ve ever spent!

It won’t scrobble at all
It Works
It actually scrobbles songs that haven’t been added to my library. I periodically reopen in the app to make sure it’s still scrobbling. Downside is that there’s no way to manually add songs, which is what I do when I’m listening to music offline; have to use another app for that.
Save Your Money and Time
QuietScrob is great when it works, but more often than not, it doesn’t. I constantly had to manually add and remove scrobbles from my last.fm profile.
Lag
The lag between scrobbles is annoying but great alternative for those who use Apple Music

I’ve used this app for years and it just works. I use it to scrobble my Apple Music listens to Last FM. It’s super light and it’s updated regularly. Thank you! (Update from 2025- still using, still working great)
Barely Catches Anything
Not much else to say. What good is a scrobbler that doesn’t scribble??

I’ve been having pretty consistent success with this app, the syncing of loved songs is also incredibly nice. So, purchasing unlimited scrobbles was an easy decision. I’d like the option to be able to define how much of a percentage a song has to be played before the app scrobbles, as I have a tendency to jump around when it comes to music.
Too many duplicate scrobbles
This was my scrobbling app for years and years, but over the past year it’s scrobbled so many duplicates (think, registering a song as listened hundreds of times) I’ve had to delete it and find an alternative :( If anyone else has this issue and needs to delete thousands of duplicate scrobbles now in their library because of this app, I used the LastFMDuplicateDeleter by marcus604 and the lastfm-smart-deduper by shevchenkoartem on Github (working as of October 2022) to delete them…
QuietScrob doesn’t save your scrobbles
I tried this app and so far it’s been not good. While it does scrobble your Apple Music, it doesn’t save it as a scrobble. After the song is over, the song will be removed from last.fm. This forced me to use YT Music just to scrobble my music (using the last.fm extension) please fix this issue.

Broken After IOS 18
It only scrobbles tracks from your library now. So sad because this used to be the best app for last.fm integration with apple music.
Good but needs updating
Just making this review as I’m now faced with app freezes, with this no longer working for a few months now. A shame as I really enjoyed using this beforehand, being able to scrobble non library songs
The app stopped scrobbling
The app stopped Scrobbling for no reason even, I tried deleting and reinstalling but it didn’t help..
App is broken
App used to work fine until recently. It no longer will scrobble in the background, even when at 100% battery and the background refresh permission turned on. Only good thing going for it is that it can read non-library tracks

it works again (ios 26)! this is the app to get if you want to scrobble apple music to lastfm. you need to open the app every so often to scrobble, but it doesn’t miss songs (even ones not in your library) and uploads all the scrobbles in seconds.

I can’t believe the actual last.fm app doesn’t do non-library scrobbles. Hopefully nothing gets changed in any upcoming updates to break this.
What has happened?
This was a super little Scrobbler until around June 2021. Then it was changed so that it supposedly scrobbled plays automatically and the appearance was altered. Now it only very occasionally scrobbles tracks. Why do developers always have to fiddle with something that is good? The app is now a pile of junk!

Good enough
The app scrobbles reasonably reliably. Sometimes scrobbles don’t get picked up but on average it does what it says on the tin. Obviously a neater tie-in between Apple Music and Last.fm would be desirable but this is what we have for now and it works well enough
Refuses to stay in background
Nearly daily I have to check this is working as refuses to work in the background so but useless.

works great. i don’t even have to think about manually scrobbling thru the official last.fm app. definitely buying unlimited after trial is over—just wanna make sure i don’t encounter any problems

Fine, Except for Apple Music Streaming
Pretty much as the title, this works fine for me, except that it doesn't scrobble tracks that I haven't downloaded for Apple Music. downloaded tracks scrobble fine, it's only streamed tracks that won't scrobble.
