Amazing app and programming
I love this app, very easy to use and I like that I can change it from a CrossFit style gym ( functional) to a commercial style gym if I needed too. Programming seems pretty good so far! Very great videos for explaining movements.
Do not buy this scam of an app.
Downloaded this app because I wanted to supplement my current CF programming. I didn’t end up using it and cancelled on day 6, before the free trial was up. I followed the directions to cancel the subscription that are provided by the app and then deleted the app off my phone. Next thing I know I’m charged by the company. I couldn’t find any information on how to contact the company directly (there is no information within the app) to have this issue rectified. The only way I was able to contact someone was when I responded to a customer survey email. I was emailed back right away with a refund after filling out the survey but because the exchange rate had changed, I wasn’t refunded the entire amount. What a SCAM. Why provide directions on how to cancel if it doesn’t actually work and you’re going to take my money either way!? Then to tell me you can’t control the exchange rate and only refund me 90% of the fee I paid? Maybe provide some “contact us” information in your app so that customers can actually reach you. Disgusting business plan and customer service.
Love the program but..
Brooke inspires me and I LOVE the Naked Training programming, but the app itself and marketing could use a lot of work. The app is glitchy, freezes often and doesn’t transition smoothly in real time. The whole interface feels a bit DIY and it’s presentation is not very polished. I really want to support Brooke, but when there’s apps like WeGlow that offer a cleaner, more aesthetic in-app experience with very similar programs (I compared them), supports international currency, and slightly cheaper…well I’m probably gonna go for that rather than this. Once the Naked app is more polished, smoother and packed in a nicer package, I’ll pay for the subscription. I like Naked’s programming because I think it leans to more functional-athlete type workouts than the insta-aesthetic workouts that the market is so fully saturated in. I will hopefully be back soon.
Great variety
Lots of programs to switch in between so there is no getting bored. Just show up and do the work and the results happen
Good programming
Had this app for 7 Months now and im satisfied with the programming and the results. Highly recommend. Tomas
Programming
Absolutely love following the daily programming. Easy to use and seeing results!
Best app
I have been following the naked app programming for over 2 years now. Love the daily programming, and the different challenges offered. Never felt so fit in my life.
The Best Workout Programming App
I absolutely love the Naked Program. I have been a member since the beginning. The programming is fantastic for some many reasons. It is constantly varied, has helped me improve my strength tremendously and has improved my physique and self confidence. The program not only includes workouts and various lifts, it also focuses on accessory work and mobility. It is such a well rounded app with so many options that suit every skill set and need. You will not regret purchasing this app!!
Great app
The app works great. The training programs are built to fit any lifestyle and adapt to your needs. You can switch from a commercial gym workout to something needing less equipment if you’re traveling. The diet and nutrition could use some work since having egg whites for dinner and chicken for breakfast isn’t for everyone. The support you get with this program is incredible. There are coaches there to assist you and the community are very supportive. Highly recommended
So so good!
By far the best app I have used for fitness. I love the fact that you go to the gym and have no thought process because there is a workout everyday. Also love all the meal plans!
Excellent app for an excellent program!
This app is super user friendly, with multiple videos showing form and technique of each move prescribed in the programming. The workouts tailor to your maxes as you enter them and everything! 2 enthusiastic thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼
PERFECT!!!
This app is perfect! There is so many tools available. It’s well explained, you can track your progress and you have the option to change your program really fast. Finally, if you have any questions or concerns, the staff answers fast and they are really friendly. I recommended the app to my friends and family!
A review of the app
So far I’m loving it. I’ve only been a member for just shy of 6 months now, but absolutly loving the progress and the program!!! I can’t wait to start another program after the one I’m already into. The best part, you can change programs anytime and go back to the same spot you left off. I highly recommend this program
