App keeps crashing
I love how there are tons of scooters available. However, I’m unable to take advantage of them due to the fact that the app never ceases to crash upon opening it. I’ve update the app, updated my phone. However, nothing seems to work..
App unreliable due to crashes ... I have the most uptodate version of iOs and App
Crash
First time ride
This is my first timeever to ride an escooter and try this app, I can say the experience is amazing and the app is very user friendly. 👌
Terrible experience, every single ride!😡😡😡
Today is the last time I’m riding SKURTT. You can’t find any parking spot for SKURTT, every time even on parking place it keep telling me to find the correct parking spot so I cannot end my ride. It takes twice as long to ride it because some places it goes up to 8km/h and twice as expensive. And it’s connected to my card so it took even twice as much money, because I couldn’t end my ride. I contacted online help and did not get any response! I tried to call to call center and nobody is answering! This is terrible!
Love it
Well done Skurtt, love the app and the quality of your scooters.

Amazing!
Amazing app. Love it!
2+ months to reimburse AED 15…
Skurtt’s error in accepting a promo code forced me to chase this up with dozens of emails… After almost 10 weeks they assure me they will reimburse the paltry AED 15. Clearly this is a company not to deal with if any query.
Awesome
Really nice app 👍🏼
Terrible sign up process
Most painful registration and sign up process. Gave up after waiting and trying several times. Doesn’t support Apple Pay or PayPal, have to enter card details manually which is also a headache when standing on the side of the road trying to rent a scooter…
Hi
Awesome app very user friendly
Awful performance and awful support
Totally frustrating experience with this app. Map doesn’t work as it should, leads to extra expenses. Support isn’t really helpful, now so many scooters around. Terrible.
