I was having such a great time, it’s really fun. Suddenly it asked me to write a review. Normally I would just refuse, but this time the refusal line was literally saying to my lovely Baek Woo-hyun: "Get lost, don’t bother me." How could I ever say such a thing to my cute male lead? So I had to come write a comment instead. It’s honestly really fun.

Ранее скачивала, но в силу возраста потеряла интерес. Сейчас же два из двух устройств никак не могут запустить приложение. Внутренняя загрузка 110 Мб по кругу проходит и ничего не запускает. Сколько ни соглашайся - загружает и снова загружает. С интернетом все хорошо, никаких обходов и модов нет, ничего что мешало бы работе приложения (блокировка) тоже нет. Издевательство.
Good, english translation errors, gems system is weird
So far, I really like the game. Just something that bothers me is the DMs have some weird English l grammar. Knowing this game is originally in Korean, I can kind of understand, but the dms just look like it was translated literally from korean to english. I find the gem systems a little bit much. I think the dialogue options that cost gems are too much, considering how little the game actually gives.
Money hungry and lazy
The ads are absolutely unbearable and it immediately destroys the game. They fill it with ads so you are forced to pay for the removal if you want to play their game. That alone shows they do not care about this game at all. The gem grind is frustrating considering the “play this other game to win gems” just does not work, but once you remove ads it’s not that bad. But the story? I loved the first 2/3 of the story, then it just completely falls apart and rushes to finish off without answering your questions. A major event happens in Eugene’s ending (costs the most gems by the way) IN LIKE 10 LINES!!!! Major characters die and they just move on. It’s so distasteful and rushed and awful. This game has been out for over 7 years and there are grammatical errors, which the devs reply to that feedback with “email us and we’ll fix it.” 7 years ago. And it’s the same. I really like the characters and the story they were setting up, but they completely destroyed it because this game is just a quick cash grab to them. I do not recommend playing it at all, spare yourself. Watch playthrough’s online or just read the fanwiki.
Good but…
At first glance this game seems to be pretty well-made but theres a-lot of translation mistakes, weird censorship and the characters having an inconsistent colour palette in some official arts. I truly believe this game could have a comeback and do well if there was more thought put into it as well as have more of an otome aspect, since there isn’t much romance as I and many others hoped for. If theres more events and more content that helps fill in plot holes and other issues, id say this game would be more popular and well liked. I give the developers my best wished and hope they take into account what ive spoken about.

Not F2P Friendly
The story, characters, and art all great and super interesting, but so much of the game is inaccessible if you do not have gems. You can either pay for gems or watch a bunch of ads for them, and the latter option basically just gives you pennys. I wouldn’t mind just paying for the game to avoid all of that in a one and done purchase, but instead this game is geared towards a bunch of microtransactions. If you’ve got the spare change, go ahead and play, otherwise, don’t waste your time on trying to get free gems because you barely get any.
good game, bad mechanics
loved the story and the twist ending, but it’s basically pay to win and there’s a TON of ads every time. you have to either pay or grind a lot to get any good ending, and it tries to trick you into buying outfits you don’t need. i got multiple inappropriate ads, too. overall good game, though, and i’m impressed with the plot and the horror atmosphere. i hope they stop being so greedy.

на деле игра просто ужас, зачем пихать такое огромное количество рекламы? даже чтобы получить эти ссаные костюмчики для гг на все в сумме нужно посмотреть 450 реклам, не считая того, что дополнительно они появляются почти каждые 5 минут. разрабы, вы серьезно? от этого пропадает какое-либо желание играть. плюсом нет никакой возможности получить хоть какой-то дополнительный контент без доната. переводили ее вообще будто через гугл переводчик. за что деньги платить-то? просто ужас

Just play The Arcana
This game has some really good stuff. It has a beautiful art style and decent music, two of the most important things for an otome. Guess what else is very important for a otome? ROMANCE! This game has almost none 💀 It truly would have benefited from having multiple routes so you can choose a guy to romance instead of one big story where you’re basically getting friend zoned five times over. This means you actually spend time with the love interest instead of having them show up every now and then, just for you to have to make a choice to increase the affinity level by the width of a dust particle. The way that it is, characters are surface level, seeming simultaneously too close to the MC all while never really bonding with her. Giving each guy a route would fix that.. You have to get each ending to completely unlock the mystery, which means you will need all the outfits, and multiple paid choices. It’s either a pretty steep price, or a huge time sink if you’re not a spender. Just play the Arcana, its actually f2p friendly

Their support team was unhelpful when it came to trying to get back an old account somehow got deleted so all my purchases are permanently gone and for that reason i do not recommend.

I recently just downloaded this game and it’s really fun and entertaining so far, but i’m not really enjoying the fact that you are given an option to pick whom you would like to go with but you’re required to have a ticket but as of now (for me), the only way is by purchasing tickets or rubies. The storyline is great so far and as said, it’s entertaining, but the tickets and rubies. Another thing is there’s so many ads. once you finishing ready a chapter, there’s an ad and it gets really annoying. overall, would i recommend this to someone? no, not really.

Ive literally been looking for the game for MONTHS. i used to play it all the time a few years back and i absolutely LOVED it.

Эпизод запускаю-реклама. Награды хочу посмотреть-реклама. Эпизод прохожу, минимум 3 рекламы за все прохождение. Вы издеваетесь?! Эпизоды не сохраняются! Стоит только выйти из приложения, заходишь и эпизод заново начинается. Как в это теперь играть….

The story is good, characters are good but ads ruin the game.Also its too hard to collet diamonds so you cant select the dioalog you want yeah its ruin the gameplay i just felt like i was forced to choose.

The story is entertaining, and fun. I'd say its more like a mystery/drama/thriller and the main story actually doesn't have any romance unless you're willing to pay. Ending was mid, all in all didn't think the story had that much depth and wouldn't recommend.

diamond system is wack
i love the story so far, it’s fun! but, being a f2p player is nearly impossible. ik the developers need money, but i’ve never played a game where it takes that long to even buy an outfit. i wish there were more quest type things to do to gain more.

It’s alright
Tbh it’s a realistic version of how the apocalypse would look like and I really like that! But the thing the characters barely have personality, don’t get me wrong they do but there so stereotypical for example Zion rude guy who is sometimes nice stillar or whatever her name was the rude pick me girl hailey the shy kind girl idk I wish they had abit more personally personalities also the games abit bland but honestly I don’t mind

like any otome romance kind of game now a days, the currency system is literally a scam. Takes way too long to save up. I’d spend my days on grinding ads than actually playing and doing episodes. 😪 I mean compared to others like Love Liar, I think it’s better. Oh well, I can’t find good romance games now-a-days without a terrible plot or some currency pay to win system.

i really love playing this game!! the only complaint i have is about the diamonds/rubies thing. everything costs a LOT of diamonds and they offer so little during the game which can make it a little frustrating. but besides that its a great way to just waste time and relax !!

I enjoyed my first play through of the game, my one issue is that the auto skip even on 2x is pretty slow and tedious if you’re trying to do all the routes, I don’t want to have to sit through it all waiting for choices each time I do a route. i was hoping there would be a feature that skips all the texts you’ve already read before. also to be honest ethan’s ending wasn’t too satisfying as it didn’t really give any closure to anything…

Only one gender! And rubies
Great game! Everything is great! But two problems. Number one, Rubies. It’s very difficult to earn rubies and you only start with a low amount and the outfits and purchasable items cost around 700. It’s difficult to earn them seeing as even ads don’t really give you much. Everything else is good! Except for one problem, you can only be a girl. As a boy, I’ve wanted to play this game, and when I downloaded it, I expected to be able to be a boy instead, but was disappointed when I found out, being a girl is the only option. I wish I would be able to be a guy but I guess it is what is it. Otherwise, great game! I love it a lot! Besides the limited gender options and The rubies! Everything else is amazing! Love you developer! Take care! One more thing, I would prefer if the female/male (if you decide to add a gender option) to be able to love males and females or choose their sexuality. Overall, pretty good game. Good job!

Recommend good otome game
i finished the TE then I write it. I think overall everything is very real and reasonable, there are not any logic problems. Everything is deep, scary, vivid. Also not expensive to buy whole story The only problem is can’t skip story, that is very annoying for players who want to get all endings and need spend too much time. Also personally I don’t think they are 18, their behavior, thinking way are nothing like any high school students. Haha

I’ve been playing this game since it came out, and there have been updates, but they’ve only been to fix minor issues. I wish we could get a new, bigger update, that has more to do: mini games to get more character development, more customization for the MC, etc. Not a bad game, just disappointing there isn’t more to it.

I just started the game and the storyline good but I’ll think it can be better if the price for the costume wasn’t so expensive bc I really enjoy customizing my characters in games so in my opinion it’s really good but I don’t like how expensive the fits are. L’m sure there are a lot of ppl who love fashion like me and doesn’t like the price of the fit either way the game is good I would recommend it!
