What people like
- Really helps you stay consistent with walking
- Fun way to compete with friends and family
- Good motivation for daily health goals
What they complain about
- Step counts are often wrong or stuck
- Syncing with other fitness trackers is broken
- Rewards feel like a scam with hidden costs
- Too many annoying ads interrupt your usage
Morning walk
It is very nice .Just reminding me of morning walk and it’s beneficial to health.
Reward scam
Group rewards are scam here. Waste brand or kept at first and required and famous brand are kept at last. Only 20 coin you can use daily and for famous brand you have to pay and get credit to get that. That to not guarantee I hope.
Help not working
since evening Steps not updating ..steps not syncing n report issue not working .. completed 15k steps but over 7k steps not synced
Fake fake no money
This is fake i tried it in 2026 there is no money or coupon codes or gift cards of any app only those coins and challenges are available This is all scam and fake
The step Count sync is keep on happening
Why the step count sync is happening again and again… because of which the steps count numbers are increasing and decreasing again and again.. which is very uncomfortable and annoying…
Amazing
Very nice app
Poor buggy app
This app is most inconsistent app of all of many health apps I use. Even if you end up walking 15k for that day it gives you warning next day and this has happened to me multiple times already. Many times it fails to refresh
Removed challenges
The main thing I was using this app for was the 300k steps challenge which was transformative for me. They have since removed it, which is very annoying. Writing here in the hopes they bring it back. Else I have no other option but to shift to Strava 30hr challenge. Sad to go.
I didn’t knew my cycle had horsepower
Apparently this app thinks my legs have an engine. Every cycling sprint gets logged as vehicle activity, which is impressive because I did not know my bike qualified as a car. If this is AI, it has great faith in my horsepower and absolutely none in its sensors. Five stars for motivation, one star for reality.
Ssg app is not maintaining properly
Steps and view all par click hi nhi ho rha. both hide in other app option link. Kai bar to delete karne ka man karta Hai jab click nhi Hota.
Future
Good app
Very poor app
The app stops in between. The steps are stuck in between. Everytime it shows server error on the app. Finally uninstalled it.
Steps count not up to the mark.
Steps count stuck at zero. Even if I record an activity, distance is calculated but steps & coins are zero. No way to raise the complaint through app. Kindly resolve the issue.
Bug
Step count is not being updated properly in terms of coins generated
Earlier app was good, not so much anymore.
Earlier app was very smooth, steps were updating in almost realtime but now with the recent updates, it is taking long time to sync and also counts are increasing and decreasing
Excellent to track steps
Satisfied with the app performance
Not supporting
It was not supporting for any of my login details and it was not fast as other app so u guys need to improve the software and fix the bugs asap
Steps counting but KM Not Counting Properly
Steps counting Correctly but while converting KM Not Counting Properly from past 2-3 Days… Resolve it ASAP
Steps Stuck at Zero
Been using this app for many years, but recently, the steps are not getting counted. Please rectify.
Sync issues
This app has serious sync issues with Garmin and also doesn’t show the steps in total count , however it counts when u open app and during the activity, even tech team unable to fix the same not a good app for tracking your progress
Motivation
Somehow pushes you to mark your goal and finish it
zero value in rewards, coin limit sucks
For claiming rewards they’ve put coin limit so there is no real value reward available irrespective of how much coins you have. For any reward you’ll pay almost the same amount in purchasing credits making the gift voucher useless. Just buying the gift card with any decent card you’ll get more value and no nonsense effort like here. so it’s a gimmick built on fake advertising
Fake app, no coupons, nothing
Fake app, no coupons, nothing
Tooooo many ads
Over time, you’ve transitioned into a platform for selling things way more than focusing on the app. I keep on losing my friends on the app and can’t see their progress until I search for them. Moreover, the UI was far better earlier than what it’s transitioned into. Dropped a star for this
Auction Feature is not very transparent; the Ads are pain in neck
The rules for allocation of coins to be eligible to play the auction are not clearly defined. For initial few days I saw 40 coins were allotted, then just 5 coins. The help center support says that it depends on “parameters”. Though, any clear and transparent rules are not provided. Coming to ads, these are long, will require multiple clicks, and are complete distraction and waste of time. The SSG could you earn are of no use. There are often sync issues in steps data.
Great Health and Wellness Companion
This has been my great Health and Wellness champion over years. The way this translates steps to coins always motivates me to have a consistent walking routine. Some shopping based rebates for the coons earned is a bonus a user can enjoy. I would strongly recommend this app to all those who aim for a good health and wellness.
Unable to connect my fitness tracker
Just a disgusting app , unable to connect my Fitbit fitness tracker , the only reason I am using this app is my company has some challenge on it , my fitness tracker has 8k steps and I am unable to connect my Fitbit tracker to it even though it supports it , utterly pathetic app
This is not effective for IOS
Lot of errors on steps count in IOS Platform. Support team asking to restart the moblile daily before start walking which is practically not possible
Apps crashes several times
App crashes several times and shows forced stop
Back to back notifications
Back to back notifications, installed the app.
Awesome
TRG
Uma flutterby
It was very good initial days. But now it’s very bad and not counting steps properly and even it counts it doesn’t sync also. Very bad
Not able to sync with contacts
Not able to sync with contacts to connect with friends in iphone
Ssg suddenly not working
My ssg is not showing up any activity from last few days. Please help me reactivate it. I tried updating but still won’t work.
Don’t Dowload this Fraud App
This is a scam app. To buy vouchers you need to pay remaining amount and you will never recover a voucher. Their team cannot be contacted via any source. Be aware of these fraudsters.
Best self motivated app
I have been using this app for nearly two years in fact my whole family is on ssg all are placed on different locations but well connected with this app if someone doesn’t walk we usually call to know the reason why he doesn’t walk today Is he okay or sick or busy Really wonderful app who so meet me I always recommend this wonderful app moreover I am about to get the iPhone through this app by earning more than 20000 coins Best of the best app as far fitness is concerned 🙏
Steps not getting counted from the last few weeks
Steps not getting counted from the last few weeks
Inspirational
This app really force me and take me to complete the task. There will always be fear of downgrading, which force me to walk. Really nice app
Unreliable
Unreliable steps count . Stops unbetween . There is no support.
