Measuring the good and healthy Life!
My wife and I do about 6 fast walks per week, either along the Broad walk parallel to the beach, or through DiMaggio Park in the neighborhood, nice to have a weight loss “Paseo” feel the breeze and share our thoughts for the week, after which we love seeing our distance, speed, step counts, calories burned, while enjoying togetherness 😊😘
I didn't want this app
So I was getting it set up but I didn't want to pay so I deleted this app because Mom didn't want me to pay any thing on apps so I was like I just wanna have this app I'm so bored and then Mom's like now and then I'm like yes mom's like no I'm like yes Mom is like no we just do it over and over again so see ya!
Going down
First day and it’s great!
Scam
I also signed up for the trial and for the second time now I am being charged $60 dollars! When I have cancelled this app months and months ago. It’s terrible in its use anyway and a total scam. I’ll be reporting to apple to get my refund from this scamming company.
Hard to figure out
Here is my honest take. I paid for a yr, wish I hadn’t. Still haven’t figured it out. Seems if you don’t have 4 or 5 .different subscriptions (all the same company) for walk, diet, workout, nutrition.you only receive a fraction of what the app does. Cant even add the Fitbit to your account .still have on idea how to add my steps. At this point I think im just at a loss for the yearly cost. Very disappointing!
Walking
Wonderful tracker.
Not what it claims to be
This app says no where in its description that it is a paid subscription app! This is bull crap because you dont get to try any portion of it & therefore have no idea what it’s like. Immediately it wants money & you see nothing. Forget this one.
Cool
I like it . Made me feel good and relaxed afterwards
Price
Be aware the fee it for two months not annual Terrible cost 29.99 month maybe but $89.99 Terrible price
I like my own pace but I did my best to try t
To walk a bit faster
Good workout
So far so good and just about the right total amount of time for this starting.
SCAM
This is a total scam! Canceled but charged $86 -and they refused to give me my money back saying that my reason was not justified! I have never seen such and never got the instructions on how to cancel since you can't do it from subscription section on iPhone! I will be reporting this! They only reason there is a star is because they won't let you submit it with none! Customer service is awful!
First Walk
I need the motivation. Was glad to hear that and instructions on making the best of my first walk. Would like to have the option of hearing the same at the end of my walk. I’ve got a newly diagnosed heart problem so I’m looking forward to better heart health.
Stop subscription
I want to stop the app and want to stop payment
Getting started
A little more difficult setting up than I thought it would be. However after a few time of fumbling with settings I finally got it
I like it

Fraud.
Charged $86 for an app subscription that I do not have. Why hasn’t Apple done something about this company? Look at all the one star reviews describing the same scam business practices.
Simple start-up
The ”installation” and config was easy.
Not free
They make it sounds as if it is free but you cannot access your program without paying.
Tricky to Cancel Subscription
The app itself is fine, I can’t complain. However I decided I no longer wanted to use the app. On my iPhone I went to my settings -> subscriptions -> cancelled the subscription. OR SO I THOUGHT. 2 months later I get $113.00 CAD charge from this app. I look online to figure out how I’m supposed to unsubscribe. I had to redownload the app, log in, go to my profile, scroll to the bottom to settings, then go to manage subscriptions which then sends you to an unsubscribe page where you have to enter your email again and unsubscribe. It should not be that difficult to find out how to unsubscribe from these apps. Nor should you be able to look at your subscriptions on your phone and the get fit app shows $0.00 billed and yet I got charged. I have reached out for a refund. Hopefully this will be resolved. Just be cautious when trying to end the subscription, because it is possible you didn’t.
Yup.
First time I’ve used it. So far so good.
Worst App EVER
Do NOT purchase this app. I have been trying to cancel/get my money back since Jan. Every two months I get charge 89.99. I have call written nothing works. Last time I “canceled” I talked to Eve in there customer service department and was assured it was canceled, then like clock work July rolls around and boom I am hit with another 89.99x. Like I said don’t be stupid like me….DONT PUzrCHASE!
App works well
I like that your app tracks my route and gives me routes but I can’t figure out how to keep a history of my walks.
Worst app don’t bother
The amount you pay you’d expect a great plan or walking tracker. Unless you have a smart watch it’s useless
refund
. i’ve emailed but no response. i wanted to cancel my free trial as i can’t afford to pay for the app. money got taken from my account anyways. is there a way i can get a refund please 😭
Great app
Good incentive
DO NOT DOWNLOAD
This app is a scam. I have screenshots of canceling my subscription before the due date and I was still charged. This is ridiculous

Day 1 - a good start. Finished but out of breath.
I don’t want to give the app a bad rating, could I please have my money back?
I had downloaded this app but didn’t open it. My child has grabbed my phone and pressed on the app and pressed all sorts of buttons. I went onto the app later on to work out a plan and the payment info hasn’t come up for me which i thought was strange as it was letting me design walking plans for free. I thought it was like a trial thing. But turns out, the app has taken $53.99 from my account without asking me. I figured this out because when i went to my bank app this morning, it said that payment had been taken out. What do I do to get this money back? I wasn’t planning on paying that much for 6 months. I only wanted the trial and because my child has pressed random buttons, i now have a random 6 month subscription.
Confusing plan
Not sure how to follow the plan!
Great beginners app
Easy well to keep yourself accountable!
Total scam!
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This is not a legitimate company!

This is a scam
They are conduct misleading behaviour by claiming one dollar for a program but then sting you a lot more money. I would not use this app as they are misleading you. Also their support mislead. Their app should be banned. When you ask for a refund they refuse and hide behind obscure conditions. This should be banned from the App Store. Update after a negative review my funds were returned. Despite support saying not possible. Adjusted star rating for looking at my review. Thanks.

Fantastic app thanks for your efforts
CHARGED EVEN WITHOUT A SUBSCRIPTION?!?
This app is a total scam!!!!!!!! I have attempted to contact customer service numerous times the past two days. I have sent multiple emails and messages on Facebook and Instagram. Why did you take $86.99 out of my check account??? I have NEVER subscribed to this app. And even if I by chance some way some how did by mistake, why is it not showing up under my subscriptions? Why do you not have a customer service phone number anywhere on your websites/google? Why is it that all of the other apps that are from this exact same developer don’t have phone numbers and have multiple reviews of people who are having the exact same problems I am having? I have been in contact with Apple. Tomorrow I will be in contact with my bank to report fraud on my account. Luckily my father is an attorney and is able to file a lawsuit on my behalf, as he’s done in the past, if my money is not returned to me tomorrow. Why has nobody responded to my countless attempts to reach out but can respond to a review on the App Store 6 hours ago? GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
Scam - Update
Original: Don’t do the trial. They bill you after you cancel and never contact you once you request a refund. Garbage, absolute trash. Update: I was billed after canceling the trial. However, after a few emails and times on the phone with Apple, I was given a refund. Grateful for this. Also the customer service person was prompt and courteous! Many thanks. With reference to the app itself, I canceled because it wasn’t helpful for what I’m trying to achieve with my fitness. Could be useful for someone with health issues that make other forms of exercise difficult.
My first evening day #1
Was really feeling like I had a good walk this evening was tired cause I’m so out of shape . Thanks for the encouragement .
You have to pay for the app
Should tell customers upfront
Enjoyable
I’m liking this app a lot. Easy to get motivated and stick to a plan. Slightly overpriced
Like a friend
I love the daily pop up tips & motivation. It’s like having a friend or walking buddy on my phone ❤️
DO NOT USE THIS APP
I downloaded the app for the free trial, wasn’t impressed with the platform, and subsequently stopped using the app. I got rid of the app, and didn’t give it another thought. Without any notification of any sort, I was charged $86 a few days ago. When I emailed them to get a refund (because I did not want the charge or the service), they responded with a standard response saying that it was non-refundable. In fact, they said that in order for me to get a refund of any sort, I would have to provide pages of evidence demonstrating that I followed the program for three weeks without fail. That means pictures of meals, proof that I did every workout, and more. Ridiculous. I don’t have time for that. Who does? This is a company that obviously makes money off of unsuspecting people who just want to “get fit”, but end up getting screwed.
So far so good
Love the user face and the warm up and warm down videos! I do wish that there was an option to extend you walk if you want to do a bit extra or are not quite home yet.
