Switch between jobs
I have two jobs and both use this app for payroll. It would be awesome if there was a way I could switch between the two without having to put all the info in each time (different user names and firm code). Other than that, it works great!
Buggy
It crashes a lot. If you try to use some features like print your pay stub it doesn’t do it and just kicks you out and closes the app. Then you have to log in yet again to see anything.
Need some updates to being the app to the current century
This app is very outdated. The last update was 5 years ago. A lot has changed since then. Please fix it and add some functionalities.
Awful
Has been down for so long. We need a website to use as a back up. How do we access our info? Fix it!!
Portal providing wrong information
Our company started using application and portal , its convenient way to see payroll information for our employee's but unfortunately it doesn't show correct information on a portal, for example “”taxable income on portal doesn't reflect correct deductions ,e- payroll checks has no check number ,also no option for memo text on a payroll check. We tried to contact consumer support but no luck at all .
Suggestion
should add the option to update direct deposit info yourself then I will give 5 stars because that’s the only thing missing
Terrible app and stupid
You always have to login on this app every time you use it and has a dumb excuse saying they can’t connect. Meaning you cannot login. This app really need to improve a lot of things.
Update?
Nothing is loading, it keeps saying everything is unavailable. So, I came to see if the app needed to be updated. Says last update was 3 years ago?
Sign in
Almost every app I use has a face recognition or finger recognition. Disappointed every time I login I need to enter a password.
Paystub
Worst app , deleted and download again, still giving the same connection issue, who made this app???
It kinda works
Crappy app. They need to update it to make it run smoother without telling me my password is incorrect or some other pop up. Can’t review the whole thing without downloading the pdf file. Many other apps will tell show me my paystub the day before I get paid.
App doesn’t even work
This app is always so glitchy with everything including login with every use even though I check to have it remember me, it’s hard to navigate, and always moving super slow. On top of the fact that when the app is working it sucks, it has been down for over a week now and myself and my coworkers have not been able to login and it says something about them experiencing a connection issue try again later. It’s a week later and still doesn’t work
Authentication
I just downloaded the app this week so I haven’t needed to access any information yet. However, I am disappointed that the app does not use any authentication methods other than a password. In this era where every site requires a password, why not enable finger or facial recognition to alleviate remembering a password or worse, using an easy to guess password.
No option for Password Reset
Does ANYONE know how to reset your password? There is no option!!!
Less Than Useless
When everything runs on being able to prove employment status and history, this app is damaging to a person’s financial snd physical life. You cannot access the app 50-90% of the time, and there is no remedy to being locked out. I cannot currently access my stubs or history. You can’t rent an apartment without this kind of proof. This lack of access creates a real and dangerous barrier to a person’s physical safety. Someone needs to report this company to the FTC. Either fix your product, or close your company and let a better developer take on the business.
Login Error
I have been not able to sign in the app for long time… not sure what happened.
Can’t log in after 3 years of use
Have had this app for 3 years now never had an issue till now now it keeps telling me system issues and invalid login when I try to log in, I can’t view any of my stuff
Useless
Never can log in. Always says having issues! I think I have been able to log in approximately 2x!!!! Why even bother!!! I can’t get a paper copy of my check and I’m about to blow a gasket. This has to be illegal to withhold information from employees!!!
