Terrible support
Spent over 10 hours for a clans challenge and qualified but they never gave my my coins (over 18 billion) I used all of my coins, w dollars, and cases for this event and they said only 2 members participated and it has to be 3. Well guess what? It was 3 members that participated before the deadline. So done with this app it’s constant issues with their events and I always have to contact support multiple times for the reward it’s ridiculous. Goodbye hard rock
To win
I’m getting lots of points still waiting to win money or I will give up soon
Too many offers/ads makes it unplayable
I would like this but you can’t even open the app without handing to get through an insane amount of offers to decline. Every time you close a game another offer …just crazy . It’s makes a poor user experience. It’s clear they are more concerned about your funds then your games
I loved this game once upon a time now it’s just about buying more coins.
This game used to be so fun. Now the only way I win is if I purchase anything. I make a big purchase and just loose it all. It’s a cycle I thought was just me until recently. It’s not any fun anymore. You’re literally just pouring money in getting maybe a few big wins in between until you’re eventually right back where you started. With zero.
Great game
It’s very addictive
DO Not Play
App intimidates a social casino as if you can earn real money providing me a flyer in the mail completely false advertising the platform. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REAL MONEY AS IT STATES YOU ONLY USE THE WALLET MONEY TO BUY BUNDLES OF GOLD COINS. WHAT IS WOULD U EXPECT FROM A PLATFORM LIKE HARDROCK. THERE SPORTS APP IS TRASH AS WELL
I have one thing that irritates me.
When it comes to any card collecting game, I’d at least like the option to open the packs at the end of my gaming session, not have them just rip open and add it to the folder. It sort of makes the card collecting not very fun for me. At the very least you should at least make an option for players to choose auto collect and open, or collect and wait to be opened. The games are fun and I love entering all the giveaways, so it feels like you can really win prizes which is why I don’t mind buying coin packages. Things like that and the trophy case make it feel like I’ve been working toward something and I do like look at the past collections. It would be fun if there was more branded content and other type of casino games built in like solitaire. I know I was playing monopoly go and the reason I even started playing it was because Hello Kitty made a limited time appearance and you could collect exclusive cards. These are the things that make games that play them selves feel more fun. Adding games that require some thinking like solitaire also keeps people playing the Neverland casino. I am very sad that you broke ties from seven seas casino when it was still part of the hard rock franchise. because I really liked that. The whole reward track and variety of games. Very fun for me.
I don’t see all
I don’t understand how anyone would like to waste their battery playing this game. Many games are locked and you have to open games with either earning diamonds, which is basically playing other games that you don’t wanna play. When you first sign up you get W bucks, but you can literally buy points for your actual unity card for in Casino purchases such as a store and get physical items. All this does just kill my battery and play games and get stupid points that mean nothing. If I can cash in those coins for drawers directly or if I cash in to get W books, then it would make more sense, supposedly with the draws for real items and real money and FreePlay there’s no way to see how many people are in the draw for that time which would be good to know when you play actual draws you’re usually there and see the bucket full of tickets, etc.
Hard Rock Neverland Casino
Fun good game for you guys I enjoy playing good pastime games
Best game ever !!!!
I have never seen anything like this before , I enjoy it soooo much. Thank you very much for having so much fun, I recommend it to anyone 🥰🎰🎰🎰
Awful interface
I haven't had such a poor onboarding experience in a long while. i wasn't even able to login because the keyboard was floating all of the place. I wasn't able to access my passwords either
It's addictive
This is a trap....avoid loosing your money buying coins to play this game.
No sound
Been playing this for a little while now and the sound just suddenly stopped working I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still isn’t there and I checked I had my volume up fully on my phone. I just uninstalled it and decided to keep it gone half the experience of a casino app is the sound.
Hard rock
No win. Neu installiert. Nichts hilft..
LaLa
Just love love love this casino games!!!! Loads of fun ! Tons of games to choose from easy pay. Great contact if you need them! I recommend to everyone! Play!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!
Deceptive and a waste of time! Swindles you out of money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I got a flyer in the mail to redeem $10 in W dollars (?) and earn some Unity points. I signed up for the app thinking I was getting useful rewards. In reality, you really can’t win real money aside from what’s given away in the contests you have almost zero chance of winning. This is fine if you like this sort of thing. I found the whole app EXTREMELY deceptive and confusing when it came to redeeming the W dollars though. It makes you play to level 13 to redeem them, so it makes you feel like you’re doing something to unlock a genuine reward. Then when you finally go to try and cash them, it makes it appear as you’re redeeming them for $10, when in reality you’re being charged to gain another useless $10 in W dollars. It’s essentially like getting a gift card to a business that kicks you in the nuts for $10. I’m a frequent sports better with Hard Rock and this honestly may drive me to close both accounts with them if I’m not at least refunded that $10 that I pretty much feel was stolen from me. I’m not going to use those W dollars or this app, but I’ll continue to use the sports betting app if customer support makes this right. I’ll even remove the negative review and treat it as an oversight on my part if customer support at Hard Rock makes this right. Apple Support is useless. Please someone just refund my money or at least give me some credit for the sports book. I’d advise anyone who likes prefers serious gambling to mindless games to avoid this app like the plague though. And as long as this review remains up, I’d advise you to avoid Hard Rock as a company because this is outrageous if they keep my money in this situation.
Great Graphics
Passes the time quickly, great graphics
Fun game but glitches ALOT software sucks
Regularly if the slot you are playing has a vertical play instead of horizontal the game will glitch after you have been playing for several minutes. Often during free spins when you have bigger winnings. It can be a frustrating experience. Their software and dev team needs to do a better job at working through bugs
Scam?
There was supposed to be a wheel thing to spin today where you could win cash prizes, up to a million dollars! I went to the app earlier today and there were still a few hours left so I came back again and now the wheel is gone. I waited 28 days for this and now I don’t even get to spin it??
Planet and Neverland online slots
Hello, I’ve been playing the Neverland and Planet slot games online from the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino.. I have been having a lot of fun playing and anytime if I had an issue, I would contact your online support and they would be extremely helpful, they are always friendly and knowledgeable on explaining what my situation is and also showing me how and what I could be doing wrong. Everything about the online slots from the Hard Rock Casino in Café is great, I really do enjoy my spare time playing the slot games in one day again I will be heading over to Tampa to stay at least one night in the hotel Casino and play in person. I enjoy playing for real money often and I used to do it before I moved down here to Florida eight years ago, I was in New Jersey and I always played at Caesars and Tropicana and they’ve always have treated me well and still to this day. They still do. Every time I go up to New Jersey they always offer me a comp room because I have a credit card from them and I use it and that gets me points, which gives me a good comp rating and that is how and why they give me the rooms. I do have a credit card from the Hard Rock Casino, but I haven’t used it yet and I wish I had because I didn’t realize the benefits you get with the Hard Rock Casino credit card, I opened it too late to take advantage of what it had to offer when I received it, but I will be using it sometime in the very near future. Anyway, back to the Hard Rock, Casino and Hotel the online gambling is great and like I mentioned the representatives are always friendly and helpful and I recommend their apps the most to my friends and we do compare are playing games to each other to see how each one of us are doing. I want to thank my main Casino online host are always being in contact and seeing how I’m doing, which is great and it really seems like they care. My Casino host. Peter is really a great guy and has been very helpful every time I had spoken to him, especially if I had a problem. I highly recommend the Hard Rock casino apps on the online casino games. They are the best. Thank you and hope to see you in Tampa Florida one day soon. Thank you, Daniel Coughlin,
Monthly fees outrageous
You download the game for free then they charge you fees on your wallet it’s suppose to be a free game

Don’t give your $ to this. You’ll never benefit.
You can buy coins all day long… I won’t be paying is the price of the coins and then about 50 bucks additional each time for a license.
Saul
Great game
Hard Rock Neverland
Neverland always had 7 to 8 hundred percent coin bonuses. However, greedy Hard Rick only cares about filling its pockets with you cash. Such a greedy company! I surely will never visit any of your casinos because l am sure you have same pay outs as this game. Shoddy practices for sure!!! POS Company after destroying Neverland. Want 10 or 15 POP UPS every time you change a screen. You got it with these POS. Great job ruining a good game. “GREEDY TRAMPS”!!
My new car
Addicting and fun… hell train is my favorite!
Do not up load.
A Trap.
Neverland Games and slots
I really enjoy Neverland! It is fun to play and keeps you going! Thank you for supplying all the games - I am very grateful!
Horrible support
I spoke to the in game support to inform them that one of the games was not giving me the features even though I was getting scatter. They asked me for a screenshot and I sent them several instances of not getting the scatter bonus. The support told me I didn’t get those scatter in a single spin. I assured them I didn’t and I also took of video of the same thing happening about 10 more times. They then agreed that I didn’t get those scatter in a single spin but that I had scatter in reels 1,2,3,5 and therefore did not meet the requirement of the game. I asked them to take a second look at those screenshots because they were absolutely in reels 1,3,5. And then they proceed to ask me how many coins am I missing. I’m not sure because I have no way of knowing what the bonus is because I’m not being given it !! Support is terrible and very argumentative. This game glitches so much. I don’t even have sound anymore.
Great rewards
Fun to play and rewards come fast
Glitching non stop and crashes
Disappointed with this app, because I spent money and it had been glitching non stop for last couple days. Freezes and crashes.
