ATH-TWX7を使っています。 ケースから出して接続した直後のデフォルトのノイズキャンセリングのモード（noise-canceling/off/hear-through）を、アプリ内から自由に設定できるようにする、または、前回最後に使っていたモードに自動的になると嬉しいです！ また、欲を言えば、片耳をケースにしまった際、自動的にhear-throughに変えるか、も選べると嬉しい！ それ以外のコアなアプリの機能や、イヤホン自体の性能には満足しています。
Works but barely
The settings restart every time I put the away. I have to constantly open up the app and turn off noise canceling.

最初は絶対に接続失敗する 1度Bluetooth切ってからスマホからもイヤホン登録消すまでしないと接続されない それやっても接続しないこともあるからあまり使ってない…… ATH-TWX9MK2もATH-S220BTもそうだからなぁ……(´・ω・｀) スムーズに接続できたらいいのに

I’m very dissatisfied with these headphones and the app. Bluetooth feels like its for the ‘90s. Headphones don’t turn on or off reliably, pairing with multiple devices is cumbersome, noise cancellation is meh, and the dang body broke and is held together with a zip tie.

Is this app no longer supported?
I have not been able to update the firmware on my headphones no matter what I try to do. This app will recognize my ATH-M50X headphones no matter which troubleshooting steps I take. Deleted the app, forgot the device in Bluetooth settings restarted my phone re did all permissions from scratch after reinstalling the app. Nothing works.

These are one of the best sounding headphones and at a very reasonable price for the quality sound you get. I do love the overall sound quality of my ATH-M50xBT2 headphones! I prefer their sound over any Bluetooth headphones I have listened to(The equalizer in this app helped me get the sound that I totally enjoy )Thank you Audio-Technica!
Terrible
AT should be embarrassed. App is slow , frequent freezes , and low latency mode is unusable. Low latency mode causes issues connecting to devices dropping out and latency isn’t low enough to use with DAWs . They should launch a new app from scratch and trash this one .

Does not help with turn tables AT-LP60XBT
Intuitive app; LOVE Parametric EQ!
I use the AT-Connect app with two different pairs of headphones - the over-ear ATH-M50X50BT2 (Lantern Glow) and the true wireless ATH-CKS50TW. The app functions are very similar, and for both models there’s a customizable graphic EQ in addition to presets. Only the M50BT2 has the additional parametric EQ, which is great & really allows the knowledgeable user to adjust the sound on a more granular level. I wish Audio Technica would include the parametric option for its earbuds, too! Regardless, it is among the best of these kinds of apps. *********edit, late autumn 2025: I’ve since gotten the ATH-CKS30TW+ earbuds too and I hate only having AT’s presets in the app’s EQ. WHY don’t they also provide the ability to create a custom setting??? I love everything about the buds otherwise, but I never use them. AT - do better!

低音が良すぎる。音の変化とかぶっちゃけただのイヤホンにそこまでなくない？とか調子乗って変えて戻してみたら低音強化凄すぎて横転。低音強めの曲好きな人、是非お試しあれ。飛ぶから。 でもちょっと困るのは、ヒアスルーが勝手にオフになること。（このイヤホン、普通につけてると周りの音がミリも聞こえなくなるので、ヒアスルーをオフにすると周りの音が聞こえやすくなるぞ！） しかし私は任意でヒアスルーをオフにしたりオンにしたりしてるので、勝手にされると困る。なのにヒアスルーオンオフを変えれない。すごく困る・・・。違和感違和感違和感！！という悩み。←バグか！？時を待てば治るのか！？時間経過したらまた書きます！ ATH-CKS30TW+です！使用媒体はiPhone16です。

Minimalistic
Simple and easy to use. The UI need some update because the ( x ) button in the setting is too close to the battery icon and it is hard to press it on an iphone 14 pro max. Would be nice if you guys add swipe left gesture to go back.
There is a major bug
If you change the Bluetooth codec in the app, the codec defaults to SBC and stays there. Not even changing in Developer Options will work. To change it again you’ll have to unpair the headphones and pair them back. This is a major and unpleasant inconvenience. Beware.

Just why
Why would you drop previously supported headphones on iOS 16??? It makes no sense and it took me literally half a year to work out why my headphones were no longer working with the app. EDIT: Now they have reinstated support for my headphones, but there was nothing said in the patch notes about it. I just happened to read the app description again, and they’ve removed the line saying that some headphones won’t work above iOS 14. I only tried to connect the app in the hope that there would be an EQ, but there isnt. Useless app.

Great app for my R2-D2 earbuds
This app does not identify ATH- M20xBT headphones
Today I have received my headphones connected to Bluetooth and trying to connect to the app it’s not working. I use iPhone 14 Pro Max tried several ways but nothing worked. Not sure if any issue going with this app but totally disappointed and I may return these headphones as I may not have full control without connecting to the app.
I think it adds a new virtual world to other wise past analog equipment
The app is fun to tweak the parametric EQ. My only concern is the EQ isn’t very strong or noticeable. I wish there was more bass. But all in all in enjoy it
Great headphones, app is meh….
I love my ATH-M50XBT headphones! But I feel like the app could have more customization. Maybe a hearing test with test tones that analyzes your hearing and customizes the listening experience specifically for the individual listening. Or maybe an EQ with preset curves and customizable equalization. Either way the app seems lazy. The headphones are fantastic but the app is very lackluster. Update: Since the IOS 16 update this app will no longer sync up with my ATH-M50X headphones.

Very disappointed
Didn’t work. Even tried to tap both earbuds at the same time and no yellow lights to try to pair. I’ve been disappointed by Japanese audio brands too many times now. Won’t happen again…
Great app after connecting to device.
While there isn’t all the functionality I would like such as being able to individually program every button press the app works well. The profiles provided are dynamic and immediately obvious in how they change the eq. The battery read out works. Overall nothing groundbreaking and nothing broken.
Issues with iOS 16
Tried multiple devices running iOS 15 and 16, can’t get this app to connect to ATH-SR50BT in iOS 16 at all, 15 is fine
The keys are unmatched
In the latest version, my ATH- TWX9 does not match the assignment, eg, Left 1 pause for play/pause but nothing happens. All others keys’ assignment are mis matched. Please fix!

Why can’t it disable voice assistant?
One star review until I can disable the voice assistant button completely. I don’t need to accidentally call people when I take off my headphones since the button is way too easy to accidentally push. I had to change to using alexa, and that only works because I don’t have that app installed. It still annoys me with a voice telling me to install alexa, but better than calling random people on accident.

WISH I COULD DISABLE VOICE ASSISTANT BUTTON or make it require a long press instead of a short press. I keep pressing this button by accident. Otherwise app seems to work nicely! They added EQ settings (which I will leave flat) and let you tweak certain settings on headphones.

Woof, the firmware update process is torture. This app is essentially useless beyond that painfully slow task.
This app does not work with iOS 16
Fortunately, my headphones will still pair with my iPad, but the app will not synchronize. The only function that I am really missing is the noise-canceling profile and the battery level, but iOS 16 has been out for a few weeks now. Is anyone at Audio-Technica on this?

The app works I guess but it doesn’t do much so what’s the point? If AT want to compete with Bose and Sony it desperately needs some more settings.. at least an equaliser to let you play around with your headphones.
