I was using Signalshares.com website to access my account, but now with MUFG everything is so well organised in the app, I can see all transactions in one scroll

Good App But Constant Issues Logging In
It’s 2026 and I’m experiencing the same issue as others over previous years. Logging in fails using FaceID, then fails with PIN, both with a pop up that says “email and/password is incorrect”. You then have to log in via website with password. This happens every time. However once logged in the app is fine. Useful features. But please fix the login issue. Thx.
Useless
This is one of the most useless app I have ever came up with. Apps like this are a turn off for anyone who wants to do share trading in australia. One of the reasons why I stop investing in australia and buy shares in Singapore. Anyone who is behind this app, get a new job!
Touch ID crashes app iOS 26.1
When you try and enable touch ID on a device using iOS 26.1 the app crashes and touch ID is not enabled. This is not a problem on devices running older versions of iOS
Rubbish
I can’t even register. Your clever system creates its own password which is incorrect (no special character) but it won’t let me edit it. AI = Absolutely Idiotic!
Worst App
Is there 0 star ? Can’t log in. keep showing invalid fingerprint & password. Never seen worst than this.
App not good
Downloaded the app but can’t login! Had to use a desktop to create my account and log in. What is the point having the app if I can’t login!
Please Change the App Icon
When I go to find my MUFG app I’m not looking for “IC”. It means nothing. Please update the app icon to display “MUFG” so as to make it readily identifiable.

Have tried to login to the app multiple times, closed out of the app, even restarted my new iPhone and it just constantly says “securely logging in” but it won’t actually login
Slow……
How can an app be so painfully slow, each step of takes far too long. Bring back the website.

It takes minutes to load one screen and when you get there it says it can’t be done on the app. I’m not sure what this app is designed for. Really wish it was improved.
Screen doesn't adapt to iPad
Works ok-ish. But doesn't support iPad properly. Is it that hard to support a finance app on iPad???

Statements are good
Glad I could get my end of year statements on this app because the website is dodgy. Data in the app vs website is different, when I log into the app I see additional statements that weren’t available in the website. Statements seems to be the only thing that works though, every other feature give me an generic error message “unauthorised”. Not very useful.
Disappointing
I have been unable to perform any tasks with this app apart from look at my holdings. Basically useless.
Promising but buggy
Great to have an App for Investors to use. I’ve installed it on an iPad and a iPhone SE 2022. FYI when trying to setup Fingerprint ID on the iPhone, the App dies. Works fine on the iPad. No obvious way to feed this back to developers - the “Contact Us” link requires you to supply data about an “issuer” - ie it’s not for problems with the App, but with your holdings. Frustrating. Steve
Absolute garbage
Don’t bother wasting your time with this useless app. Attempting to log in multiple times without success, and automated Chat is of no help whatsoever.
Useless APP
As others have stated, this app is terrible. Trying to login with a PIN doesn’t work. It’s just an all round bad app.
Keep asking for password
This is a most rubbish app. Keep showing wrong email/password errors even tho i have setup login via face id. And can never unlock via pin number either. So inconvenient to enter / password and 2FA every time you want to have quick look at your portfolio. Also take ages to connet to chat agents and by the time you check again they have already ended the chat. Most ducking ridiculous app
