I love this app!!
I’ve had this app for 3 years since I was pregnant with my daughter and even though the like says the pictures only stay for 90 days I still have all the pictures and videos from when I was pregnant with her 3 years ago. I’m pregnant again and they use this app to send the ultrasounds again and all of my pictures are in the same place together and I can see all of them. I have downloaded this app into multiple phones in the 3 years and my pictures and everything always shows up.
Doesn’t work half the time
I’m not the one to complain but my doctors doesn’t offer prints at all they only give you ultrasound pics via this app and I have been trying for 4-5 months now to view my ultrasound pics and they will never load. It just stays on a solid white screen. It’s really aggravating and pisses me off cause I just want to be able to have the pics of my child. Guess I won’t ever be able to download my pics or even view them. Smh.
Buggy app
This app is extremely slow and buggy. I keep having a hard time to log in to view my images. And once I’m logged in, it wouldn’t let me download the images. I have to keep closing the app and reopening it again to have it work once out of 9 tries…so frustrating.

Absolut problemlos die Bilder erhalten. Preis der Bilder aber viel zu hoch… Keine Ahnung ob das an der Praxis liegt oder an Lizenzgebühren
Baby pics
I love that it’s so easy to download the pictures and 4D videos. And I can also send them from the app to anyone I’d like!
Need a login so that you can back up pictures when moving to a new phone
When you down load this app on a new phone you would think that there would be a way to move the pictures from one phone to another but you can’t. Also no health provider has the link left after 90 days like come on you stupid app creators.
Good App before Update
Before the Latest Update this app was perfect, unfortunelly all inages except 2 were lost after update. Beware before Update!
Save pics!
This app did work for me BUT after my phone updated it deleted all but the latest ultrasound pic. I suggest saving all the pics because you can’t rely on this app for too long. Save, print, and frame 😊
Best baby ultrasound viewing I’ve seen.
You can actually save the image directly to your phone , also get as many pictures as you want. I love this app , been loving it for almost all 3 of my pregnancies.

Still missing my pictures 😡😡😡
Pictures not showing up :(
I have tons of pictures on my Tricefy...thought they would always be safe, but unfortunately I was wrong. There’s only one batch out of about 5 that appear as pictures on the app while the others look like there’s an image there but there’s no actual image...I am so sad I have lost all these pictures of my baby.
Having trouble!
Was not able to get on to see the ultrasound pics when I downloaded the app it wouldn’t let me get pass the step by step screen.

If your phone were to mess up. Good lose all photos because there's no login option. You would figure there would be a login option being ultrasound photos. I truly hate the hospital I went to. I'd prefer printed photos..
Doesn’t work for videos
App doesn’t open videos correctly. One video shows as 0 seconds, another as 2 seconds, when on the website they are 10 and 13 seconds long, respectively. Would be better if you could simply download the videos from the website to your phone.
Sound on videos?
I love that I can have the ultrasound pictures on my phone. But they also sent me videos of the heartbeats, and I can’t get sound. Am I missing something? My husband isn’t able to get to appointments, and I’d love him to be able to hear our babies heartbeats too.
How to download and view on app
I also had difficulty but then I downloaded app, closed it and opened the email and on the top it shows the app and you click on the top right “Open” and all the pics downloaded automatically
Doesn’t work
Photos don’t load. I’ve tried entering the link directly to the app and nothing. Wish it worked!!
Getting Past the how to screen!!!
I love this app, to all the reviewers to get past the how to screen you must exit out and go clink the tricfy link the dr have given you via email or text then you are all set to go!!!
Does not work
I’m trying to get to my pictures and I can not!!! I downloaded the app and opened it and it is stuck on the introduction screen!!! This is ridiculous! I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and that did not work! I even restarted my phone and that did not work!!! Now I’m not able to look at my ultrasound pics. Thank you for that!
Good so far!
You have to click on the link that was texted or emailed. That’s how you get passed the how to page. I’ve never been able to share videos and with this app I finally can!
Can’t see my images
Did the recent update and I can’t see any of my images or videos. Heartbreaking as it’s the only thing I have as a memory of my pregnancy!!
How to work it!!!
Was confused at how to get past the How To Screen. After downloading the app I re-clicked the link I got from my doctors and it worked perfectly!!
This app deleted all my ultrasound photos!
I just put the new update & it literally deleted my ultrasound pictures, this is just horrible
Free and Easy
Found you from Instagram and then looked for a practice with your service. It was a half an hour farther than my previous OB but this is so much better than printing images. App is basic and free, what more can you ask for. Awesome, thanks.
Errors
Everytime I open the app, it just keeps sliding through them like it’s on a slideshow or something. It won’t allow me to stop, save, or anything. I’m very disappointed because I have a ton of ultrasound pictures and videos on here. I’ve uninstalled and redownloaded several times, which didn’t help at all. I truly hope this gets resolved soon.

Where has this app been all my life?! It’s so easy to use and well designed. Being able to permanently save the images on my phone is so great, and I can share any of them with friends and family! Everyone who has received their images from Tricefy should get this app!

Only allows you to see photos one at a time versus picking the whole file .
