CONFIDENCE WORTHY
Really appreciate Kyla’s thoroughness and deeply felt care. We have benefitted greatly from her ability to care for our health needs.
App won’t let me do anything
It wouldn’t let me in to my scheduled meeting? Now this is annoying and I am paying for this and I can’t even get in!!!!
Helpful but could be improved
Not all foods show up in the “library” or can be scanned. Sometimes serving size doesn’t match the serving size on a package so some guesswork needs to be done. Overall it serves it purpose.
Support help
There is little no support in n this app … they want you to ask others on Facebook group for help ?? I sent an email to get help about 2 months ago and never got a response… Overall program is ok
Words pop all over the screen
It was extremely hard to use with my practitioner. Sometimes a paragraph would turn into two paragraphs. Sometimes the paragraph would get all messed up and the end of the paragraph could end up in the middle of the paragraph. Sometimes it would move all over the screen, and I couldn't keep track of it.
الف شكر
البرنامج هايل هايل ممتاز جدا و رائع كل شيء منظم و واضح وسهل الاستخدام🌹
Poor
Poor excuse for patient care to shove them off to an app so you don’t have to bother with them. Didn’t think I’d see this happen with BND.
Antiquated App
I’ve been forced to use this by 2 practitioners & it’s a mess. Not intuitive and you have to click on every single tab. The only screen my Dr. uses is one long free type notes section. After using the app for years I finally found where my previous appts are.
Not intuitive
The app is just not intuitive to use.
Anonymous
When adding multiple foods for the same meal, it is tiresome and time consuming to have to add the time for each entry. For this reason, I dislike the app.
The Practice and Nutritionist You Need!!
Let me start by saying I’m absolutely a fan of Phara and her practice!! My reason, I’ve been present for 4yrs running and I’ve personally witnessed transformation for countless persons on many levels. Not just foods mine you but attitude, commitment, and personal growth as pertains to your health and happiness. She has the formula and if you join you definitely won’t be dissatisfied or disappointed in any way!!
Worst app ever!
This app is a joke! Hard to navigate and you can’t chat with anyone!!!
App not functioning after update
App opens and then is stuck on a white screen. It doesn't go any further
So slow
I don’t get it. Healthcare in the United States is at this point no different than armed robbery. Healthcare providers charge patients so much damn money and I’m sure Practice Better makes a good penny off these crooks too. So you would expect them to be able to develop an app that actually loads faster but no this app loads so slow like what the heck it’s 2026, optimize your damn app.
Work in Progress
For me - in learning all the ins and outs from the phone and for the APP - it’s not that easy. For example: 1) can only get to “add food” from home page; 2) cannot figure out how to easily correct food entries; 3) sometimes adding water by + quantities and sometimes by total fail quantities; 4) it sinks with my Fitbit data except food and water and I’m not keen on entering twice.
Practice better
Dr mignon Mary is the best
Trying to find tests
Takes forever to try and find test results Titles of search buttons are to generic - and not specific to a search
Helpful
My big complaint is you can’t use Apple Pay or auto fill.
Never keeps me logged in
The app constantly logs em out throughout the day making food tracking so hard. The app is great for free form food tracking and that’s why I give it 2 stars. Please fix!
Difficult to navigate
I added a new food but needed to edit it and cannot find out how to get back to new foods. I got there the first time by luck.
User-friendly
Great app
Modules completed does not work
After watching the 3 modules on sleep, water and stress the app won’t allow me to mark them complete
👍 very comprehensive
After trying to design my own tracking system, I find that this one is a great option in that it allows me to record & track food consumption, water intake, BMs, physical activities, mood, sleep habits, & misc notes, which I will use to record IA (inflamatory arthritis) symptoms & overall well-being. Everything is all in one place 😊. I would like, however, to be able to access documents, such as the Flare Diet, IBD Food Pyramid, and other helpful info referred to in some of the LyfeMD webinars.
Viewing area
Starts out okay but then the viewing area gets larger than my screen area and doesn’t respond to touch.
White Screen
The app just stays frozen on a white screen and no matter a restart or a holding the icon and trying to open another way, it stays white screened. Not impressed with it
Patient
Need to add more foodstuffs
Not for higher level practitioners
I deeply regret my decision to use this EHR system. I work with complex patients and SOAP notes are robust. There is no way to toggle between various aspects of the note without scrolling in a dizzying manner, only to lose my place in the note. Charm, for instance, has section headers you can easily click between. I essentially pay more each month for fax integration, but seem to always be required to buy more credits for basic fax jobs. Support is only via email and they offer minimal help.
Good but could be better
It’s good so far, one month in, but would like a search bar to search things in my program.
Submit don’t work to good
I kept hitting submit on several documents but they kept saying that the document is empty when there is nothing to fill out Super frustrating
Not a fan
Keeps signing me out have to log in daily. Makes me not want to log when it’s constantly logging me off. Also takes a long time to load the messages.
The type of leveling up!
This app is my allows me to provide high tough services to my clients. It’s is also like have a virtual assistant with automation and real time communication. The software integration is amazing.
It’s not that hard
The database of foods is weak! I got logged out and when I retired all the foods that I painstakingly added manually were gone! I would think this would be an important piece of the coach client experience, and would’ve real value.
Client UX issues
I primarily use the food logging part of the app. Your UX is pretty bad. I have experience with user interface design and could give you some constructive feedback. Yeesh.
Difficult to navigate!
App doesn’t make it easy to navigate and find resources
What an incredible nutritional and lifestyle experience!
I initially connected with Deanna DeWitt, a Dietitian at The Shala in Huntington, West Virginia, and the experience has been nothing short of incredible. From the start, Deanna sent me an extensive set of documents to complete, capturing a detailed history of my eating habits and requesting my previous and current lab tests. I was already impressed before even meeting her. After a week of exchanging documents, I finally arrived at The Shala for our appointment. Sitting down with Deanna felt like consulting a nutritional scientist as she meticulously reviewed my lab results and discussed specific foods that could enhance my health. Our conversation lasted over an hour, during which she had crafted a personalized meal plan tailored to my lifestyle and lab results. I left with a clear strategy for transforming my diet and enhancing my quality of life at the age of 64, focusing on longevity and wellness. Inspired by the encounter, I reached out to five of my closest friends, urging them to connect with Deanna for their own personalized game plans. I wholeheartedly recommend Deanna—her work is truly a passion, not just a job.
Hard to find how to send email to office thru patient portal
how to send video or pic to office needs to be front and center.
Buried
Too many items buried deep. Chasing rabbits to enter data manually.
Patient’s perspective
This app is a fair way of communicating with a provider. Being able to log journal entries is helpful and that there is room to add freeform notes. What I do like: - an easy chat connection with my provider - tracking my journal entries (except sleep) are easy and simple to use. - my provider can send me notes from my appointments. What I don’t like: - logging sleep is horrible. It cannot account for naps during the day which can be beneficial for health and should be tracked! It also doesn’t allow people who work odd shift hours to put in sleep for more than one time per day. So if I went to sleep at 1am and woke at 5am, then later that day slept again at 6pm until 2am the next morning, it will only log one of those times. It should allow for double entries. - when my provider makes a note on my journal entries, I get a notification. When I click on the notification, it takes me to the day of the journal entries but not the note she made. So when I get 9 notifications for notes made, they are difficult to find, and I sometimes miss seeing them. - I’d like it to have a quick contact to my provider. I had to call her one day and I couldn’t find her number on Google, and it’s nowhere in the app. On the home page should be a photo of the provider with their address and phone number. Make these changes and you might get 5 star review from this patient.
All in one
Extremely satisfied with this app. Combines about 3-4 apps I was using into one without compromising on some great features. Very user friendly and gives you the option to be as detailed or vague as you’d like in the journal function. Easy to communicate with my practitioner as well.
Hire an app design team….
So frustrating to use an app that: Links don’t actually link to the doc or site that the provider wants me to access. When a link DOES go to a website, I am locked into the frame in the app so I can’t go back into the app and see what the doc wants me to order from the site without leaving the doggone site. I worked in tech for 30 years. This app makes me want to fire my doctor and his practice for making poor app choices. Ugh.
Hard to use
This app is hard to navigate and very slow. I’ve had to add the same Thing multiple times with no luck.
No longer belong to program
I can’t seem to get on the practice better app . For I do have one question regarding my supplements??
Well designed app
Using this app with my nutritionist to log meals, fitness and weight. Love the flexibility of taking a photo, or entering meals free form. Works great on mobile and desktop and lets me send and receive documents, recipes, and chat with her. Really enjoying the experience.
Confusing
Sorry but I cannot find my way around and it is very frustrating.
Update bug
Hey I’ve tried everything since this update and now the app isn’t even opening it just stays on the loading screen indefinitely despite resetting my phone or deleting the app.
Good app, features missing
App works well but I’d like to be able to add a picture from my photo library, not just take a picture. I would like my location per journal entry have a select list of Home, Office, Resturaunt, the 3 places I eat my meals and snacks.
